The staff at the hotel are very friendly and nice

The cleaning team don’t clean the bathroom room well, they didn’t clean our shower during our stay and forgot to put the conditioner or other things The room is too small for 3 people, and the additional bed was tooo small

I recently had the pleasure of staying at NYX Esperia Palace Hotel Athens, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and attended to every need with a genuine smile. The level of hospitality was truly outstanding. The breakfast menu was a delightful surprise, offering diverse options to suit every palate. The quality and variety were impressive, from fresh fruits to hearty breakfast classics. It was a perfect start to each day of my stay. The hotel's bar also deserves commendation. The ambience was inviting, and the bartenders were skilled and friendly, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The drink selection was extensive, and their signature cocktails were a highlight of my evenings with a roof top view of the Acropolis,

I can confidently say that my stay at NYX Esperia Palace Hotel Athens left me without a single complaint.

Great rooftop facilities and view of Athens/sunset. Rooms were great and super comfy beds/pillows. Clean tidy, great ammenities, staff super helpful and friendly. Easy check in.

The 9th floor on the weekends was noisy due to being close to the rooftop and having a dj and bar. The music didn’t stop until after 1am. Not sure if this is like this during week days too.

Loved NYX! Great location, quirky hotel, fabulous staff nothing was too much trouble. Incredibly view of The Acropolis on the roof top balcony of the restaurant.

To me a spa is where you relax, when we went 3/4 times it was full of children splashing around and very noisy. I think there should be a set time for children or the spa should be classed a swimming pool. The jacuzzi could do with being hotter and the jets don’t work properly.

We were delighted with the NYX Esperia Palace Hotel. We were made very welcome on arrival, check-in was easy and our room was ready ahead of time. We were able to drop our bags and go up to the rooftop restaurant for an excellent lunch with views of the Acropolis. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of locally-inspired dishes. We were able to arrange a late checkout which was much appreciated as our flight was not until late in the evening. It has a hipster vibe which we enjoyed. Staying there added to our experience of Athens.

There was little storage space in the room which meant that we had to live out of our suitcases rather than being able to unpack properly. Noise in the corridor could be easily heard in the room.

The Hotel was very comfortable and clean. Buffet breakfast was good. Reception staff, maintenance staff and waiters were very professional and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. View of the Acropolis from the restaurant and pool was breathtaking. Hotel is well located and an easy walk into Plaka where there are lots of restaurants, shops and bars. Hop on Hop off bus stop just outside the hotel so great for getting around the city if you don't know it that well. Athens is a very interesting city, we didn't really have enough time to explore it like I would have wanted to but it was a taster that has left me hungry for more.

My wife was refused entry to the bar on an evening because she wasn't wearing closed toe shoes. Quite embarrassing for her. If there is a dress code perhaps people should be made aware of that in some sort of hotel information booklet that could be left in the room. Needless to say our custom at the bar was lost after that incident and although the hotel has many positives I don't think we will be staying there on our next visit as a result

The hotel is new, and the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The modern design and stylish interiors give the hotel a luxurious feel, making the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The location is also a plus, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality stay!

Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was amazing! The view was absolutely stunning, too!

I was a bit disappointed when I asked for a sun bed and was told they were booked, the 2 hours I was there no one used them. I also found the pool staff not very helpful and not very friendly. If sun beds require a reservation, it would be great to have a policy in place where unused beds are made available to those who are actually present. My husband and I went for cocktails in the evening and asked to sit in the booths outside, but we were told we couldn’t because they cost 50 euros. It’s frustrating to have assumptions!! I also asked about snacks with our drinks and was told they don’t serve them, even though other tables were getting food. This was quite disappointing. Sorry I didn’t bring my Chanel bag to drinks!"

The staff are so incredibly helpful. When I checked in, my room was noisy due to being on the side to traffic. I was upgraded and moved to a quieter area. The room had 2 twins, and the staff made sure I had the bed I wanted (double), which was made on the spot. Breakfast is included, and it is absolutely delicious. A lot of variety for vegetarians. The location is fantastic. The hotel is near a stop for the hop on/off buses, which I recommend doing. My holiday was memorable, the hotel had a big part of it. I would stay here again if I come back to Athens!

Nothing! The staff did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied. Kudos for moving me to a quieter room & providing an upgrade. The hotel knows how to look after their visitors!
