- Amazing and courteous service at any hour (even in the middle of the night). The reception staff is simply wonderful—patient, smiling, and responsive to any issue. They truly go above and beyond for the customers—service beyond expectations. - The hotel is very clean, with a pleasant smell both at the entrance and in the rooms. - Everything shown in the pictures is exactly what you get—no nonsense or lies. - We really enjoyed our stay there, highly recommended.

- Hotel Location - The location is a bit far from the center of Athens. Walking for about 50 minutes in the heat is not recommended; we spent a lot of money on taxis to and from the hotel. - Shower Flow - Several times during the shower, the water becomes scalding hot for a few seconds and then returns to the previous temperature. - Pool Closing Time - The pool closes very early (19:00). Consider closing it later, around 20:30. - Breakfast - I would add hard-boiled eggs to the breakfast menu (for vegetarians).

The rooms are very clean, and top notch in terms of the facilities. they are not huge, but exactly the right size for what we needed The beds were very comfy We had a few flashing light bulbs, but nothing serious The pool is really nice, it's not huge, but it also isn't packed, and it gave us a great time in the heat The restaurant is just besides the pool, which is nice and also has a great view and breakfast is good with a good variety There is a bus station with regular busses running to city center in a very close proximity We took 2 connected rooms and that was ideal - the kids had one room, we had another so we both were in the same room but also had privacy The staff was very nice, always tried to help

Overall pretty good, The location is not that great, there is public transportation really close, but if you just want to go out and have something to eat, there is almost nothing there that's walking distance Also breakfast was pretty expensive for a family. something like 60 Euros, which is what we paid for dinners and lunch...

The staff were all very friendly. Front desk staff in particular. The TV info is not that helpful - would be good if more info regarding restaurant hours etc. pool closed at 7pm which in height of summer was not great. 8.30 at least when sun setting. Pool seating area is quite small so gets very busy. Did not know you could reserve pool beds but I would if you wanted a guaranteed bed. There is only about 6/8 for all guests. Area is kinda weird as in amongst car yards so ugly outlook. View from my window was onto place next door which was a bit ugly. Would be nice to have some plants around the pool perimeter to make it a bit nicer. Absolutely no shade around pool beds - can go into restaurant area. Rooms clean and comfy. A2 bus goes into centre. Or metro is near by. There is also a tram out front but don’t know where it goes. On a very busy road but can’t hear traffic in rooms. Screaming children in family suites can be easily heard as walls thin. Would stay again but would prefer to be a bit closer in to centre.

Outlook. Pool area could maybe have some plants in front so don’t have to look at ugly office/car yards. Noisy from function upstairs one night. Pool closing at 7pm

The hotel was excellent. The staff at the reception and the rooftopbar were super friendly. There was a minor issue with some new added tax to the reservation, and they really helped out. (Especially Dionysos, thank you!) For our separate booking for our last day, they even gave us an amazing roomupgrade to an even bigger room with a fireplace (that, of course, didn't heat up. It was 39 degrees, haha!). Furthermore, they arranged an amazing and affordable transfer from the cruiseport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. The room we booked was really amazing, spacious, very clean, free coffee and water every day. Comfortable bed, with nice pillows and a nice outdoor seating area. The room was LG01 and would really recommend that one. The food at the rooftopbar was amazing, although maybe it isn't your typical Greek cuisine. It did have one of the best chicken burgers we ever had! But also the pinsa pizza, the Greek salad, and the maple syrup pancakes were amazing. And the staff, especially the blonde lady(I forgot her name, unfortunately),were so friendly and nice to talk to. Oh, and the Freddo cappuccino were great too, we had one every day :). The infinity pool was great, nice and cool, which is really great with the Greek very hot sun! The hotel is not in the centre, but just 2 minutes from the hotel is a Busstop which can bring you to the Sigrou Fix busstop, from there you can either walk or take the metro to everything. The busses aren't always on time, but they are quite easy to use when you get the hang of it. The bus stop across the street is the one to the centre. I would definitely return to the hotel when I come back to Athens. It's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

Nothing at all. It was just great!

