Accommodation is absolutely amazing! Rooms are ordinary but you have there everything you want, also space is really comfy. Cleaniless amazing! Every day lady from services came and clean our room and if we had some additional requests she always help us. Also reception really helpful, open to help us with everything we asked. Pool is enough for what you paid. Near the hotel around 5 minutes by walk is the city center same as 5 minutes by walk to the beach. All around are supermarkets and beautiful restaurants! Breakfast are also nice, you will for sure choose what you like. If my friend will ask me how was our experience, I would tell them for sure this hotel recommended!

The room is spacious enough and has everything necessary. A large balcony with a mosquito net. The air conditioning in the room helps during hot days and nights. The staff was very kind and helpful. We had two issues in the room, and both were resolved the same day, within a short period. Breakfast is more or less the same most of the time, while dinner is more diverse, but the dishes are tasty and there's something for everyone.

Wi Fi could be better and the pool could be a little cleaner since there was some sand on a bottom. The side of the hotel facing the street (4th floor) does't have dividers between neighboring balcony, which provide privacy while sitting. It would be useful for it to be done the same way as the front side of the hotel. It would be nice to have a greater variety of fish dishes on the menu.

The property was located in a great area, right near all the important points like stores and restaurants. The cleanliness of the rooms and the property was very good. The housekeepers were cleaning the rooms every single day. We had HB and the food was amazing and very good. And the most important aspect of our stay and the one that we are most excited about was the friendliness of the staff and I mean the whole staff. From the housekeepers to the restaurant servers to the receptionist and to the owners of the hotel which we only have to say good things about. For sure, next year we will come back to Tropical Hotel.

Beautiful decoration, all is shining and fragrant, great atmosphere of relaxation. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. In the hotel is friendly and sincere staff, it was very nice. Chief-cooker is making everything very tasty, it’s continental breakfast, natural coffee, nice choice for dinner, tasty meat, salads, and desserts was awesome. The location is great, inside beautiful trees and flowers, very close to the beach and excellent view from the balcony. I surely recommend this hotel for serene holiday

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Tropical. The hotel was very clean, and our room on the first floor had a nice pool view. However, it lacked privacy due to the bar tables located directly in front of the room. The dinner was fantastic, but the breakfast options were repetitive and somewhat limited. A bit more variety would have been appreciated to start the day on a higher note. The hotel’s location is a bit of a walk from the beach, which was challenging with our 1.5-year-old child. However, we saw this as a positive aspect, as it encouraged us to stay physically active each day. The staff were very polite, contributing to our overall positive experience. The kids' play corner was also a great feature.

The staff was nice and explained everything when we arrived. We managed to get an early check-in which was very important to us as we were traveling for several days and needed some rest. It was in the quiet neighbourhood and within a walking distance to the downtown area. During the day, there were handful of people around the pool so we enjoyed quiet time.

The hotel does not have access to the beach, only the pool. We booked half-board but the food was not the best, some of it was cold by the time it was served even though we would go to dinner as soon as the restaurant opens. It was decent and there were few choices available.

Very good vacation stay in this hotel. Everything was like it is on pictures and in descriptions of Hotel on booking site. Great room with a balcony that have an exit directly to the hotel pool. Sliding mosquito net on a balcony door was really useful. Decent breakfast. In a room there was a small fridge and kettle for water. Position of the hotel is good since all parts of Kassandra peninsula are easily reachable so we visited few more beaches on the peninsula.

Parking can be problematic since there is no enough space in front of the hotel, so we parked on a street where parking is allowed. The pool could be a little cleaner since there was some sand on a bottom of a pool.

The staff, the food, the hotel location and green environment. There is a excellent supermarket nearby. A lot of lively restaurants in the village.

The municipality of Hanioti should take more care for the maintenance of the streets, waste management, etc. However, this is not a problem that could be solved by the hotel itself.

There should be more options for breakfast, example more fruits, yogurt, greek yogurt, sausage, tost, more salads

We were with a 2 years old and they have a great kids play area near the lobby. The stuff was very welcoming. Breakfast was pretty good.

Wifi is very bad. If you don’t get pool facing room (like we did) then your balcony is facing the main road.
