Perfect location for staying at Pigadia. Nice view, sea, pools.

It needs to be better maintained and cleaned. Also, we did not like that we had to leave our table (breakfast, lunch or dinner) exactly same time that the buffet was closing. That means that you have to be there much earlier than the timetable. And you cannot stay longer and enjoy your coffee or wine.

Good location with parking lot, pool, nice beach, clean, good breakfast and everyone was friendly. I’ve view from our balcony.

The room needs some more furniture. There are no drawers, nowhere to put your cloths or your suitcase. Desperately need a soap dish by the bathroom sink, there is nowhere to put the soap. Also it was a pretty long walk to our room. Also, one evening while we were there, our friends got stuck in the elevator for over 10 minutes. one of the hotel guests who was stuck with them was able to pull the door open and they managed to climb out of the elevator. When they went to the front desk to tell the man that they were out of the elevator and asked him why nobody had come to rescue them, he was too busy counting money to pay attention. I don’t know who that man was, it was around 1 o’clock in the morning. He should not be working there.

The location and sea view are marvelous. Access to all available facilities is excellent. The food was exceptional especially breakfast and the staff was extra friendly and helpful. Nearby town is very close and at walking distance and generally the hotel can serve both as a greatly sufficient place to stay in and enjoy the beach, the several pools etc as well as a starting point to explore the whole island in every direction. I would definitely recommend it.

Probably a bit less activities with loud music and coaching through loudspeakers. Room service and dinner could be available for a bit longer. WiFi and cable reception could be improved.

Stayed in July 23 for six days: excellent location, easy access to both the beach and the city of Karpathos, large hotel parking across the street. Friendly staff, easy to have beach towels changed, nice pebbly beach with clean waters and great views. Occasional evening entertainment by the pool was an added bonus (Rosalia, the key singer, was very good).

The roof top bar could improve: cocktails and wine were below average. The breakfast could also improve: quality, variety and the management of the flow; it can become a bit frustrating after 9:30.

Nice and clean room, excellent food, pools and the location of the hotel.

Unfrendly and unmotivated stuff at the reception. As we arrived they did not explained anything about the hotel. That was pity. As we needed something we had to call 3 times to get support we needed. The fridge in the room is so noisy that we had to turn it off. No mini bar in the room.

Wow, we loved it all. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant and being vegetarian we still had an amazing range to choose from. Fresh fruits and salads as well as many beautiful dishes and desserts. Our room was on one of the sides of the hotel with a beautiful view of the sea. The views from the pool decks and front rooms of the hotel are spectacular. We enjoyed most of our nine days there relaxing on the deck chairs and swimming at the beach in front of the hotel and exploring Karpathos Town. Thanks guys for a wonderful stay.

Overall breakfast was good. No freshly squeezed orange unless you pay extra. 5 star hotel and no freshly squeezed orange juice unbelievable.

Beach lovely but lots of rocks in the water.

Location was great, right in front of the sea, the 2 ladies at the reception desk that i spoke to they were very friendly and smiling as the breakfast staff too, my request for a later check out was accepted too! As it was the end of the summer season it was a very quiet stay which I loved. overall a very pleasant experience!

There is an issue with the room fridge as it makes a lot of noise. Also, no tea/coffee/kettle facilities as expected in a 5 star suite room. cleaning lady can be more friendly perhaps. Other than that everything else was ok.

We had a very pleasant stay. Everything was perfect! Breakfasts, lunches and dinners have wide variety of food, seafood, pasta, pizza, salads, traditional Greek food... Anything you can imagine. Staff is very friendly, helped us with everything we needed and we were nicely welcomed. The hotel has 2 pools and private beach with umbrellas and deck chairs. The pools are really great during windy days, when the sea is a little bit wavy.

The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom in our room. It's made out of a nontransparent glass and it doesn't offer much privacy.

Pools were very nice, everything was clean and access to the beach is great.staff is helpful and friendly, especially in the main bar and in the dining hall. The room was very clean, comftable and spacious with great view (superior room in the newly renovated area).

1. Barely any gluten free options to eat. 2. Roof bar was closed in our stay. 3. Not enough sun beds around the pools. People throw a towel on them and are not even around. Too bad the hotel doesn't have a no seat saving policy. Many rude people save sits at 8am and come back at 12pm.
