Beautiful hotel, clean, bright, lovely pool. The service was exceptional - possibly the best I’ve ever stayed in.

Not enough shade around the pool, if you don’t like being in direct sunshine it was difficult to find any shade. The pool is quite cool! The menu for the evening restaurant did not change at all during the week, so was a little repetitive, but it is close to other restaurants on the beach which were also excellent.

We didnt just like everything we LOVED everything ! We stay at Petasos every time we visit Mykonos - the rooms are spacious, clean and with beautiful views ! The breakfast is the best ! Everything is offered and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. You can go to the beach, or the pool or walk around the little village now outside the hotel. Every time we visit , we dont want to leave !Thanks Petasos for the best stay ever ! :)

The only thing i would suggest is to work on there WIFI. It was a bit slow - it kept bumping us off everytime we had to log on again. A bit annoying.

The location is excellent, right between Psarou beach and and Platis Gialos beach, with restaurants in the area. A bus takes you from the entrance of the hotel to Mykonos town, about 10-15 min. ride, and works from morning until late night. Everything was sparkly clean and beautiful - the pool, the breakfast restaurant; the entire resort was spacious, beautiful and inviting. Breakfast was excellent, a big variety of tasty foods and dishes. The staff was lovely, and tended to our every need with a smile. When we arrived we were given a details explanation about all the beaches and experiences the island has to offer. Note that the fridge, although stocked only with water, is actually a mini bar and the water is not complementary.

The first couple of days the room cleaning was perfect, they even changed our towels twice a day. To show our appreciation, we left a tip and a thank you note to the cleaning staff. From that point on, housekeeping was very disappointing, looks like they didn't bother with our room - rubbish was left outside, used utensils not replaced, bathroom amenities not restocked, wet towels left in the room....when we asked for toilet paper (which was also not restocked), they didn't bring it, and we had to go to the reception after half an hour to ask again.

The hotel was amazing, great location, fantastic facilities and exceptional staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choices. All the staff from check-in, restaurant, porters and room staff were friendly, helpful and very high level customer service skills. I would highly recommend this hotel. I’ll certainly be back.

Beautiful resort, very clean and well maintained. Pool is beautiful with great views of the sea. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good. Location is one block from the beach and across the street from the public bus that takes you right to town for $2 Euro per person. Super convenient! Can't wait to go back! I would definitely recommend it!

The staff is very helpful and polite. The location is excellent. The view is amazing. The lobby area is very nice. The beach and the sea is very convenient and clean despite being in a marina.

The faucets around the whole facility are very user unfriendly:)) The rooms and bathrooms in the rooms could have bern nicer considering the general design quality of the hotel.

The staff here was exceptional! Every one of them was kind, helpful and professional! They were truly amazing and they always went out of their way to make me happy. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. They had a wide array of items to choose from and everything was delicious. They had plenty of staff and this was a highlight!

The only issue I had was with the fact that they called this a beach property. It has gorgeous water views with yachts and was very pretty. However, what they called a beach was a man made sandy area below the breakfast restaurant. It had a ladder for you to climb into the water. I felt like this was false advertising. To actually go to a beach, you’d have to walk down to the end of the block and go there but you’d have no use of chairs and that sand area is limited. This was a huge drawback for me after paying so much less to be in a beautiful beach in Crete the month before.

Hotel pickup at the ferry was flawless. The reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. We were very early arrivals, so they stored our bags and gave us access to the Hotel facilities. The staff to guest ratio is wonderful, and the service very efficient. The pool area, has 2 pools of different depths (one suitable for laps) and a warm spa. The private beach area is great, life guard included. The water clear refreshing. The rooms are very comfortable, the beds and linen top quality. Room service and cleaning always done in a timely and friendly manner. There is an onsite "spa" service. Breakfast was amazing every morning. The staff here at the hotel really help make the place. We loved it, and hope to return.

One very minor thing was having to ask for water in the room each day

Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was in a nice restaurant with good view. Location was very near to the beach but going to Mykonos town requires a bus or taxi.

Pool’s water was very salty so it was hard to swim in, Pillows were very flat. Bus stop was outside but bus schedule was not very reliable.
