Distance to the sea. Underground tunnel from hotel to the beach, Kid's party at afternoon were nice and my daughters enjoyed them a lot.

The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were very good, with a bunch of options including juices, sodas, etc. The infrastructure on the beach is also amazing with bar services, ice cream, and snacks to eat while enjoying the beach. The apartment is around 25 min from the city town by taxi/car.

It looks like the wifi does not work very well from the 3rd floor, there were specific points in the room where we could get the wifi working with a low-quality connection. The wifi connection worked well in public areas inside the hotel. In our last day (June, 30th), there was a strike, and the staff was reduced impacting the all-inclusive services. While a lot of people were impacted, we saw the staff giving their best to support everybody despite the chaos.

We had a fantastic stay. Every single member of staff was very friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. The lovely Manager Matina went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Julia and Svetlana in the reception were also both very attentive and helpful. Panos helped us with our luggage and he was ever so helpful he was even happy to make a cot for us in the middle of the night! In the restaurant - Gioannis, Chritos just to name a few were also very helpful and very attentive towards my toddler. My toddler felt right at home there and made lots of friends. The food was delicious and varied and freshly cooked and even at lunchtimes. The rooms were very spacious (we had 2 large rooms in 1) and a huge hallway and very clean and our cleaning lady was ever so lovely and attentive. Our room had a huge balcony with beautiful sea views where we could enjoy daily sunrises and sunsets over the Mediterranean sea. We had a bottle of water waiting for us daily and even fresh fruit and a bottle of wine on the day we arrived. There is ample amount of food and drinks and there is something available to drink or eat pretty much 24/7. The hotel is right on the beach and there are food and drinks even there, which made it very convenient with a toddler. There were ample things to do and to discover - play ground, several swimming pools, swimming pool slides, large veranda upstairs with gorgeous sea views, lovely walk in the garden and mountains, tennis courts and shows every evening and kids entertainment daily (just to mention a few). And all this was on-site. There was a fantastic souvenir shop in the hotel and there were even toys for our toddler, which she loved to explore daily. We were very touched by how warm and friendly everyone was and we truely felt it was home away from home. I know for sure my toddler will miss everyone there and we will sure be back soon. Thank you so much everyone for making our stay so memorable.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is an old building. However, it has a lot of positive things that makes this less of an issue. The facilities are very good, particularly, the tennis court, the spacious terras, the restaurant and the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially the lovely lady, Mrs.Matina, the manager. She made sure we are comfortable with our room. The food and the desserts were variant and very delicious. The staff in the restaurant were very active and friendly, specially the waiter Giannis. We enjoyed evening events arranged by Mike and the rest of the animation team.

The building is a bit old and needs some renovation.

The staff was very helpful and we certainly enjoyed the aqua gym! We never went hungry as there was more than enough food. The pool was clean and good size with enough sun beds. Our plane took off st 1830 and checkout was at 12 but we were allowed to enjoy the facilities until we left and staff let us into a room to shower before our flight.

A beautiful and peaceful location with crystal clear waters and easy access to beach via underground location

Bus service was good, however return trip had to be by taxi because the bus station was a bit of a walk from drop off location.

Great amenities and activities organised by the pool and entertainment at night was good
