The best asset of the hotel are its owners and staff. They are polite, effective, informative and well-informed. The location is good, although not perfect, they have a free private parking a few meters up the street. The breakfast is huge in size and variety and there are hand-made pastries and pies, and all things that Greek people traditionally would have for breakfast, made with local products and freshly baked. There are traditional products, typical for the Balkans in general, and something for every taste. The hosts even packed large boxes of food for us to take, this was just a kindness on their part. There are tourist paths within a walking distance from the hotel. Our room had a balcony, which is rare these days.

The hotel is overpriced, just like all the other properties in Litochoro. Like almost all family-owned hotels in the world, the owners have made the mistake to furnish the rooms with furniture, appliances and lighting of the type used in private homes. In result, as always, there is always some wear and tear, some small damaged things, some small non-operational items, which do not get repaired or replaced in good time. There is no real sea-view, there is no good view anyway, despite of the balcony we had.

Everything! The rooms were not only clean and comfortable but BEAUTIFUL! And the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was a five minute walk from all of the amazing restaurants as well. I have zero complaints! Want to visit Lotochoro again just to stay in their beautiful hotel!

I came with my girlfriends for a fun weekend to the hotel and I noticed that my two year old would probably not do well in that hotel. Though I am sure the staff would go out of their way to make us feel at home and comfortable :) I would just probably recommend the place more to couples and singles then young families. But like I said they would probably love it and make the families feel comfortable.

This was the second time we stayed here - we loved it so much the first time we just had to go back after a few days in the mountains! As previously said, Robolo is one of the most comfortable, beautiful and friendly places I have stayed, with the best breakfasts ever. But I would add that after some tough days on the mountain and nights sleeping at the refuge, going back felt like going home! The care and kindness Rula and Katerina (sorry about the probable poor spelling!) showed us was exceptional and we also really appreciated the time they took to chat to us about their lives in Greece and thoughts on Greek society and history, they are incredibly thoughtful people and we enjoyed this greatly.

There is nothing you could possibly dislike!

We loved Robolo Boutique Hotel! What an exceptional stay. Roula, the hostess is there at all times, meeting your every need with a gracious manner and smile. Her mother, Katarina, is an outstanding pastry chef, and we enjoyed her delicious baked goods every morning! The house itself is a work of art, with much attention to detail, while being very comfortable at the same time. There is a wonderful garden patio for relaxing or enjoying a cup of tea, the room was so comfortable; great bed and linens, black out curtains, and a beautiful bathroom with large tiled shower. The house is walking distance to Enipeas Gorge hiking as well as an easy walk to the center of town for restaurants, cafes and shops. Small parking lot up the street if you come by car. Litochoro is a wonderful town to visit, with magnificent sunset views of Mt. Olympus. Our stay at Robolo Boutique Hotel was definitely a highlight of our trip to Greece!

It was perfect.

The family that runs the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay phenomenal. They stored our bags while we hiked Mt Olympus, helped us order taxi rides and made the most amazing breakfast. The family was very friendly and spent time talking with us and getting to know us. They provided recommendations for delicious restaurants and answered all our questions about the local area. The rooms were very clean and had a cute boutique look. We were provided with bathrobes, slippers and many amenities that made us feel pampered.

The property was charming, new and clean. We got an upgrade to a cosy room. The interiors were pleasant and the hospitality was off the charts! We got welcomed with a tea and sweets and got tips for where to go in the neighbourhood. When we informed the host that we are vegan we got treated with additionally tips for restaurants as well as great breakfast made for us, including a vegan dessert. Before our hike to Olympus we got breakfast packed at 6 am and after the hike we got fresh fruit delivered to our room!

We had a fantastic time in the hotel. The rooms were very pretty, one had a little balcony and the patio was also great. Breakfast was tasty and good. The owners are really friendly and give you a lot of good suggestions for spending a wonderfull time. We went hiking, visited the acheological site of Dion, went for a swim in the waterfalls and spend some time at the seaside. The whole area is wonderfull for hiking. I would stay here again in the future.

Everything was perfect!

The owner was extremely warm and friendly. She waited until 1am to check us in since we drove from Athens and arrived late. The room was by far the best accommodation. The bed was amazing and incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was stunning… it was an amazing experience. We enjoyed a super tasty authentic Greek breakfast and afterwords, the owner gave us a map and explained what Mount Olympus hikes were open as we visited in March and the peak was closed due to the snow. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed!

Nothing, the stay was perfect

This location is from another world. Everything was superlative, starting with building itself, services, staff, breakfast, comfort, and not ending with quality of sleep, cleaning and other services, area, and I can continue with more positive attributes. Attention for details were took at another level. Before going to Litochoro, we studied the area and activities. Nevertheless we have received a lot of useful information at arrival, and all of them worth a lot. Highly recommended!

We stayed in a deluxe double room. From the time we arrived to the moment we left, Roula and her staff were so welcoming and helpful. Robolo itself is a gorgeous building, a true labour of love. Absolutely spotless, with every nook and cranny thoughtfully designed and decorated. Breakfast was divine (loved the Olympus honey). It's close to Litochoro centre, so it's easy to walk to tavernas (Roula has some fabulous suggestions) or get taxis to wherever you want to go. We caught taxis to the Mt Olympus national Park for some hiking, and also Heleon beach (another fabulous Roula suggestion). We could have stayed forever!
