Our FIRST HOSTEL experience was comfortable and memorable. The staff were very helpful specially Theo and Elena. They went out of their way to help us with recommendations as well as hospital location when my husband needed one. Good service. Breakfast decent. Nice accommodation with ample seating and cushions at the lobby area. Very close to metro and easy access to airport €9, Athens Mall, Acropolis and Monasteraki where the Market Square is. You can also have your laundry done there for a reasonable fee. It wasn’t loud or noisy like we expected for a hostel to be. Everyone was respectful and no late night noise apart from a nearby establishments on occasion. We highly recommend the place. * More handrails on the stairs would be helpful and appreciated.*

I liked everything, the guy at reception was so helpful and so good and so friendly. All staff is so friendly and good , good breakfast, good bed privacy and really helpful staff, u will get what u see in pics. I even told the girl at reception today i will see you guys again and if I'm going to visit Greece again I'm going to stay there surely. Near everything a good location near the city center and good air conditioning in room.

I recently stayed at Hostel in the heart of Athens, and it was an incredible experience! The location is unbeatable, with easy access to all major attractions, vibrant neighborhoods, and public transportation. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to provide great recommendations and assist with any needs. The hostel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a welcoming atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the communal areas, which made it easy to meet fellow travelers and share stories. My recent stay at Hostel in Athens had its ups and downs, but the most disappointing aspect was the reception staff. They often seemed disinterested and unwelcoming, which created a poor first impression. Communication was also a challenge, as some staff members were not proficient in English, making it difficult to get accurate information or assistance.

I arrived in Athens solo from Thessaloniki having had an accident and been to hospital to have my ankle xrayed that morning. I rang up straight away, explained the situation and asked if I could have a bottom bunk. When I arrived the staff could not have been kinder or more helpful and were amazing in making sure that I had everything I needed and that I was as comfortable as could be given the circumstances. Excellent facilities, clean and comfortable but the people are what made this hostel, and I cannot thank them enough for looking after me :)

I liked the how organized the hostel is…there is a huge place for breakfast and after breakfast you can seat there to drink coffee or tea and that is for free the whole day …also there is a roof at the top that you can use whenever you want …there is also a kitchen if you wanna cook something…in general everything was clean and the location is amazing is near to the most famous night clubs in Athens and also near to the metro station (3 mins walking

Everything was good and easy for me

Nice bunker beds. I got a feeling of privacy even if I was staying in a room with 11 more guests. Excellent location near the Keramikos metro station. The hostel was really cute. Shared bathroom was comfortable and fully equipped. I was even provided with a towel, free of charge!

The price could have been a little bit lower, taking into account that it is a hostel (a space where normally would have been for 2 twin rooms is used by 12 people) and that it's Athens and not Helsinki for example. But of course that's my point of view.

The staff was great, the place was clean, my needs where meet adequately. It is in a modern vibrant neigbourhood from a stontrow away from the metró.

In the lounge is good but in my specific room Wifi sould have been stronger, it strugles to provide all of the hostels area, good for loadig simple pages, but uploading or downloading anything big like videos and pictures made on my trip was dificult in my room.

Location is perfect. Just by tram stop. Good value of money. Every facility is provided towel bedsheet lockers breakfast wifi mobile charging ports good environment.

There was no proper cleaning of washroom. And it's right in the middle of city so there are clubs and bars around which play loud music at night. It was not an issue for me but for those it matters, it can be an issue

The staff was great. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. They provide you with towels. Each bed has an electric socket, light and a curtain in case you need some privacy. Nice terrace on the top floor

The neighborhood is great for nightlife if you're into it, but might be a get noisy. Although the place is in a quiet area and I had no problems sleeping. Not super close to the historic center. 15-20 min walk to the Acropolis and Ermou street.

Beds were nice and spacious and love pricy curtain. Free breakfast, although a bit limited in choice, was a bonus, good location with metro station nearby direct to city center, Pireas port and airport and plenty of good nearby food places.

Location wise is great, but it's in a busy area surrounded by bars so there is noise to quite late on, so glad I had my ear plugs. Communal area is not the biggest and with free breakfast the area is not big enough with all hostel guests trying to eat at the same time,
