We had a fabulous 10 night stay at Crystal Waters in June 2024. The accommodation and hotel facilities were outstanding, as were the friendly and efficient staff. Big shout out to Silia and Ali who made our stay fun and all the more enjoyable. A short walk into town and to the beaches and a 15 minute taxi ride to Nydri and Lefkada, where both towns are much busier.

This is a beautiful hotel! It’s spotless clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home.  The environment was pleasant and very welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The architecture, atmosphere, and service were great in this big hotel. This is the place if you are looking for a good hotel with many pools and good food to eat within the complex. The restaurants there are two of the best restaurants in town. In general, they went over and beyond to help us make our stay enjoyable. They have upgraded our room by giving us a room with a private pool, which was extraordinary, and we are thankful for that. We will definitely come back :)

Plenty of choice that catered for dairy and gluten free, low fat options. Staff accommodating to preference for timing of eggs to be cooked if wanted more hard boiled or to use less oil in fried options. Lovely location overlooking the pool, and staff were friendly and very helpful, speaking good English. I usually can not bear for music to be played around the pool, but the playlist was soothing and not too loud making it tolerable. Rooms were spotless and a good size with modern showers and electric blinds. As well as a good size fridge and bottled water provided.

There was nothing I could fault.

Welcoming Experience From the moment I arrived (quite late in the evening), the service blew me away. I was warmly greeted by Christos and his incredibly professional reception team. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and my luggage was promptly delivered to my room. To my surprise and delight, I was upgraded to a room with a private pool, setting a luxurious tone for my visit. Throughout my stay, the reception staff exceeded my expectations. I want to give special mentions to Christine and Christa, who went above and beyond to ensure I felt thoroughly welcomed. A heartfelt thank you to Christos, who demonstrated exceptional customer service. The reception team is a true asset to this hotel. Room and Amenities The room itself was modern and beautifully designed, offering thoughtful touches like complimentary wine and fresh fruit upon arrival. It was well-equipped with: Tea and coffee facilities A mini fridge Hairdryer High-quality cosmetics And, of course, the highlight was the stunning private pool that elevated my stay to one of sheer luxury. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax in privacy. Spa, Gym, and Massage One of the standout features of Crystal Waters is the spa and gym experience. The gym is tucked away on a secluded hillside, offering breathtaking views while providing top-notch equipment. It was a serene and inspiring spot for a workout. But the true gem of my stay was the massage with Dimitra. Having traveled extensively, I can confidently say it was one of the most incredible massages I’ve experienced.

There was not much that needed attentions during my stay but to make an improvement I would suggest: Milk in the room for coffee and tea Keeping the local bus schedule into Lefkda for tourists

We made Crystal Waters our home for the whole month of July! And loved every minute. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Ali and Theo who took our bags straight off us! From then the check in was smooth and Ali went out of his way during our whole stay and made us feel right at home with whatever we needed whenever we needed it - he was outstanding! Both Ali and Theo were there and friendly the whole stay. Our room was a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with additional toilet downstairs - it was such a well appointed room and very clean - with the cleaning staff daily not missing a beat in refreshing our room. SO nice to walk back into everyday. The breakfast was easily one of the best resort buffets I've experienced - great variety did not disappoint our fussy kids eating habits either - special mention to Ioanna who made our kids feel special and made a great impression off the bat. She was the sole reason our shy kids felt comfortable going down to the kids club to give us some adult time to enjoy the amazing cocktails in the Pool bar from George the barman. George (the barman) made us feel so welcome and his customer service is next level - not to mention his amazing cocktail making skills!!!! Sooooo good!!!! Stathie the Poolside server was just unreal - his attention and customer service was stellar, like George, Stathie made us feel right at home and nothing was ever a problem - he's definitely like George an asset to Crystal Waters!! The Poolside service and Poolside menu was delicious and fresh catering to the kids menu was on point and so was the adult menu - super tasty with great quality, the chicken cesar and the chicken wraps where definitely on high rotation on our month long stay by the pool for lunch! Not to forget Satoris too for his customer service around the pool was amazing! The food at the restaurant was epic too - the signature chef has nailed it at the main restaurant and the room service menu was again awesome!!

The internet on Greek Islands is super slow - but I told them about Elon Musk with Starlink to solve that problem and it will be sorted next time we go!!!

Amazing facilities. Very clean. All staff, cleaners/ reception/bars/restaurant, very friendly and helpful. They respond very quickly on emails which is amazing and especially if you have some last minute questions or requests great. Breakfast is brilliant. Pooll-bar very fancy.. They serve you drinks and (a very tasty) lunch menu in the pool area. We will definitely come back.

To be fair there wasnt really anything but if i have to think of something, there isn't a village on walking distance. There are shops and restaurants (fancy and less fancy ones) on 2 min walk but no proper village. However there is a bus stop on 2 min walk of the hotel which brings you in 10-15 min to Lefka's town and the other way also in 10-15 min to Nydri.

Rooms are amazing. Very big, well equipped and very nice design. Probably the best room I've stayed at (2 story garden view). Staff is very friendly and hotel looks just great.

They miss out on small stuff that just feels petty. Pretty basic breakfast, no fresh fish / salmon etc. Coffee from the barista at breakfast costs extra, free coffee is by machines. Pool bar staff extremely understaffed, you could wait 45 mins without seeing a waiter (probably 1 for the 3 pools). Cleaning staff went into our room while we had the Do Not Disturb sign outside 😬

I loved everything about Crystal Waters. The location was great as in Lefkada you need to rent a car and just travel the island anyway. A few min drive to town. The hotel is divided into two main areas with their pools and some housing that is spread on the hillside. I stayed in 3 different rooms and loved everyone. The team was amazing and upgraded my stay. In the end, I received a double story Vila on the main pool which would have been good for a whole family in a great price. The team was INCREDIBLE as they accommodated my every request including assistance with renting a car, extending my stay and more. Specifically Eleni Dimitris, the frontdest manager, and also Vannesa, Anesa and others who helped. Breakfast was very nice and versatile, and food at the restaurant is really nice. The main pool is a bit cold for me but it has a really nice atmosphere with nusic and a cocktail bar with Panos making great cocktails. Absolutely recommend!

Just the cold pool, but again I'm sure some people live it.

Great resort. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing with lots to choose from. We booked a 2 bedroom villa which was very spacious and each bedroom had its own ensuite. It also had ample parking. We were sad to leave.

Everything was perfect. But if I had to say anything negative it would be that it didn't have beach access. This didn't worry us though.. as the nearest beach was only a few minutes walk or we could drive anywhere we wanted

Very friendly and helpful staff, great view from room, comfortable bed, delicious food in the restaurant. Guest services director talking to guests around the pool to get feedback. Bus stop a few minutes walk with air conditioned buses to Nydri (taxis were sometimes hard to come by in August). 10 minutes walk to water sports hire and small port with several restaurants.

The hotel was full in August and felt slightly over capacity - it was sometimes hard to find sunbeds by the pool (they need to stop the 100 Euros minimum spend for cabanas) and often hard to find a table for 5 at breakfast. The management seemed responsive though so these issues are likely to be sorted out for next year. More storage in bedrooms (e.g. bedside tables with storage) and sunbeds in the garden area of all the suites would be good.
