We were so happy we chose Aria suites for our stay in Fira/Santorini. It’s hard to envision the location and what’s around but I am telling you this location is awesome! We stayed in the Carmen Suite (2BR/1Bath) and I was worried about only one bathroom. The unit is so big we were able to coordinate bathroom time with no problem! The place is so cute and the extra amenities they provide were great. We had an extra bed brought in so my adult children could have their own sleeping space. There is a fully stocked refrigerator with water and drinks including alcohol for purchase, complimentary bottle of champagne too! The breakfast every morning was enormous and you can order whatever you wanted. They delivered to our patio at the time we wanted. The view was incredible too! Food was delicious! There’s a nice small Pool with lounge chairs that we relaxed on too. The manager Staci was amazing and so helpful during our stay! So were the rest of the staff. The location was the ultimate! So close to all the action in Fira but not in the busy noisy section. Several restaurants steps away. The walking path was right in front of the suites. The villas were just up a short walk away but also awesome location. You can use the hot tubs if they are available. I Definitely recommend staying here. I was so happy we did!!

Nothing. We loved it

Excellent location. On a quiet street, yet a 3 minute walk to bus station so can easily move about the island. Property is spacious and meticulously cleaned multiple times a day. Truly the cleaning staff was amazing. Very comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast served at our outdoor seating area each morning. Beautiful view of the caldera, all the way to Oia. Great communication with property manager. Nice size spa with our villa. The main pool also is good sized with comfortable loungers and constant refreshing of towels. Excellent place for our family of 6. Highly recommend.

This isn’t something that bothered me, but be aware that our villa just had a curtain that separated the two outdoor/spa areas next to each other. You have to walk through it to get up the main set of stairs so it can feel like shared space if you are using those stairs, eating, or swimming at the same time. Our villa, though, does have another way to exit not going through those steps.

Aria Suites was just simply amazing in so many ways. It is in an excellent location - close to everything, yet away from the majority of the foot traffic and quiet. The view is amazing. All the rooms are adjacent to the pool area which features a view out to the water. Breakfast is served each day on your table outside your suite, cooked fresh, delivered, and set up for you to enjoy. Both the rooms and property are kept exceptionally clean and in good working order. While a small property, they do well delivering full service. The staff is very attentive and helpful, making us feel special and appreciative that we were there. If we find ourselves back in Santorini again I want to stay here.

We loved it all. I would not change anything.

The view and location were spectacular. Close enough to the shops and restaurants but not so close you were inundated with people everywhere. But the view!!! incrediblefrom every vantage point. The rooms were spacious and perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids). . But most of all it was the staff that made our trip exceptional, especially Stacy. Her warmth and helpfulness were amazing and made us feel like family by the time we left. Every recommendation she made was top notch. We can’t wait to visit again.

It is located very close to the main road in Fira, but just off it so that you are still sheltered from the crowd and traffic. Perfect location; exactly what we were looking for. We stayed in the Norma suite, from where we had a wonderful view of the Caldera; could not quite see the sunset, but a few minute walk takes you to the main road from where you have an unobstructed view of the beautiful sunset. The rooms are spacious. The three balconies and the breakfast area being right next to the pool was the main attraction for our teenagers Staff is very friendly and helpful, and with an issue that we had with the door lock, was able to quickly take care of it. The taxi stops at the bottom of small hill and the staff took all our bags to our rooms. We started our stay with a complimentary bottle of champagne from the hotel. Definitely appreciate that gesture !! An ala carte breakfast is included, and you don't want to miss it !! Its delicious, and perfect start to the day. This is a perfect place to stay in Santorini. Crows were much fewer in Fira (in May/June) than Oia, and we were able to get a spot either at a cafe/bar or on the street to watch the sunset every evening.

The only one issue that we had was the key to the safe was missing, and so were never able to use it during our stay, and so we ended up 'hiding' our passports in our luggage, which definitely gave us some cause for concern.

The location of this hotel was exactly what we needed. It is on the end of the walkway/path so it is quiet but only steps away from all the action. Meaning you can see and feel all that Fira has to offer and then retreat to your private paradise to rest. The view from the hotel was better than I was expecting. It is so expansive it is hard to show in photos. We spent a little bit of time enjoying the pool and view each day because it was too hard to pass up. We booked two rooms to accommodate our family that required three bedrooms. Both rooms (one with two rooms, one with one room) were very spacious and had everything we needed. The morning breakfast was brought to us based on the time requested (or adjusted time if to many breakfasts were ordered for the same time) and was a true bounty of food. It was really nice to start the day without having to figure out where to get food or what to get. We had a few requests for the staff which they were happy to handle for us (restaurant reservations, transportation to Oia and back, early morning food). This is a very small hotel (like so many in Fira) which means it has a peaceful calm relaxing atmosphere. We were aware there were other guests but it never felt crowded. The rooms are so large that you don't get that feeling that someone else is right next to you. Ah, as I write this I am longing for another day by the pool looking at that awesome view.

Unfortunately because of the donkeys/mules that are used in the area, there are quite a lot of flies. Eating breakfast outside in the morning wasn't as nice as it could be because of the flies. The hotel seemed to be trying to address it by hanging some donkey poop traps behind some trees and bushes. I don't think the hotel can control the flies but at least they were trying. We also had ants in one of the rooms. I was not told about this until after the trip so unfortunately we were not able to alert the staff. I had noticed some ant bait/repellant under the bathroom sink so I assume they were on a constant battle with ants. I'm sure this has more to do with the island/environment than the quality/condition of the hotel.

The staff were very nice. Location was perfect. Breakfast was not too bad. Booked essentially for the indoor and outdoor jacuzzi pools, the outdoor overlooking Fira and the Caldera with uninterrupted sunset views.

The floors are very slippery when wet. The rooms, possibly from the shower drain/sewerage system, had a very bad smell from them the entire time however I am unsure if this could have been fixed, maybe a systemic issue. Our bedroom aircon broke and we advised in the morning and came back in the afternoon to the same issue. A fan was provided which was adequate for one night stay.

The hotel was the highlight of our trip and a huge surprise. The location, staff, and property far exceeded our expectations. Stacey, The property manager was exceptional. She made the entire experience so special. She connected us to activities, restaurants, and made you feel like family. The staff was attentive, kind, and hard working. The rooms were beautiful - the suites with the Caldera view were fabulous. The location was perfect. It was at the edge of the old town, quiet but close and near the town of Santorini too. Perfection!!!!

It was amazing. I would change nothing. I cannot rate it high enough.

Stayed in The Norma suite. It was huge, clean, bright and the AC worked really well. It was right next to the pool, which no one really used so we felt like we had it all to ourselves every day. The staff are amazing. They are super friendly, polite and helpful. They work super hard to ensure their guests have the best experience. And last but not least: THE EPIC VIEW OF THE CALDERA!

The only thing that I didn’t like was the cost, but it was Santorini in high season, and it is right in the heart of Fira, so when you take that all into consideration, I guess it is to be expected.

We liked the whole experience at Aria suites. The staff was very friendly. The stay was cozy and comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean. Water bottles were provided. And best of all, the breakfast was awesome. Location is also good.

The hot water in the shower goes off after sometime. The staff said that it is a power cut problem, but we think it's the limited supply of the hot water for a certain period of time.
