Amazing boutique hotel, very close to Fira, yet away from the noise of the center. It’s my second stay in the hotel, and i found it even better than the first some years ago. The stuff is very polite and eager to help. The price is very affordable, at least off season. Definitely recommend it!

Not a negative comment, but it would be great to offer breakfast buffet, I would be willing to pay extra in the room’s fee to have it. Of course it offers a la cart breakfast, but in this case I prefer to have breakfast outside the hotel.

The food was very good, although a bit on the pricey side. Given, Santorini itself is a bit expensive. The staff at the restaurant was excellent. Very helpful, friendly, attentive. Bobby, the driver and overall hotel assistant is friendly, attentive, super nice. Maria at check in was wonderful.

The air conditioning was a bit weak. A little hot in the room. Not sure the connection between the hotel itself and the restaurant onsite. Can't pay for your meals/drinks through the hotel so they are connected but they are not. Odd that you stay at a hotel and in order to reserve a beach chair/umbrella you have to purchase a certain amount at the restaurant/bar. Didn't like that.

This stay was better than I had anticipated! Our room was absolutely beautiful and very clean. Having two pool options was also very nice. A special mention to Maria from the front desk who was very professional, helpful and friendly. She truely made our experience even better. She even helped us book a day cruise, Port transfers, and ATV rental. The location of the suites was close to the town centre approximately 10min walk. And overall I would highly recommend San Marino Suites, and thank them for a lovely stay.

Restaurant was great. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. A nice and quiet property. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

A couple issues came up during our stay. There was an empty beer can in our Cave Villa Pool which made me feel like it’s not regularly cleaned after every guest stay. Also, even though we had the Do not Disturb propped on the door, cleaning staff still went in while we were gone and cleaned. The issue we had was that all the a/c was turned off when they clean and windows were opened while we were gone which left the room extremely hot and little bugs were able to come in. It was extremely hot during our stay so was hoping to come back to a cool room but we didn’t.

We struggled to decide on a hotel in santorini as there was so much choice. We found the San marino suites and decided it was the right choice for us. After having a fall at the airport the hotel transfer took us to the emergency room and left a number to call him back to pick us up. We arrived at the hotel very late and were so impressed at the room being beautifully decorated and very spacious. The next morning we explored the area around our room located next to katsabo (we were worried about noise but could not hear it in our bedroom) the area was lovely and clean with a very calming vibe. We went to reception and were greeted by an amazing friendly staff member who was so concerned about my health, the check in process was simple and we were offered advice on extras the hotel offered including a jeep tour and a boat trip, we opted to book both. The jeep trip was taken by George who was so friendly and informative about the history of the island. It was so nice to see his passion for santorini and he was telling us facts but making it more personal by including anecdotes from his own family. If you only do one thing book this! It is worth every penny and you get to see amazing places. The boat trip was from santorini star and wr opted for the sunset trip. This was amazing and the Staff on board were again so knowledge and explained stories and history from various points along the route. It also includes hotel pick up and drop off which is very handy. The hotel is about 6 minute walk from fira centre (to get there is uphill) but it has lovely views along the way. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone from the beautiful rooms to the amazing staff! I honestly can't thank you enough for our stay. Both women on reception and the 2 drivers we had (sorry I'm so bad at names) were amazing and constantly checked I was ok, we truly felt sad to leave.

Incredible place, simply stunning, great calm vibes, George Kipatis the owners attention to detail was second to none..everything was perfect and immaculate at all times, seriously impressive! Katsaboo resturant was great, food was delicious, staff were lovely and friendly..shout out to GoGo! And Dimitris! 10 min walk into the center.. what a gem, we will return 100%, thank you for an incredible holiday.

Small TV is the only improvement that could be made

Beautiful hotel, we booked a room with our own pool. It was for 4 people but was a bit small as 2 beds were in the lounge (which conveniently converted into a couch during the day) but not really possible as there was nowhere to place luggage except on the bed. We did spend most of our time outside the room, so I guess it wasn't too much of a bother for us; but the extra rooms was squashy for an extra 2 people, the main bedroom was ok. Our spa did not work. We used the outside area a lot and used our pool a lot which was great. Short 8m stroll to main square which was great and a lovely cafe 2m away for a coffee and pastry in the morning (Athinas) We didn't use main pool. Though I was told if you wanted to used fancy chairs around the pool you had to pay for them which is in my view VERY UNFAIR, especially if you are a paying customer at the hotel.

Pool suite; 2nd room combined with 2 beds, kitchenette, dining table and tv was too small and cluttered to sleep extra people. Maybe need to do some re-organizing, (take out the table and chairs and add an out outdoor dining. This would create much more space for 4 people sharing. Be more comfortable. Having to pay for prime seat around their main pool.

Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff who could not do enough for you.

First and foremost the staff at the property, Marina and Maria in particular were exceptional. Both went above and beyond for me and my daughter and no request was an issue. The property itself is beautiful, the rooms are spotlessly clean, amenities are outstanding and in both rooms (Aqua Marine Villa and Cave pool suite) there was everything you needed including kettle, hairdryer, iron etc. The accommodation really made our trip to Santorini it exceeded our expectations and I will 100% return.

I liked the hotel and the room we stayed in which had a jacuzzi in it. The place was very clean and well maintained.

I didn't like that you had to buy €25 (per person) worth of food or drink at the pool beside Katsaboo. I feel for hotel guests this should definitely have been discounted. Perhaps for people just going to the restaurant this price if fair
