The hotel is perfect for a long stay in Syros. The rooms are a good size and perfect for a couple. Our balcony had an amazing view of the mountains! Hotel staff were always friendly and helped us with the confusing bus schedule. The hotel is perfectly located only 5 min walk from the beach and all the bars/restaurants. It is also a good base to explore the entire island either by car/bike or by bus (what we did). Everywhere was only a maximum of 30 mins away and honestly felt like paradise. We will definitely be back and would recommend Francoise Hotel very highly!!!

The hotel was immaculate. It is family owned, and it shows. They took great pride in keeping it clean. The bus stop is right outside the hotel front door so easy to travel around the island. The staff were so friendly, and went out of their way to care for my son who injured hurt his foot whilst we were there. Breakfast was great, and the food we ate a lunch times was lovely and reasonably priced. We have never been so sad to leave a hotel, we were treated like family! We will definitely be going back!

The hotel was impeccable with an excellent breakfast, eaten outside or in, and a super clean swimming pool. Just a 5 minute stroll to the beach and tavernas with garden flowers and views of hills along the way. It had a small bar and lounge area. The bus stopped outside (if you ask) and we enjoyed going to the next beach Finacas, which was more sheltered and pleasant than the local one.

Our initial greeting was rather brusque and unhelpful, although we managed to get more friendly over time. Our room was modern and well equipped but small and the balcony view was mainly a tree.

Hotel pool and staff were just wonderful. Breakfast was sooo good. Lovely choice of food. Our room was lovely too..Great aircon. The ses was 5 min walk snd a beautiful sandy beach. We used the steps to the left straight into shallow sea. If ypu sein out it gets deep amazing blue and full of fish..magical. They couldn't do enough for you. Thank you 😊

As it was early season only a few local places to eat but lots would open soon.

The staff was amazing and super helpful, always had a warm smile and happy good morning, the breakfast was delicious and the pool was really nice and warm, super close to a lovely beach and more restaurants than expected in the area, over all a very pleasant stay! Thank you 😊

The beds were hard but the staff was very helpful and gave us extra blankets to put under for extra softness so this was only a problem the first night, the walls was very thin and we could hear a lot from the neighbouring rooms

This is a perfect family run hotel with a lovely family that runs it. So kind and helpful and happy. Great swimming pool and jacuzzi as an added bonus as it's a few minutes from the beach with those stunning sunsets. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic. Every choice is available, and the eating area is cool with a breeze. Thoroughly recommend Francoise Hotel

Great stay at Francoise Hotel - large breakfast buffet - staff very helpful and engaging - location only a few mins walk to Galissas and Armeous beaches. - rooms very clean and well appointed. - bus service stops directly outside the door. - great pool perfect to relax during the day or a nice soak after a day at the beach. Great value for money.

Nothing really. i found the shower cubical a little small - but totally manageable.

The friendly welcoming. The family run business showed real care and great service. Beautiful home cooked authentic Greek food. The pool was lovely and clean. Safe to leave your phone and belongings around without fear of them being stolen. Excellent location, a short walk to beaches, mini markets, and taverns. Safe to walk around at night.

The bathrooms are not very spacious, but other than that, everything was great

Liked the location and the beach was near on foot. The stuff was wonderful and very friendly. Breakfast was excellent too. The pool area was beautiful. The bus stop was right outside the entrance.

The shower was small and I hit my head a couple of times trying to wash myself.

Our room had a nice big terrace, the breakfast was good (although always the same), and the pool was a decent size

The hotel lacked a nice view, the pool was often monopolised by the management's family, and the room lacked character and comfort.
