This hotel is in the heart of the city center, a walk distance from many great restaurants and from all the main attractions in Athens. We stayed 5 days, and we were VERY happy with our choice. The bed was VERY comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. The breakfast is not super fancy, but it is very tasty! The staff was always very nice and helpful. We thought the hotel was a bit expensive, but once we realized it was so well located, we understood why. We only had to take public transportation to go to the airport, everything else we did by foot.

We don't really have complains, but be aware that the location is noisy at evening. We were in the room without natural light, which meant that our windows were not directly connected to the outside of the building. Because of this, the noise didn't bother us, as we were only able to hear the faint sound of music at night. Maybe staying in one of the rooms with outside view would have been more noisy, as there is live music going on in the bars next to the hotel!

All of the staff are fantastic; friendly and helpful. They were very understanding with us, after a very delayed arrival due to multiple flight disruptions. They assured us it was no problem to check-in at late hours, and they greeted us with kindness. They also helped us find our way to the KTEL bus terminal for a day trip. The breakfast is fantastic. It was an assortment of fresh fruits, Greek pastries, proteins, and drinks. We looked forward to breakfast each morning! The location can’t be beat. A short walk to both Syntagma square and Monastiraki square. There are wonderful restaurants right outside of the hotel. It can be a bit loud at night, but it always quieted down around midnight, and we did not have any troubles sleeping.

I wish the shower was a bit bigger. I am a petite person (157cm, 46kg), and I still had trouble fitting into the shower. It was very difficult to shower without the curtain touching your skin, and getting water all over the floor was inevitable every time.

I loved the spacious, sunny and clean rooms. The personnel went above and beyond to help with any request and they were very polite, welcoming and professional. 24h reception is also a plus as it allows you to enjoy the vivid nightlife in the surroundings at your ease. Would definitely recommend!

Only the breakfast could have fresh juice and fresh marmelades, but other than that there were all the options of continental buffet, which is what the hotel promises and delivers. Also there was no small light at the nightstand so one had to open the curtains for allowing in low intensity light in the room at nighttime.

This is a great value for the location, full breakfast included, and courteous staff! Reusable house shoes, fresh and crisp white linens, yummy bath supplies all made this stay better. I also have to rave about their breakfast. The breakfast was just lovely, fresh Greek style with plenty of flexitarian options to start the day!

There are two items I would recommend improvement: First off, the hair dryer is terrible (low speed and low heat) if it were saving any energy at all-you would break even by needing to ‘dry’ your hair for 2-3 times the usual amount! Second and last-the locking door system is pretty awful. While I love having a physical lock and key, it is very old and tricky maneuver the keyhole as well as the button switch. The staff was more than able to help and very patient but it was a nuisance overall.

The room was plenty big. The maid changed our towels and replenished everything daily. We were very comfortable with the neighborhood. Very walkable with good food and shopping nearby. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and delicious

The street was fairly noisy at night due to a bar and multiple restaurants nearby...but the AC worked great so we just shut the window. There were a lot of motorcycles always parked on the street, but a little caution made it fine

Located in the very centre of Athens, in a walking distance to the most sights, and also very close to the Monastiraki metro station with 2 lines, one of which goes directly to the airport. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The staff was very kind, the rooms were completely clean, the breakfast was excellent, the view from the balcony was very nice. On the roof there's even a huge terrace.

On Thursday, pretty loud music was played on the street in the night, even at 1 AM, probably even longer. We were able to sleep though, but we were glad we left on Friday, because that would have probably been even worse. Also, the wifi speed in the rooms could be improved.

For a 1st trip to Athens, the location could not have been better - easy walking distance to everything you would want to see. Although the hotel was built in the 1930s, the 4th floor where I stayed was remodeled two years ago. The room is slightly large enough for two people and the bath had two sinks. There were plenty of plugs for charging electronics and a coffeemaker that boiled water in less than 30 seconds! I had a lovely balcony with a partial view of the Parthenon, but you could walk up the stairs one floor from the 4th floor to a larger, partially covered balcony with tables and chairs to take in the mountains, Acropolis, city streets and the sunset. The staff could not have been more helpful with arranging transportation, holding bags upon my arrival, getting new batteries for the safe, directions, etc. The hotel is surrounded by bars and restaurants and tons of shopping nearby on Ermou.

In Athens, you are in the mountains, so stairs are expected. I did not expect, however, to walk up the stairs to the tiny lobby of the hotel. Then there were stairs up to the breakfast area and stairs to the balcony on top of the building. For someone with mobility issues, this location would not be ideal. The breakfast was acceptable to get your day going: eggs, fruit, a few pastries, cold cuts, etc. I would suggest stopping along the street as you take in the local sights instead. But, would I stay here again? Absolutely.

The breakfast room provided a decent little breakfast which I enjoyed. Good to have a toaster! Locations’ brilliant, extremely walkable to EVERYTHING! The elevator is teeny tiny 😀 so it was fun (maybe not if you had the mega size suitcase). All the staff is EXTREMELY professional, friendly and helpful. I had challenges with reaching another hotel with my phone and the front desk staff enabled me to use theirs.

The little stairs you had to walk up to roof top rooms were steep.

The hotel is in a terrific location, an easy 5-10 minute walk between the Plaka, Monastiriki, and the newer happening restaurants and clubs (just downstairs). The staff was extremely nice and helpful (a real highlight!), including arranging getting our laundry done and setting up a taxi pick-up for the airport at 5:30 am. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The rooms are very clean, high-ceilinged, with a lot of light, but basic. The showers are a little tight (we rented two rooms, one for my husband and I, the other for our teenager). The wifi was good, though I wouldn't hold a work zoom on it.

The showers were very tight, so small that the curtains clung to you as you turn to rinse, etc. The floors are sort of basic linoleum or composite of some sort. My American husband was a bit disappointed; personally, I was extremely happy with the location and the kind and helpful staff, who went above and beyond to help us out.

The location is of the hotel is very central. We walked to all of the archaeological sites we wanted to visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was ample and excellent.

The street is very busy and on arrival there is really no place to stop the car and unload bags without blocking all of the traffic on the street. That's not the Hotel's fault, but don't plan on keeping a car with you when staying at this property.
