Location is great. Breakfast too. Nice pool. Great internet. Overall, a good hotel

I think the hotel relies a lot on location and lacks a bit of customer care when compared to other hotels we stayed in the same trip in Mykonos, some in lower star ratings, such as: 1. Check in: very impersonal, she was not friendly, but maybe our case was aside since I noticed other check ins when I was at the reception and others received an intro to the island, maps and welcoming drinks. We did not get any of that. 2. Room was not very clean, there was hair in several parts and was dirty under the bed. 3. Pool has no music and is rather boring, although it’s a beautiful pool and space 4. Hotel room is small and overpriced

I do not have enough words to describe how amazing and wonderful my stay was at the Poseidon suites. So incredible in fact that I was willing to forfeit my non refundable airbnb and pay one more night just to stay longer at the hotel. From the minute I was picked up by the free hotel shuttle (a deliciously cold air conditioned Mercedes van) to the minute I set foot on the property, I was treated so warmly by every single one of the staff. Andreas, you were my favorite and the Poseidon is lucky to have you working for them. The pictures on Booking DO NOT do any justice to how clean, serene and modern the rooms are and how picturesque the views of the sea and the town are. Not to mention the gorgeous salt water pool, the little fountains with lights floating in them at night and the heavenly perfume that greets you everytime you step into the modern lobby. And then the breakfast every morning that became the highlight of my day. What a banquet! An insane variety of eggs, pastries and fruit and kudos to the lovely sweet girls who work so hard there and throughout the day serving food and drinks by the pool. TIP THEM HANDSOMELY! Needless to say, my four nights at the Poseidon were spent memorably and I was very very very sad to leave. The other ladies who work the front desk were also so sweet, always smiling and setting a solo travelers mind at ease. Can't wait to come back! Andreas, I hope you will be there but I know you're destined for MUCH greater things in life 🙆🏼‍♂️🤩

We liked the location of this hotel, just on the edge of town, far enough away from the hubub & close enough to walk to easily. It's position looking across the bay and the windmills was spot on. We were fortunate that our sea view room meant we could return from the pool or beach late afternoon and sit out on the balcony with a snack/refreshment and watch the sunset from the comfort of your room. In fact on at least one occasion we had takeaway pizza for dinner doing this...lush!

Breakfast (hot/cold buffet), while plentiful, fresh & tasty, was the same selection every day. Was a little tired of it by the end of our stay. It was very good and have had much worse breakfasts, but maybe a little more variety would be nice (though this is a very minor gripe).

This hotel is at a very good location to Mykonos old town and windmill. Serves good breakfast spread. Givrn a level 1 near exit to walk to windmills. Reasonable hotel rates with free transport. Everything is exceptional but I give it 4 stars because soundproof not so ideal , but liked the level 1 room because is convenient. Other then that, all is good and I still highly recommend it!

Can hear sound of aircon like someone chanting and I was woken by knocking sound on balcony door in early morning 5am+ , then I realized sound came from upstairs, soundproof is very bad for the level 1 room though convenient. Other then that, all is good and I still highly recommend it!

The staff are friendly especially Andreas and the guys at the bar, the transfer drivers and the lady who runs the breakfast ( with another guy -sorry can’t remember his name ), my son would sit and chat to them and considering he was the only teen there he felt included. The pool area was always immaculate and clean and the ladies who cleaned the room friendly. Breakfast was hot and plentiful, plus the addition of wearing disposable gloves and mask were mandatory which was great. The staff always cleaned and cleared away as soon as a guest left. This hotel is in the best location, literally minutes’ walk to everything and both of the tours we booked collected us from there. A word of warning there are NO pavements/ sidewalks plus the alleyways in the town to all of the shops/ restaurants are very narrow to walk through as others have mentioned, if I needed a wheelchair, I would not base myself in Mykonos town.

I booked a suite as I was travelling with me 16 year old son so wanted two beds. The Suite I booked said it came with a Hot Tub, Spa Bath and Sauna and Minibar. Slightly misleading as a hot tub you would envisage to be outside and it wasn’t so when I asked at reception she said to me that the bath in the room has ‘the water jets’ , that it what they call a Hot Tub !! , I said isn’t that the spa bath ??? she said as ‘it doesn’t say ‘Hot Tub OUTSIDE ‘ so you have the bath with water jets. Surely that is just the Spa bath then ???? Similarly the Sauna is actually a setting in the SHOWER!!. There was no mini bar but there was a mini fridge … maybe that’s what they meant here too ?? I don’t know but please booking.com update the amenities for a suite so it is really representative of the room.

Overall great stay that included transfers to/from the ferry port and or airport. We took advantage of both. It's a quick easy walk into town there's a scenic route by the water that will take you to the windmills and one on the main road which wouldn't be ideal with small children. We arrived earlier than check in so we were able to store our bags with the hotel and same when we checked out they allowed us to keep our luggage at the location. The breakfast buffet had a large spread and variety which we appreciated and was included in our room. We had a small little balcony that had a partial sea view which was really nice, and it was quite with comfy beds. Over all great stay and would recommend those visiting Mykonos.

Coordination of pick up from ferry terminal could have been better we waited around 30 minutes to find the driver but once we found him it was fine.

The location was perfect. Close to Fabrika Sq and the local busses. 10 minute walk to Little Venice and the waterfront. 10 minute or less walk in the opposite direction to a great beach. Rooms were great, with great amenities and the buffet breakfast was excellent with abundant choices. The staff were helpful and friendly. The pool bar serves delicious cocktails. The pool area is very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The cups and mugs in our room seemed to only have been rinsed in the bathroom sink. We washed them ourselves before we used them. Everything else was spotless. The shower has an awkward placement. It's impossible to use without flooding the floor!!

The hotel is located within walking distance to the windmills and little Venice via a path along the water. Perfect spot away from the main possibly noisy area of Mykonos. The hotel room is beautifully appointed with its own deck area and view of the water. The free shuttle from the port and to the airport was very much appreciated as was the laundry service. Staff were friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast has to be seen to be believed served in a very pleasant dining room or on the terrace. It catered for all appetites and preferences. The bar staff were also very obliging. We enjoyed the candlelight dinner we had by the pool.

Nothing I can think of.

Amazing rooms, the best we had during our time in Greece. Very well decorated, extremely comfortable with an amazing view. The hotel was in a great location within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants l, but still very peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was great. Hotel provided free transportation to/from port or airport. Couldn't have been happier with stay.

The room was very well decorated, but the location of the shower right next to the bedroom, instead of in its own separate bathroom, made the humidity in the room go up a lot during shower time. It was a minor issue though.

Absolutely fantastic location in easy walking distance from the central town (5 min walk) but also removed enough to be quiet at night and relaxing. Also a short drive from the airport/to the port. Very modern, beautiful hotel with a lovely spacious room and bathroom, excellent views from our balcony, a pretty chilled pool area and good food/drink options. The staff were really helpful and the included transfer was great. Breakfast offered a good range of standard European and Greek breakfast items. The toiletries on offer in the bathroom were of a high quality which was a nice touch. Perfect for exploring the town, whilst also having a nice oasis to return to to chill by the pool. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Couple of minor considerations. Would have liked a couple more local Greek options in the restaurant (although there is loads on offer in close proximity outside of the hotel and the food that was there was good). If you're travelling as friends rather than a couple, in our room there was a small translucent window between the bathroom and the bedroom which meant we had to be considerate of where we were then the other person was showering/getting ready!
