The host, Christof, is very friendly and helpful. The location is at a prime location, easy to move around the city, and the view from our balcony was excellent; we could see the Church of Nicholas from there. The room was very clean and tidy, with a very artistic design. The host also gave us good recommendations regarding restaurants, tourist attractions and taxi transfers, we really enjoyed our stay there. We have no trouble doing laundry in the premises (after our long journey in Europe); Christof is very helpful and understanding in this. We highly recommend this hotel. We recently had the pleasure of staying at the 5 Hermopolis Concept in Ermoupoli and we must say that it was an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment we arrived until the day of our departure, Christos, the hotel owner, created an atmosphere that exceeded our expectations with professionalism and warmth. The hotel owner's attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our stay. The room itself was immaculate, full of comfort that made us feel right at home. Every detail in this renovated ancient building, demonstrated the owner's commitment to providing a personalized experience. Throughout our stay, the owner's dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction was remarkable. He was always available, ready to assist with all sort of requests. He made our stay memorable. His expertise in hospitality was evident in his knowledge of the local area, as he provided valuable recommendations for sightseeing, dining, and entertainment. It was clear that the owner genuinely cared about his guests' experiences and was committed to making our stay truly special. The hotel location is amazing, with a beautiful view, in a quiet area but very close to the city center and the port. In conclusion, our stay was a truly unforgettable experience. Professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for the guests created an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality that sets this hotel apart. Last but not least, Christos during our farewell, offered a candle to one of us as a gift for the birthday. This was totally unexpected and really touched our heart, we were speechless. Super clean and super central. Even better than the photos. One of the best rooms we ‘ve stayed on Greek islands. The owners are happy to help with recommendations and anything else you might need. They even left us a nice gift at the end of our stay. In case we visit Syros in the future we would stay at this place again without a doubt.

Great location, lovely room and great owners.

It would have been nice to have a printed list of breakfast options rather trying to remember what the owner had said. Also we asked for it at 8:30am but were told it would be ready at 9am. Actually it was brought to our room at 8:45 but I think there should be more flexibility for earlier breakfasts.

We had a very nice stay, mr. Christos was always there when we needed him. Breakfast was great, simple and austere. They even brought us home-made cake done by Mr. Christos wife.

Everything was great, the only minor for me was the pillow as it wasn't very comfortable.

The room was beautiful with a gorgeous view! The breakfast was amazing. Christos was so friendly and helpful. We were located right near everything’ I can’t wait to come back!

The only “negative” is the stairs up to the room, but that is to be expected in Greece 😂

Very good location. The manager was friendly and the room was very clean.

The bathroom was very small and the air conditioning in our room was quite weak, so it didn't make too much difference to the room temperature. The manager, while he was friendly, just talked too much and it took us a long time to check in and check out. Maybe we are just too polite to say these things direct....

Location was lovely and close to the main square and streets of Syros. The old buildings in the area are stunning to look at

AC was old and wasn’t in use once you were away for the day/night making for an uncomfortable sleep each night in the hot summer nights

The owner was extremely helpful and kind, giving us a lot of tips and suggestions. Their hospitality was great. The room was comfy and spacious. Nice interior design, high ceiling and a nice view from the windows.

The location is quite central but the parking is really difficult. The bathroom seems somewhat old, could have been better and the bed sheets seemed to not have been ironed.

Location: the property is located in a very central location in Hermoupolis, behind the Apollon Theater. Everything is within walking distance (supermarket, pharmacy, local attractions, bars and restaurants) Room: beautiful high ceiling building, bright and airy. Modern design furnitures and a very good mattress! Cleaned on a daily basis. No complaints whatsoever. Hosts: they were the best part of our stay. Very friendly and accommodating. Would walk the extra mile to make as feel at welcome. They even carried our luggage up to the room! Breakfast: local cakes, brioche, variety of jams (all home made), yogurt, cereal, coffee of choice all served in the room.

There's nothing we didn't like about the property or the hosts. I do need to point out though that there is no elevator in the property and people with mobility issues may find it difficult to get to their rooms.
