From the moment we arrived the staff of this family run hotel were unbelievably hospitable. They just couldn’t do enough for us. I’ve travelled quite a bit and I’ve never experienced such hospitality. They made you feel part of their family. They interacted with us every day and made us feel so welcome. One of the staff (Katerina, the singing waitress) burst into song each time she saw us,and other guests, making it such a memorable stay. The beach is directly opposite the hotel with sunbeds and umbrellas so makes up for no pool. You can order food or drinks from here too. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was served each day and it was plentiful . We had a side view of the beach which was great. I really can’t recommend this hotel enough and can’t wait to return. 🙏❤️

I really enjoyed the way the staff interacted with the guests. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a few bottles of cold water after a long journey. Throughout our stay, we were delighted by the culinary dishes offered under the guidance of Emilios, followed Yanis's recommendations, appreciated Nikitas's kindness, enjoyed Katarina's smile and cheerfulness, and last but not least, the hospitality and friendship of Kostas. Thank you all for an excellent stay at Must Boutique Hotel! The hotel has a very good location very close to the beach (just accross the street) with a nice terrace. The umbrellas and sunbeds are offered free of charge. Tasty dishes.

In the water there are some rocks after you step on the sand but just for a limited area

The hotel is located right across the road from the beach, and it was about 50 meters or so from my room to the sun lounger on the beach. The beach is very nice, with very fine pebbles (almost like sand), comfortable loungers with umbrellas, and a nearby bar where you can order drinks. I stayed in the Super Luxe with a sea view. The photos almost completely match the description: the fact is, this suite has a HUGE terrace where you could practically play football; it's really very, very large. And the room itself is spacious, of course. I highly recommend this room, it was definitely worth the money. The restaurant serves a good, tasty breakfast, but we also had dinner there every evening, and it was delicious and enjoyable each time. You can safely eat there every day; the food is genuinely good and affordable, making it a great choice. As for the hotel itself, it felt like I was on vacation with friends. Everything was just perfect, and I am very glad that such a hotel exists and that such wonderful people work there. Now I know where to go for a vacation if you want to spend time on the Ionian Sea in Greece.

We loved our stay at Must Hotel. It’s a beautiful location, very quiet and peaceful and right next to a gorgeous beach with crystal clear water. It’s spotlessly clean and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming especially Kostas, who works hard (and always with a smile) to ensure everyone’s stay is as perfect as it can be.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Spacious room with comfy bed and balcony. Few meters away from a nice spot on the Kanali beach. The best thing about this hotel is its restaurant. The continental breakfast was tasty with good quality products. I had dinner there almost every night and it was totally worth it. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Overall highly recommended accommodation for relaxing holidays in Kanali. I will come back.

Everything. The hotel is so cute, the staff is amazing and friendly, the beach is spectacular and you have it just crossing the street, the food is simple, good and cheap. The value for money for this place is insane! I can’t wait to go back to Kostas and his family and staff! Our stay was absolutely perfect.

The property was gorgeous with a great location. It was easily walkable to restaurants and a market. The beach out the front door was the best part. The staff was incredible! Everyone was kind and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. the room was very clean, comfortable, and large.

We could not have asked for more. The hospitality of the staff was 10/10. So welcoming Friendly, attentive! Never felt uncomfortable or unwelcomed by locals, the beach felt like paradise to us, and we have nice beaches where we live. Not one bad word to say about this hotel. We " MUST" come back!!! Exceptional welcome and friendly customer service throughout our stay! This small family-run hotel is right on the beach with sun beds (included) and beach towels available for free on request. The beach restaurant offers a variety of homemade Greek dishes and wonderful seafood at reasonable prices. The room was quiet and spacious, large balcony with sea view, crisp white linen and plenty of towels. Shower pressure good. AC worked very well and was really quiet. Incredibly comfy & large bed! Mosquito blinds and black out blinds. Small fridge & safe in room. The beach is clean and stretches for miles (mixed sand, shingle and pebbles) and the crystal clear waters are deep enough for swimming, with shallow areas for kids to paddle. Free parking at the back of the hotel. Breakfast is generous and served until 10:30, (Eggs, yogurt, toasted sandwiches, fruit, granola, homemade cake). The village is a 5 min walk with tavernas and food stores, and family-friendly Preveza town and port is a 15 min drive, (free parking everywhere) ideal for an evening walk, a spot of shopping and dinner. If we had to choose between staying on Lefkada island or here, it would definitely be here! One of the best holidays we ever had!

Our first hotel in Greece satisfied all our needs! Konstas, Nikitas and their father Emilios are happy and careful manager and we have become immediately friends. We stayed in this hotel unfortunately only one night, the room was big enought with a comfortable bed, a big shower and with the sea view. They have also a free parking. Lunch and dinner were fantastic, the best Biam and anchovies and best french fries that I ever eat in all Greece! Also the breakfast is very good with different type of sweet and salt foods.
