I had a great stay at the hotel. I especially appreciated the spacious room and the excellent service from the staff. Ms.Eleftheria and Mr. Locus were incredibly helpful and cooperative they made sure all our requests were taken care of promptly and professionally. Their hospitality really made our stay more comfortable. Thank you!

Friendliness of staff, spacious beautiful room and balcony, very nice complete breakfast (till 11 am which is a plus), perfect location and humansize modern Building, reception open 24 on 24 hours and bar in lobby, comfy seats outside at entrance in quiet carfree street.

A bit noisy in the evening, (traffic at the next big road Mesogion) but with earplugs at night it was ok, and the double window glass helps a lot when closing balcony doors and windows.

The size of room was larger to Other Rooms. Hotel was very clean. Staff very helpful with bus information. Breakfast was large variety of foods and delicious 😋. Lots of eating room and space.

our stay was booked 2hrs prior to landing in Athens. we arrived late at night for 2 nights stay. However, the same night that we arrived to the hotel we were informed that our flight to Canada was changed to come out 1 day sooner. we asked the hotel to refund us for the second night but they insisted that it’s too short notice and it was non-refundable. we explained that we came with an extraction plane from Israel and the situation is not normal to kindly take it to consideration but , they didn’t and insisted that we must pay the full 2 nights. the hotel did offer a voucher for the remaining night.

We got a room upgrade from classic to deluxe, which size was great - especially loved the big balcony. Seems to be a safe neighborhood - noisy, but safe.

Breakfast could improve. Location is a bit far from centre. Noise insulation from windows and doors is not good - it was rather noisy.

The hotel is of great quality and could easily qualify for 5 stars. One of the highlights is the unique experience of the outdoor hot tub on the balcony, which we really enjoyed. Situated in the center of Athens, the hotel provides absolute privacy, feeling like your own personal spa on the roof.

I stayed in room 501 on the 5th floor. It has two rooms with own access to the balcony. One room with a twin size bed and one a queen size bed. No door to separate rooms. Staff was super friendly. Room cleaning/service daily. Very clean and quiet. I felt safe walking in the area. Comfy bed. Breakfast was good.

No wifi service in my room. Only worked when I was in the lobby area.

The personnel was very friendly and helpful. Even though the check in is at 15:00, there is a space where customers can leave their luggage if they arrive earlier and leave for a walk downtown. Also, I had an early flight and the hotel provided me an apple, a fruit juice a toast and a piece of cake as breakfast box to take with me. There is a staff member at the reception 24/7.

It was a very clean and comfortable room. Good bathroom facilities. Spacious room, and a very big, private terrace space. The reception staff were very helpful, polite and friendly.

The room service food was fairly limited in choice, and the quality was fairly average. The breakfast was ok.

The staff at the reception were helpful and friendly. The room facilities were exquisite and had everything that would qualify it as a 4-star hotel. The Greek morning breakfast was good. I highly recommend them for their overall wonderful service.

The location is good. It's only around 10 minutes from the nearest metro station, which is not bad but might be tedious if you have luggage.
