Shower needs upgrading. Towels thin and old. Reception and breakfast staff often short, not very genuine customer service and sometimes outright rude! Cold eggs at breakfast and not a great response when I gave feedback. Hotel recommended for a 4 wheel buggy, booked it and it was a shitter, disappointing!

I think the hotel relies a lot on location and lacks a bit of customer care when compared to other hotels we stayed in the same trip in Mykonos, some in lower star ratings, such as: 1. Check in: very impersonal, she was not friendly, but maybe our case was aside since I noticed other check ins when I was at the reception and others received an intro to the island, maps and welcoming drinks. We did not get any of that. 2. Room was not very clean, there was hair in several parts and was dirty under the bed. 3. Pool has no music and is rather boring, although it’s a beautiful pool and space 4. Hotel room is small and overpriced

Pretty good selection of breakfast choices with very friendly and helpful staff. Safe swimming pool with lifeguard always present. Helpful bar staff when required. Courtesy transport to and from the Airport or to the Port. Rooms cleaned to a high standard each day.

Many steps of different heights can be a bit disconcerting for some older people and certainly not a place for anyone with walking disabilities. Balconies could have done with some sort of shade protection for late afternoons when sun came round and was too hot to sit outside safely. One of the many large cruise ships that moored in front of hotel started using its internal intercom system at 7am which was very loud around the bay.

This was the fourth and final leg of our one-month vacation in Greece, so you can imagine the size and weight of our luggage. The main reason we chose this hotel was for its port and airport transfer service, as well as its luggage assistance, and it turned out to be a great choice overall. Note: In Mykonos, when booking apartments within the town, be aware that cars are not allowed in the town centre. This means you'll likely have to walk 5-15 minutes with your luggage and carry it up several flights of stairs. The apartment we were supposed to stay in didn’t offer luggage assistance, even if we were willing to pay for it. The hotel is located on a road where vehicles can pass, which was incredibly convenient. It’s in a great location—within walking distance to the town, beaches, bus station, and restaurants. It was also very clean, and they offered a good variety of Western breakfast options. The hotel’s restaurant had a decent selection of food as well. The room we stayed in was a bit old, but it was cleaned daily. Housekeeping did a good job replenishing the necessary toiletries, providing two complimentary bottles of water, and changing the towels. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, though there was a young girl in her 20s, with black hair (the others were blonde), in the breakfast area who never smiled or greeted us during our entire 6-day stay. While it didn’t significantly impact our stay, it was noticeable given the otherwise warm service from the rest of the team.

While it wasn’t a concern for us, I do want to mention that the room doesn't have SMART TV which might be an issue for some guests. The shower area was small as this was an older room. It did come with a bathtub, but the shower itself had low water pressure, and there was a drainage issue. However, once we reported it, the staff quickly addressed the problem. The room was also a little dim, with insufficient lighting, but overall, these were minor issues in an otherwise comfortable stay.

First of all I would like to thank the hotel for arranging complimentary pick up and drop off at the airport! That was a very nice touch given that taxis in Mykonos are really expensive. I love love our room which has the gorgeous seaview from the moment we awake. We found ourselves just staring out into the sea for many hours from our own comfortable bed. I slept very soundly for many nights on the nice bed and fluffy pillows. The breakfast buffet had really good spread that got us ready every morning for day of exploration. Thanks for being great host and providing a wonderful place for us to chill and relax!

I think the sheets are a little dated and may need to change? But overall the room amenities are good

1. Calm and relaxing environment 2. No rushing for sunbeds or any sense of being crowded 3. Amazing location 4. Staff were incredibly helpful 5. Taxi to and from the airport 6. Most comfy sunbeds ever! 7. The view 8. Super pool which was huge for a in-town hotel and lovely and cool (but V deep beware for kids)

The breakfast could have had more fresh fruit options (only melon and tinned fruit) The food at the pool was OK but portions were huge maybe they could do smaller portions Not the hotels fault but the little walk from hotel to bus station and town is along a madly busy road..just FYI The showers under the pool are dated and there was no hot water when we used them after checkout Twin beds were pretty narrow No proper wardrobe in superior room only exposed hanging space so a bit messy

Breakfast - one of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the buffet breakfast experience. I had stayed at this hotel before. The breakfast back then (almost ten years ago!) was fantastic. It is STILL fantastic. Great choice. Very clean breakfast room. Lovely staff. Great outdoor sitting area - should you wish to dine outside. Great start and finish times for breakfast.

Not cheap! Though having said that, Mykonos despite it always having been expensive is now crazily expensive in ky view. I guess the hotel has to reflect this due to their costs?

The hotel was in a great location, walkable to the windmills, Little Venice, the Port, shopping, and the main bus stop. They offered a welcome cocktail which we enjoyed at the pool-side bar. The breakfast buffet was wonderful - a wide array of sweets, fruit, savory choices, and really tasty Greek yogurt! The staff quicky fixed an issue that we had with our ceiling fan. We appreciated the complimentary transfers from the port and to the airport although we had some difficulty finding our driver when we arrived in Mykonos. The small balcony was nice & offered a view of some of the windmills.

The pool deck and bar were great. Lounging on the sun beds often involved drinks and some quality food without having to leave the property. Room 002 was spacious, clean and comfy with a nice deck for watching the sunset. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The free transfer from the port helped enormously too. The location is a couple of minutes walk from the bus station and the entrance to the old town, super close for food, shopping, photos, nightlife. Also close to car, scooter and ATV rental places. Also a short walk to the windmills and plenty more sunset viewing spots.

Location is great, very close to Little Venice with lots of restaurants, stores, and mini-markets. The bus stop was within walking distance which allows you the opportunity to go to other parts of the island. The room was good, but the AC was not the best; it did not cool the room enough. We reported it, it was looked at, but it didn't improve. Our balcony overlooking the pool was very nice. The hotel is close to town, but there was no issue with the noise. The free shuttle pick up at the port/airport was very good and saves you some money. The breakfast was one of the best ones i've had in Greece.
