A nice hotel and very friendly people. We asked for an upgrade and it happened to be available. We stayed there for 4 nights. Parking is just on the street and because we were there in September, that was no problem. Friendly people at breakfast. The breakfast has all the necessary items. The hotel is located in a nice and lively village, nice streets and plenty of places to eat and entertain.

The beach is nearby but then quite a few steps down. We chose to search a bit further and found "Paparouna Cantina" after a 20 minute drive. A somewhat quieter beach with more space between the beds and a nice kitchen.

The accommodation was excellent. The room was cleaned every day. In addition to a bathroom and a mini kitchen with a refrigerator and a sink, the room had a large TV with flat screen, a terrace with a table and chairs and the possibility to dry clothes. It was on the first floor and had a nice view of the sea. There was a mosquito net on the terrace door. The air conditioning worked great. The breakfast was excellent, and the employees were professional and pleasant, always with a smile. The mother of the hotel owner was very kind and allowed us to park the car in her yard when on the street was no space.

The hotel should make its own parking if there is possibility.

Our room was with far away but a sea view. it was good room, with 2 badroom. was near from the center and good bakery / restaurants

Breakfast was bad. not good quality products, also, no vegetables. You must eat every morning the same (Select 1-2 baked unhealthy dish, not even fried eggs!!!) Don't pay here for breakfast. Very near is very good bakery with much more better quality products And also, if you want to go every day to the beach, it is not very near from hotel by foot , because it's uphill At the mid of October, you can not use the pool, because the water is very cold and no one can swim there (Pool working hours before 19:00, breakfast before 10:00 was inconvenience for us)

Just glorious stay, very good location near to the center of afytos,we had a free upgrade to bigger room with lovely balcony, our room was very well equipped & u had whatever u need for your stay, loved the pool so huge & clean, fab staff so friendly ( both receptionist & girl from the bar ) I'm not a big fan of breakfast but have to say that they have a delish breakfast mostly traditional local greek treats like greek pies,eggs,freshly cut veggies,seasonal fruits,local cheeses etc

Everything was fabulous, the hotel is stunning

First I need to thank the hotel for upgrading us to a better room that the one we booked. The rooms were big to accommodate a family of four (some may say that the rooms need a bit more room to walk around furniture, but you are not in Afitos to take walks in your room). The breakfast was typical for Afitos, combining common hotel breakfast items with local ones (I went for the local ones :) ), with good variety.

The bird nest on the staircase, near the breakfast area was interesting, especially the bird poop on the stairs. Please be advices that the pool is not very well suited for small children. It goes very fast from 0.9 m to 2.1 m. A bit more care on cleanness would be appreciated - the spider webs in the room and balcony were not very friendly.

This hotel is a real gem in Afitos. The room was clean and spacious enough, the pool was also clean, and the breakfast had plenty of choices. The rooms got cleaned daily, which is very appreciated. Staff is always friendly.

Some of the equipment is starting to show signs of wear and tear, so some maintenance would be a good thing (mosquito nets, shower accessories, sink area). The lamps in the room are also taking up all of the space on the bedside shelves which is very impractical.

Small hotel with everything you need for perfect holiday. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, great pool, bar with reasonable prices and they also offer some simple food, very nice and helpful staff. I would absolutely recommend the hotel.

For the closest beach it is necessary to climb a hill which is a bit exhausting. But we knew it before so we counted on it.

Great location. Friendly and welcoming. Simple and clean rooms, huge comfortable bed. Good breakfast. I would definitely stay again!

The only thing holding me back from giving it a 10 is that my room was situated next to the pool bar and on one night there was a football match with a lot of noise (and even fireworks) going until around 12...a warning would have been nice.

We really liked our stay, the hosts were welcomed and the breakfast was nice. It was located near to shops and restaurants, as for the beach - it wasn't that far but if you have go up and down to get to it, by car is 5 min. By the pool you can enjoy some foods and drinks on affordable prices.

What we were really disappointed of was that when you take a shower the water goes off the bathroom and get into the corridor and forms a little pool there. It can not get dry for long period of time.

Amazing place, nice staff, big rooms, everything you need to have for a great holiday.

the parking in the area is hard, especially if you going back to the hotel after 8 pm. there were a lot of small ants around the pool and veranda, but overall the place is amazing.
