The staff were really friendly. The breakfast was very good but a little variety would have been nice The shower was tiny and a little tricky to manage. The kitchen facilities were very poor. The meals served for lunch etc were very good and also good value. The pool area was really nice and clean.

I liked the daily cleaning and the absolutely hygienic cleanliness - I would like to praise the cleaning lady very much, she was very careful and always wanted to have 100% cleaned to our satisfaction. The front desk helped with everything, was able to sort everything out, never a problem, very helpful staff. We spent 15 nights here and thank you so much for making your hotel our little home on our vacation.

It depends on how big your standard is. Perhaps the only hitch for me was the size of the shower, but nothing that couldn't be overcome! ☺️

The room was clean, with comfortable beds, a nice balcony with a pool view and good air conditioning. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and we had a couple of very nice lunches here too. The pool was nice and clean and great for cooling off. We also loved the location, being in a quiet spot, but still only a 15-20 minute walk from some nice restaurants and a lovely sandy beach. There were also lots of options for water sports and boat trips from Faliraki beach. We would definitely stay again.

The shower cubicle in our room was a little cramped and it was a shame the pool wasn't open a bit later, but these are minor gripes and won't put us off coming back.

It was so private, the executive room is basically your own villa as its not apart of the main building, cleaners are friendly and not intrusive, our private pool was so clean, the pool cleaner used to come early everyday, the room cleaners were very nice and attentive, the sun used to hit the pool in the morning about 9 and stay til 6pm! Hotel staff were welcoming, reception is 24hr, the hotel was not very busy at this time, location is very good if you drive main attractions of Rhodes being a reasonable drive away, surrounded by beautiful beaches all 10/15 drive away, my favourite was tsambika, old town was 30 min drive, Lindos 40 min, airport was 18 min drive away however there’s a beach strip full with bars restaurants and shops open til late around a 15 min walk away

The room didn’t provide any tea/coffee amenities, (other than at breakfast) there’s a kettle, cooking hob, pots, pans and plates if you wanted to cook but no salt, pepper oil etc There was lots of ants around the private garden and pool area however the cleaners used to remove them everyday as they did come back

Very clean, staff were very lovely and accommodating. My autistic daughter was made to feel very comfortable and was even given free ice cream. Everyone was very friendly and supportive. Rooms were cleaned daily, basic utensils and kitchen appliances were supplied and cleaned also daily. Beautifully decorated and beds were super comfortable. We had lovely views of the pool and everything was open for everyone to use, cabana, seating area, pool lounge etc. small property but greatly managed. Would definitely stay again.

No elevator. Only 2 floor but as we were going out quite often with a child it was just a little inconvenient but didn’t hinder us. The distance to the beach and strip was a bit too far and the cars were fully booked by the time we got there. Still the staff were exceptionally helpful and helped us order taxi when needed.

We truly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was very delicious. You can eat fresh vegetables, fruit, home baked cakes and lovely apple pie. For me as a diabetic person it was excellent breakfast. Our room was perfectly equipped with very efficient air conditioner. The swimming pool was very nice and cleaned every day. And the quality of water was checked. Everybody could find free sunbed, so there was no problem with it. The hotel is run by family. We have met here very fantastic people, the owners, ladies that clean the rooms and driver. These people are truly devoted to this place and are very kind and sweet. We regret that our stay could not have been longer. So if you hesitate, just do not and book your room here. The hotel is rather small, but it is an advantage as it is very quiet and homey. Not far from the sea. If you have a problem or question you can always ask at the reception desk. They give you all information you need.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Super nice family run accommodation. Our room was fully reconstructed, spacious, and simply nice. There were maybe not that many options for breakfast, but for me it was enough and everything was tasty (especially the fresh pastry and fresh fruits). Staff was always nice and helpful with all our questions. The best part is the swimming pool! Many sun chairs to use and the pool was always clean. The only downside is that it's available only until 7 pm, which I found to be unsatisfactory. A late evening swim would be nice. Also the rooms do not have a great isolation, so you can hear your neighbors if they are noisy... but this is a common issues with most hotels of this type. Location is also convenient, a 15 min walk to the beach and city center.

The availability of the swimming pool could be extended. Also, sometimes the cleaning of the floors in the room was not properly done. However, bathroom and kitchen were cleaned nicely.

We had a deluxe studio apartment which was newly renovated. The pictures don’t show the room at all on booking.com but we were very pleased when we arrived. Full length mirror. Apartment cleaned every day. Offered oat/non dairy milks. Staff always there to help with recommendations/calling taxis.

Breakfast selection poor however had read this in previous reviews so was prepared. The walk back at night can be a little dark when you turn off the main road. Some parts of the kitchen area could be doing with being tidied up/replaced.

The room we had was very modern and luxurious with a private garden and pool. Everything we could want was available, lounge chairs, tv, bathroom fully equipped and kitchen facilities for cooking, including a fridge and freezer. Room was cleaned everyday and they made sure we had enough towels, toilet paper and toiletries everyday. Both the private pool and the communal pool are being cleaned every day. Everything is very clean and looks nice. Enough parking if you rent a car and it's close to everything in Faliraki. If you don't have a rental car you could walk if you want. The beach and restaurants are anywhere between 12 to 20 minutes away.

Breakfast was a bit basic and not amazing, could use a bit more variety.

Friendly staff, lovely family owned property, Service with a smile, The environment is very clean, the location is absolutely perfect. For a family of 5 we walked to all the places we visited, we didn’t need a car as the beach and city centre is about 20 mins walk maximum. Good for burning calories! Rooms were cleaned daily, furnished with fridge, kitchenette, lots of Towels and toilet papers. The communal pool is probably one of the biggest in the area and very clean. All the rooms have balconies and are facing the pools . Breakfast is included in the price which is good as you don’t want to be worrying about breakfast each morning. Hotel serves paid lunch which you can have by the pool area. All in all we loved our stay and will be visiting again.

The bathroom is really dated, the shower is so small and tight and I could hardly move around - it was very uncomfortable. There are better rooms with better bathrooms as we were temporarily checked into one of the better rooms on our first night, but then moved the next day as the room we booked was different and perhaps one of the cheaper ones. So, for next time we plan on booking the more modern rooms with bigger bathroom.