The staff were all very professional and helpful. They were great from the registration team to the cleaning crew to the restaurant staff. The restaurant was very nice, (we decided to eat there both evenings of our stay) and the infinity pool deck was relaxing and had a view of the Acropolis in the distance. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and air-conditioned. All very pleasant.

The design and build of the room and hallways was cheaply done, and will likely need expensive repairs in just a few months or years. There were signs for people to invest in the hotel, (for a “golden passport”) but I couldn’t see investing in something that may not hold up very well. The other thing we didn’t like was the music played in the restaurant/pool area seemed only for teenagers/young people, and definitely didn’t cater towards the music tastes of the average adult or people who pay to be there.

The rooms are clean and have a modern design. The rooftop is very nice, and the food in the rooftop restaurant is great. The staff are excellent, providing friendly and attentive service. The location is convenient with easy access to public transport, making it easy to get around.

The pool is great, but unfortunately becomes unusable when families with children arrive. It would be more suitable if it were an adults-only hotel. In the room without a view, you have to keep the curtains closed because it is very close to other buildings. In terms of location, it is very close to everything with public transport, but there are no restaurants or markets within walking distance.

The rooftop is amazing. We ate out a lot, in the end the restaurant at the Lux and Easy was the best I had. Also, the gym is small and only has one stationary bike, but it's a very good one.

The location is not good if you want to see the sites in Athens. We were there for a conference, so it was fine. Getting around Athens is chaotic no matter what you do, so it was a lovely place to return to after nightmare Uber rides. I also noticed a constant smell of cigarette smoke in my room. I think people smoke near vents that carry to the rooms or something.

We booked last minute (the same morning!) and arrived at the hotel around 11am. We knew it was a big request, but we asked if check in was possible already. Understandably, the room wasn't ready, but the hotel staff were so kind and accommodating and said we could relax by the rooftop pool while we waited. We had parked out front and let them know we had the car. They had underground parking for 15 euro a day, which we had seen before booking, so we happily paid to leave the car there. It was really convenient to be able to go up and down from the pool while we waited. We were able to check in an hour earlier. The room was very spacious and clean, they had coffee pods and a great air con system. No view outside our room on the third floor (just the building right across our side, which seemed unused). Overall, the staff were so friendly and helpful and although we only stayed for a night, we really enjoyed our time there.

Although cocktails were great and staff by the pool were fantastic, the drinks were maybe a bit expensive. Location was a bit far from town, but we were able to order an Uber to take us right near the Acropolis for under 10 euros. We returned around midnight, which was a bit more difficult.. As it was a Saturday night, we did have quite a long wait before our trip was accepted!

The place is great! I only stayed one night and enjoyed the sunset in the swimming pool. The hotel seems far from the centre and is close to a very noisy street but I heard no noise from my room ;) It doesn't seem like a touristy area and I found local restaurants close by - an amazing experience! The receptionists were lovely and advised me on the best ferry to take to go to an island

It's not very well connected with public transportation on Sundays (the day I arrived). There's a bus stopping very close otherwise. Nothing that the hotel can do, this is just for the people coming to know it - a taxi is a great option. The swimming pool is a bit smaller than it looks in the pictures

The hotel seems to be new. Receptionists are very professional. The check-in process was fast. The room was spacious and modern. The Internet is fast, and Smart TV is quite big. Coffee machine available, and capsules are provided. The hair dryer, shower gel, and shampoos are provided, too. Very comfortable bed. There are plenty of ambient lights in the room. A rooftop bar has a view, and there is a swimming pool as well. All in all, good stay and it was fairly priced.

We got the room on the lower ground, so there was no view :( Lack of view didn't bother us much because we stay in a room only to sleep over. There is so much to see and do in Athens, so staying in a hotel is a waste of time :))) The shower booth is leaking water, so don't keep your staff near the booth. Sound insulation isn't the best, and you can hear when someone flushes the water in the room above :(((
