1. Tonia, the manager, welcomed us so warmly upon our arrival, and had been so lovely and helpful through the 2 nights we stayed. can seek for her 24hrs, and her response was timely-my husband and I felt that the service was very friendly and personal. 2. quiet peaceful and private . the hotel has 6 rooms. we knew other guests were there we barely saw them. so we kinda enjoyed the entire premise and swimming pool on our own. we really enjoyed the peace up here. 3. room was very cozy-seriously, that was 2 of the best nights we slept so far in our 3-week trip in Greece. we wanted our own room at home to be just like that! 4. very nice breakfast freshly cooked, clean ingredients,, made to order, eating with the view of ocean and sea breeze,, what can you ask for more 5. a few minutes walk to Elia Beach, the restaurant down there are so yummy!

Everything is Amazing, location, ( you need rent a car ) cleanliness , super nice. I wana thank Tonia for being such a helpfull, and kind, she helped us with rent a car and gave us all informations we needed ,she s super nice.

Only downside is , pool wasn't heated , that would make a stay compleatly, but still everythibg else was great.

The property is a boutique hotel and had a lovely staff. From even before leaving the UK Tonia got in touch and asked if we had additional needs like airport transfers etc…. The property was very clean and breakfast given to us personally each day at our own table outside. It was super easy to get about and Tonia even helped to organise hiring quad bikes for us.

The staff were exceptional. We couldn’t have wished for a better host than Nasia. She went above and beyond every day to make our stay memorable.

Its location was difficult without a car due to it being on a very steep hill without steps that help on the incline or downhill journey to the beach and beyond.

I loved the location of Cova overlooking the sea & Elia Beach. Our room was as private as one could be in such an open location. We had exceptional service here from Luka. He brought our delicious custom ordered breakfast to us each morning, arranged our ATV rental, ordered dinner for us, arranged our departure car, and was accessible, personal & friendly throughout our stay. He also gave us tips on how & what to explore the island.

One night was so windy that it blew a beach towel off our patio & we never found it. I wouldn’t say I didn’t like this, but I was surprised how windy it can be.

Very spacious suite in a great location overlooking Elia beach. Breakfast included various items to choose from and was very delicious. The property manager, Luka, was available to answer any questions, help book transfers into town, and even placed takeout orders to our suite. He was very courteous and attentive throughout our entire stay.

Surprised I was asked to pay for all of my transfers with cash during checkout when I thought that any additional fees would be charged to my card. Pool is not heated. The electricity also went out twice during our stay.

the property was very nice. there are 6 private suites in the property, all very nicely decorated ( the room had air conditioner, tv, coffee machine, little frigobar, hairdryer). There is a shared pool with an amazing view to Elia Beach and also barbecue available to be used if you want to cook your own thing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free parking space and nice breakfast was available.

the location was good if you have a car, otherwise you will have to go downhill to go to Elia beach. The way back from the beach to the accommodation would be going uphill. It was not an issue for my husband and I but maybe for elderly people it wouldn’t be ideal. The property is very well located overall.

The view from our room was great, and it was nice that we could go straight out to the pool area from our room! Luka the hotel manager was so nice and gave us perfect service! Elia beach was beautiful, but Agraria beach just a short walk away was also great (a bit smaller and more quiet pebble beach, plus the sunbeds were half the price from Elia beach). The small pathway over the rocks between Elia and Agraria was really pretty with all the beautiful coves. Recommending to go to the village Ano Mera for dinner as its cheaper and they have lots of good restaurants. Therese is a bus that takes about 10 min from Elia to Ano Mera. The best restaurant we tried was Οτι Απόμεινε (otia pomeine), the krispy pork was amazing.

Everything was great except the very steap hill up to the hotel.

very friendly managers Tonia & Stefano , large double rooms , good breakfast , clean, close to Elia beach. Renting a car in Mikonos is a must and very cheap.

A kind word of welcome, and a fast check-in. We quickly got to unpack, enjoy the pool and chill. Great views.

Food and drinks are not available; make sure to provide yourself. Some bars and restaurants are quite close, but you need to undertake a very steep walk down and up. We ordered in from a okay-ish restaurant that was advised by the property.
