Spacious room (a junior suite with a sea view) with a large bathroom and a nice balcony with a view over the Libyan sea and the waterfront promenade. Closing the door proved the sound insulation competent and there was no problems getting sleep even the bars and cafes on street level were open late. The hotel is clean and well maintained, air conditioning works well and the staff is very polite and nice. Had wished a gluten-free option on breakfast and they surely were prepared with multiple choices for bread and cereals. They also had a full selection of jams and other toppings in new and unopened cans just in case that I would need 100% contamination free ingredients. This really is something unusual and one has to appreciate their dedication.

In forehand we had read that it is hard to find parking space nearby the hotel. But they have a spot reserved for loading and unloading your vehicle, and we were lucky too, a free slot for us was found just a around the corner. Driving in Ierapetra is a puzzle though – a lot of one way streets and very narrow alleys.

The property is a well designed conference hotel. Everything is practical, but without personal charm. Great view from the balcony as the hotel is just at the walking street next to the beach. Very welcoming staff and good variety for breakfast with possibility to eat outside.

There are 2 types of rooms - the ones facing the street being smaller and noisy, while the sea view worth paying the extra money. We had a small reservation accident, but the staff managed to solved it and even offered us a complementary dinner as an excuse. Very professional! Efharisto

The hotel was in a great location opening on to the sea front, but at the quieter end of the town. We had an excellent dinner- grilled fish with the house white which was first rate (we appreciated being able to taste it first). Breakfast was a lovely buffet which had something for every taste. We had a very spacious junior suite with a balcony which was very comfortable.

I would have appreciated a shower curtain. The corner bath had a shower fitting which worked well but it was east to get the floor wet.

This was a lovely hotel on the waterfront in Ierapetra, it was in a great location within walking distance to everything including the beach which was a few steps away. We stayed in the junior suite which had a beautiful view of the sea. The room itself was nice and had a sofa and king size bed. The bathroom was really nice with a walk in shower. The balcony overlooking the sea was lovely. Breakfast was really nice with a great mix of vegetarian and other dishes. The pastries were excellent!

It would be great if there was parking (but not possible considering the city layout) but we managed to find a free street parking space within 5 minutes walk.

Nice room in fairly modern style. Close to the beachfront and to many restaurants. Pleasant reception. But most of all: Breakfast area was beautiful in a glass serre-style space right on the beachfront. Super! Also the breakfast itself was very good for the overall p[acket price. Recommended!

The booking.com room did not describe sea- or city view. The place was empty so we expected a seaside room. We did not get it with the remark that all were taken. Hard to believe end of November... and we saw 1 other couple next morning at breakfast

Staff especially Nikos and Irini were very accommodating. nothing was too much for them to not consider.

Only one thing. On checking I realised there was no air con only air cooling. To me this is a a complete no. Booking.com lists it as air con. It appears they are in the process of switching from winter to summer and they needed to get the engineer to reset. Had 2 nights of unsettled sleep, but from the 3rd night, it was fine.

Location was great. Right on the beach with a good restaurant on the ground floor. Went to sleep with the sound of the waves…very relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very nice watching the sunrise from our balcony. The room was very clean and pleasant. Comfy bed. Great breakfast. It was a hot and cold buffet with quality food. Plenty of choices for eating out nearby, the old town and port is a ten minute walk along the waterfront. Breakfast began at 7am…we like this as it gives us a nice early start to the day. Off street parking was available at 6€/day. Or street parking is fine and free. The unit had a fridge.

I’m not a fan of hand held showers but nice big bath.

I liked everything

We had a Junior Suite with a Sea View. The personnel is friendly and responsive, the sea view is beautiful and the room is comfortable, clean and spacious. Great location. Recommend it for a comfortable stay in Ierapetra. It is definitely worth the money.

Not much to eat for small children in the hotel's restaurant.

The breakfast was amazing- great variety of local products that can fit any taste. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The view from the restaurant was very nice, our room very clean and tidy.

The small size of the lift, we had many bags, as we were traveling to many places, we barely could manage to put inside 2 big cases together.
