Spacious duplex with two bathrooms, two bedrooms, two balconies and a living room with cooking facilities. Centrally located in the quieter part of Agia Marina, bordering Platanias with access to all facilities in close proximity. Bus stop right outside the door step with buses to Chania departing every 30-45mins. Staff is kind, professional and welcoming at all times. Breakfast had a good variety of both continental and regional dishes.

Pool water a bit too cold as not heated. Missed a “do not disturb” signage as cleaning arrives early. Gym facilities a bit outdated and could use a renewal.

Everything was just as the picuters portrayed. Our suite was overlooking the street and you could see the beach which was only walking distance. Excellent location close to shops, beach and restaurants. Amazing hospitality by all the staff. Daily housekeeping was also wonderful. Private jacuzzi was awesome as were the views. Breakfast offered wonderful choices and was freshly made daily which included pastries, egss and salads, juices and champagne as well. Wonderful shared pool with plenty of shade and sunny spots. Excellent bar service with drinks delivered to your sun lounge.

Where they didn't get maximum there were mixed experiences. The guy on reception was top excellent, the lady was OK. Cleanliness was good, but even though we checked on the form during check-in that we need cleaning only every 3 days they still replaced towels every day unnecessarily. Finally, we could communicate with the janitor lady and for our direct request she stopped. The restaurant is good and fairly priced. Waiters were very kind and helpful. Full breakfast, good and changing selection.

Everything - staff were fantastic. We booked Oscar Suites but were upgraded to the sister hotel Phos (newly opened) which is superb! We were able to use facilities at both and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Location is great - close to the beaches and a (long) walk to Chania if you fancy it - or a bus trip (2 euros). The restaurants in Agia Marina are the best experienced anywhere we've been.

Gym could do with a refresh but I understand there will be one in Phos for next year

We had a fantastic stay at Oscar Suites & Village Hotel in Crete. The atmosphere was wonderful, and special thanks go to the manager, Michael, who embodies all the qualities of a great manager. He always finds solutions and goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant experience. We will definitely be coming back. It was truly amazing. This is our third stay at Oscar, and we had another excellent experience. The hotel is right on the Main Street with lots to do around. The hotel property itself is beautiful with two pools, and the friendliest and most accommodating staff- From the front desk to the cleaning staff! There is a parking lot, which helps because parking on the main street is difficult. Overall great stay, and we look forward to coming back.

Place is very close to the beach. Only 100m It's not common think there in Chania region. Cosy small town with lot of place for dinner. All needed services are next on same street. Room has kitchen and everything. Free parking. Very friendly personel. New clean towels every day

Half board dinner more suitable for families with children. We came at the end of season probably was not common situation. Also structure of the room strange, Some design errors like TV place and color of fridge suitable for change

The location is in the centre of touristic Agia Marina, for only 2 euro single you can take the bus to Chania city center. The hotel is well equipped with two pools and nice roomy apartment rooms. The staff is hyper friendly and helpful.

They were really nice to our small (cute and well behaved) dog which is a real plus for us. The staff were really friendly and nice to us and the breakfast was good. Good parking and nice clean, spacious room.

The only issue was that the air con machine blew directly onto the bed so it made us cold.

car Suits My husband and I took the most beautiful vacation to Greece this last September, went to Athens 2 days, Mykonos 3 days, Chania 3 days then Athens 4 days. We had an amazing time everywhere and everyplace we stayed at. I can say this trip far exceeded my expectation. But!! after being pampered respected and truly treated like royalty we got to Chania so excited to get to our hotel and continue this amazing adventure we were having so far. The hotel I had originally booked treated us so bad, I’m not going to go into that because I don’t want to take away from the praises I want to give to a person and his crew at Oscar Suits. I booked Oscar Suites online within minutes of deciding to change hotels. I called the hotel to send us a transfer saying “Please help us out of this place” I thought I was talking to an angle. Dimitri was so kind and helpful he assured me he had sent a taxi and not to worry. The taxi came and our desperation started to fade away. We got to the hotel and Dimitri and his great staff welcomed us as if we were family, when Dimitri saw the state we were in, he quickly said right now just go to your room rest and tomorrow we’ll finish the check in process. During our stay I remember telling them a hundred times that they were God sent to us. I can definitely tell you Chania turned out to be the icing on our already delicious cake and we had an even more amazing and even better time because of these guys and the service they gave us was 10 star, five star is not enough for Oscar Suites and staff. We are already looking forward for a repeat of our vacation minus the (But!!) part. Much praising needs to be said for their 1st rate restaurant, 1st rate cleanliness, 1st rate service. We love and miss you!!
