Great helpful staff, good value for money, comfortable room

Was apparently far from the city center (knew this after booking but could no longer cancel), no elevators too, and 3 hrs between each shuttle ride. Otherwise the place was super nice and immaculate.

Overall I had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely hotel which regularly visited by some cute stray cats. The hotel offered a tour and nice breakfasts which considered cheap in Santorini. The room was not big but very comfortable. Got some nice views from my balcony where I could spot a cute church, swimming pool and a beautiful sunrise in the morning. Good daily housekeeping standard. Although the location was a bit far from Fira but the best thing was the hotel offered round trip free transfer every 2 hours until midnight. The staffs, especially the chauffuer were friendly and courteous. Highly recommended to those who are looking for a peaceful stay away from the busy town but still accessible to the main attractions. 👍🏻☺️

It'd be better to have some shops nearby for convenience.

The ambience of the hotel was awesome. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great value for money.

The lounge was always too warm. Air conditioner was always turned off

It's close to the beach and the airport.

The Hotel is excellent, they have an amazing customer service, all were friendly. Cindy, Gorge and Miguel, made us feel like family. They Really were a great host, Gorge who was also the driver for (free transfer) to fira. The rooms was nice! Good size and with a gorgeous balcony. Room has TV & fridge. The hotel offered a tour and have a nice breakfasts. Drinks and takeaway food ordering service available, Miguel always was there to help us. Beach also very close to hotel. The hotel is very close to the airport, 10 min drive.

The shower was not confort and to close to toilet.

We lived here 10 days at the end of september. The guests generally come for 2-3 days. The room is small, a fairly large terrace with a corner sea view. The kettle, hairdryer, iron are available at the reception. The fridge is in the room. 3 kinds of breakfast are avalable on request. But we travelling with hario dripper and our own coffee :) Yoghurt and fruit we bought in Fira, the dinner was delivered from local taverns (big thanks to the receptionist for assistance). The delivery was about 40-60 minutes. The location is very convenient - 1 minute to the beach and 3 km from Fira. Free transfers are organized from the hotel every two hours from 8:30 to 22:30. The last transfer from Fira at 0:00. WiFi is not the strongest one (about 1 Mb/s), but mail, instant messaging, video - everything works. The beach is very uncrowded (no more than 50 persons), 400 meters long, small pebbles and volcanic sand (black). There's a cafe on the beach. Water was about 24 degrees, good visibility. A couple of swans and several ducks lived in the bay where the boats are. There's a swimming pool, but we didn't use it. The hosts have been very welcoming and organized us late check in and late check out (hello Cindy). The hotel transfer was the most cost effective option to go to or from the airport.

There was no problem with coming late at 4 AM, my reservation wasn’t cancelled. The staff was helpful and friendly. Location was perfect: close to the airport, right at the beach with black sand. I enjoyed walking from the property to the town of Thira. Breakfasts were amazing. OK, the bread quality could’ve been better (whole wheat bread would be a good choice), but OK, all other products were delicious. Room was clean, the pool was cozy, though I didn’t use much. With a good conscience I can recommend it as a good alternative for a reasonable price.

WiFi didn’t work in my room, only outside. It didn’t destroy my holiday as most of the time I was out. Still good to mention it, I hope the hotel will do sth about it for its future guests.

The staff is very friendly. You can order a nice and very cheap breakfast at the hotel, as well as shuttles to the airport and the port. The hotel is located just 3 mins by walk to the black beach that is very secluded and calm.

Hotel located quite far away (1 hour) to Fira city center, but the hotel provides free bus transfers every two hours to the city.

Great location in the aspect of being right next to the beach Paralia Agios Nikolaos/ Kanakari, a good place for snorkeling, my husband even saw turtle in the water there. Good that there was free shuttle bus service to Fira, it’s a pity we missed that, it took us around 35 minutes walking from the stop to hotel. Bed is comfy. Have cooperation with a restaurant with food delivery and the food was good enough. Arrange an in-house shuttle bus service for us to the airport (€25) in early morning and was on time, really appreciate that!

The lobby has strong cigarette smell. Since it’s quite close to the airport, you could hear some noise at unexpected times. For us, we heard some at midnight of woman shouting loud and a lot of talks/ footsteps/ doors/ suitcases moving…

The room with toilet and shower, tv, waterboiler, and fridge was all in good shape. TV had a number of relevant non-Greek-speaking news-channels. Short way down to a long beach makes it possible to have a swim and some sun. Every three hours the hotel offers free transportation to and fro Fira (the capital of the island) to a spot below the bus station. (Regular buses no longer serve Exo Gyalos.) The location of the hotel, not far from the airport, may be convenient in case of a stop-over.

There was no elevator in the hotel, but the management helps you up the stairs with your suitcase if you ask. For breakfast, you can choose between five different kinds, but the 'American' one that I chose (three eggs, bacon and sausage) would have benefitted substantially from a tiny tomato or a cucumber. As regards transportation to the airport in the morning, the hotel seems to prefer to deliver that service themselves against a compensation in cash (probably to avoid taxation).
