I liked everything here and I felt like at home! Eva and Mixalis are great hosts and very helpful.They were there all the time ready to help you with everything you needed. Mixalis explained to me every detail very well at check in. He also gave me anti insects spray as I was in need of and helped me with my luggage at check out. Thank you very much!☺ Right from the entrance to the appts and the appartment its own, you see how lovely and caring these people are. Such a special decor. 🤩 Very good location, just 20 m to the beach. The appts are more than a hotel, lovely decorated and very clean, exactly like on the pictures on booking! You have everyrhing here, slippers, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, sponge, hand desinfectant, hairdryer, a/c, safety deposit box, drying rack, kitchen and kitchen utensils etc. The a/c and the safety deposit box are at extra costs. New clean towels and cleaned appartment every 2 days. Airconditioning and fridge worked perfectly. Hot shower all the time and with hot water constantly, without shifting into warm-cold.The shower big and spacious enough and not like the most small showers in Greece where you can't move yourself. A brilliant location in the centre of Stalis and ideally placed to explore. Eva & Mikalis were lovely and so helpful. The rooms have been very recently refurbished and are spotlessly clean. The courtyard and garden are really quirky with painted stones, colourful plants, ornaments and little personal touches from the family. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

No swimming pool but plenty of pools in very close proximity which let you use theirs if you have a drink plus the beach is literally 50 yards from the apartments.

In a great location a short stroll from the beach and in the centre of everything. The apartment was very clean and one of the best we have stayed in in Greece (we have been to many places around the Greek islands and always choose basic Greek apartments, not plush hotels) and this was perfect. Lovely staff great communication from moment of booking to the date we arrived.

Second time staying at Psaras. It suits our needs perfectly. The environment draws people from the street to take photos because of how charming the entrance is. Psaras has a beach vibe, easy access between beach and room. Lovely decor and details. Eva and Mixalis let you get on with your stay and are available when needed. The lady who serviced the room is a sweetheart. Glad to be back and will return again. Thank you team Psaras!

We had a fabulous ground floor apartment , very clean and spacious , air conditioning Was quiet and really good. Nice big comfy bed. Change of linen and towels every other day and apartment cleaned every day too. Gardens are really pretty and the location is fantastic for the beach.

Some issues with a pump noise during some nights/ early hours of the morning

The location is amazing.We are talking 20 meters to the beach, turning right out of the apartments,and 20 meters to the main street with loads of bars,restaurants, and shops.The owners clearly take a lot of pride in their property.

The height of the bath could be a problem if you had mobility issues, and the shower curtain in room 15 was unfortunately dirty.

Perfect location, 1 min away from the beach, you could hear the waves, perfect for families with children&babies. It is the idilic Greek location, a small garden with flowers and birds & specific adornments. The family room was well equipped, we had everything we needed (what was missing we requested & Eva was happy to help us). She was always around, present or on whatsup, helping with any info, so we are very thankful for everything! 🤗

Some insect nets could be added to the windows & balcony, mosquitos were too happy to have us🫣

The staff and the owners are very friendly! The location is excellent. Very close to the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. Very clean. Good view doesn't matter if you have sea view or garden view. The garden is amazing. You can find here a mini library in multiple languages. If you want a piece of real Crete, this is the place!

Great location, lovely roomy appartment.

Surprised that the aircon & safe were additional charges. We were only staying for 1 night so it needed. First time we have seen that charged in many recent years of visiting Greece.

The location is on the beach, perfect for your children and yourself too. In the centre of Stalida and you can find everything. The apartment looks very artistic and cozy.

Paying extra for Air Conditioner 7 euro per day but still its okay 😀
