We were celebrating my wife's 40th Birthday and I wanted everything to be perfect - and it was. We were upgraded to the best "Villa Room" of the hotel and it was just perfect - everything about it. Flowers in the room, a beautiful cake, and some other treats. It was a genuine VIP treatment. The hotel's design is beautiful, It's not screaming Luxury, but with all the light, sea, design touches, and style - it really feels Luxurious and deserves its stars.

Beautiful resort, excellent location with amazing view, amazing architecture and design. The staff was very helpful and kind, and the food in the hotel restaurants was great.

Our rooms has a private pool, but not a sea view. I was not aware of that when I booked the room.

It is a superior hotel but at the breakfast they have only normal tea bags served in a cup. This is more all inclusive style. This needs to be improved to present the quality also at the breakfast. Also the cappuccino was every morning different . There is a good barista missing. At the table is a card where you could choose the coffee beans but none of the employees asked which beans one want only which type of coffee. Also espresso lungo was not known. The hotel should have a ledder to the beach becirce is very steep and stones covered with sand to go swimming. This would be more comfortable and safer. Also steps Are missing from the beach to the Buddha bar from the beach way only over the steep lawn is the access to the Buddha bar.

amazing multiple small beaches, beautiful views, clean water great for swimming, feels very private with luxury beds, even with august never full and at any time you will find one you like. amazing pool area with nice music no loud commercial stuff, hotel itself is beautiful with decor, design etc. beds are very comfy and the views are great as well. food is amazing, highly recommend half board. I don’t like to go back to the same place twice but here we will. Also the staff is super nice and attentive. Feels boutique but also big enough to have multiple restaurant, big gym, indoor pool and spa etc…

nothing, it’s honesty amazing and I’ve been to a loooot of 5* hotel.

We had an incredible stay. Everything was perfect, the place, the decoration, the restaurants, the gastronomy... We thank again Anastasia and Piotre who took care of us very well at dinner and breakfast every day. We hope to come back one day, a great memory that we will not forget!

There is not much to say. Only the temperature of the outdoor pools can be very cold!

Second time there - it was amazing as the first time! Truly Abaton knows the job, they know how to make you feel like royals! Also, I came in 34 weeks pregnant and the staff was very supporting! Even helped me to tie my shoes as I can't do it myself lol. The only thing I have to say is that Im also Vegan and it feels like the hotel can to much better with preparing great meals beside salads and pasta w\ tomato sauce. Fare to say that in the breakfast buffet I came to ask for something that has high protein (like tofu) as I needed it for my baby and they took care of it. Now they just need to learn how to make great things with Tofu, beside frying it, cause it's really not that hard :)

More vegan options that has protein. Beside this - this is the best hotel ever!

Awesome staff, they are exemplary supportive regardless of their position. Good breakfast. Choices of restaurants within the hotel premises. Especially Bony Fish was above expectations : excellent menu, excellent staff. Very comfy bed and a lot of pillows. Beautiful beach and comfy sun beds.

Too loud music around the main pool. I understand that live DJ is much appreciated by the younger generation, but music (actually loud bases) was unavoidable even on your private terrace or the far end of the beach. Mistakes made by architect and designer you must live with. Like a bathtub in the middle of the room, it is not functional as the water is dripping and it will take hours to fill the tub. The same about sink in the room. I did not find it very aesthetic. Thanks God a shower is in separate room! Dinner in the main restaurant is significantly overpriced : 55EUR + drinks. For this amount you get a little bit expanded morning buffet + a la carte option. My husband ordered veal and it was too salty, we sent it back to the kitchen.

The staff was always smiling and eager to assist if needed. Amazing food choices and a variety of restaurants. The selection of beverages in bars was good.

We checked in late in the evening, and we didn't have an introduction to the property and were told to find everything in our welcome letter and brochures. I was hoping someone will at least show us around in the morning when we asked about half-board details. WiFi coverage and internet speed were not great. During the first half of our week-long stay, everything was remarkable. Then we realised something had changed as we had to call reception to ask them for small things that were usually taken care of earlier on their own. Later we noticed the staff switched roles. In my opinion, this shouldn't matter as this should be regulated with simple instructions and clear responsibilities.

I am not sure where to start. Beautiful hotel with a very relaxing atmosphere and spectacular views. The breakfast food is top quality (including bee hive honeycomb), there is a buffet and also some options to order from a menu. The views from the breakfast restaurant are so beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Cleaning 10/10 The pool has music most of the day if you want more of a party vibe, if not, there are sun beds on the beach which spreads out across the resort. You dont feel on top of the other guests, there is a lot of space between the sunbeds. The beach has clear water but most of the days is windy and a bit wavy. I believe this is the way for this side of the island. The gym has most of the essential machines. The nearest town is around 20 mins walk. Beautiful sunset every day. I loved everything about this hotel.
