Excellent facilities and staff. The room was very comfortable, very quiet neighbourhood, a bit outside the city centtr to avoid the busy crowds. Visited during very hot weather but was pleasant. Probably the best in the region.

The only downside was that they were hosting a wedding on a Saturday evening so could not use outdoor space but the worst part was that the music went on until after 3 am and it was very noisy. When customers pay to stay at hotel so much money this behaviour is unacceptable.

Amazing hotel! The decoration of the lobby and breakfast-dining areas is modern and classic combined in a very elegant way! Extremely clean in both common areas and rooms. Great swimming pool surrounded by greenery. Fully equipped gym and nice spa with indoor swimming pool. The breakfast can satisfy everyone, it would be nicer though with a larger combination of fruits. Very kind, friendly and helpful personnel always with a smile! Grecotel Larissa Imperial is a gem!

Great pool you can take breakfast beside, beautiful atrium, and the staff are really nice. We just got engaged and they had baklava and a bottle of wine for us. An older property but had a very classic atomic era vibe. Air conditioner was solid, the water got hot instantly, and the wifi was strong. The blackout curtains are also nice.

The physical property and some of the technology are a little worn or outdated but it’s part of the charm.

Overall a very nice stay, the hotel is truly a 5 star unit. We received a room upgrade and a welcome treat on arrival, even if we stayed only for one night. The lobby and the pool area are nice for this class.

Beds were not comfortable, sleeping experience was not in line with the overall one. Breakfast was decent but the it seemed like personnel was not enough. Maybe it was a special occasion.

Breakfast is nice, however it could be enriched with more options esp. more local traditional products

-The room was nice & big, however some renovation would be needed. We also couldn't use the small balcony as it was full of bird droppings. -We had a coffee at the hotel foyer but we waited a long time to order/pay etc. Seems like there was a stuff shortage as they had to cover for multiple positions (bar, pool area, foyer etc). The result was long delays for us & other people that wanted to order something

Very beautiful place. Big spacious parking. Very good service and helpful staff. Good breakfast. The pool and the spa and gym included in price. I will come back.

Not so clean as you would expect for 5 star hotel. Maintenance is forgotten somehow.

the pool opens only at 12:00 at noon, so if you come for one night- you will not have an option to enjoy the pool. also, a little bit far from the city center, so if you are planning the visit the city you must take the car. breakfast has a big verity, but not so fresh- nothing is prepared on the spot.

Not much, but the only thing is ı booked the rooö for one person but the bed was being sepetated at night. ı would definitely prefer double bed for one person.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, has a big swimming pool with plenty of space around. Staff was extremely nice. We had nice welcome gifts and our bedroom was quiet and had access to a small garden. Breakfast had many different dishes.

Excellent breakfast with a large variety of salty and sweet dishes. We have stayed at the hotel in the past and always select a bungalow, which is in a quite place next to the pool. The room was very spacious and clean, although a little bit old. The personnel of the hotel is very helpful and kind.

Room service food quality and variety could take some improvement.
