I absolutely adored this stay and it was the highlight of my island hopping Grecian adventure. It was a gorgeous, placid oasis of calm, just several steps from my favourite beach on Naxos, Plaka. The property feels modern, yet retains the brilliant white traditional charm unique to to the Cyclades. It is a situated in an a wonderful garden that adds to the magical feel of the stay. The room was bright and spacious with an exceptional placement of facilities, good quality shower, large fridge, mirrors at appropriate distances, decent cupboard space, and tasteful modern decor. The staff were attentive, polite and easy to contact. Rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard and wifi was speedy and reliable. The hotel is easily reached from the bus stop that takes you almost to the doorstep straight from the bus station by the port, and is close proximity many great tavernas, a few supermarkets and is even only a short and pleasant walk from the neighbouring Agia Anna. Yet still remains suitably sheltered and private enough to provide a peaceful and relaxing stay. I definitely wish to return one day.

The apartments are really nice and very clean. We were staying in the deluxe suite with hydro massage pool and it was like on the pictures. The location is also great, 5 min or less to very nice beaches and beach bars. There is also a small minimarket nearby. The gardens surrounding the apartments are also very well maintained and very beautiful. The price in the beginning of October was a bargain.

The wifi was sometimes working, and sometimes not. Especially inside the house, sometimes I had no signal at all. We didnt mind but if you need to be connected all the time, this could be a problem.

We absolutely loved our stay at Annio Studios! As soon as we entered the property, we were in awe of the beautiful foliage, the gardens are so well kept and gorgeous. Our accommodations were perfect for our party of 4..the beds were comfortable- and the space was just what we needed. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor space. It’s a perfect location, close to beach, restaurants, the bus station, and the little market! We will absolutely recommend this place to anyone we know, and hope to return someday!

We had an apartment with a large jacuzzi, which was amazing. The kitchenette was also very good and the bed was comfortable. The garden is exceptional. It is very close to the beach.

There is no privacy, you are overlooked from every angle. We had to keep the door closed as people could see us even in the apartment. There is zero privacy outside and in the jacuzzi. If you have loud people or kids in the other apartments (which we did) it can be very annoying.

Amazing location- such a short walk to the beach with multiple beach clubs and restaurants where you can rent umbrellas and sun beds. Annio also has a beautiful garden you get to walk through on the way to the beach. The room was just as described, very spacious. Really a beautiful property and very reasonably priced compared to similar places in the same area.

The spa didn’t heat up unless turned on way in advance. No one told us this, so when I went to use it the first night it was cold. The next night I turned it on in the afternoon to heat up but when I came back it was off again so I unfortunately never got to use it. The bed was a bit hard. Otherwise everything was great.

Annio Studios is very well located 2 minutes away from the beach, restaurants, and buses that go almost all day back and forth to the chora. The garden is almost botanical and is a gorgeous treat for the eyes as one enters one's accommodation. The private spa bath was very nice and doesn't have an issue fitting two people within it.

The kitchen had a limited amount of tools, which made cooking a bit complicated. The bed was quite big, so it often got in the way, not leaving a lot of wiggle room to walk around without bumping into it. We had multiple issues with the air conditioner as well. It only worked when the temperature was at its lowest, so one would wake up freezing. It was very sensitive when doors or windows would be closed because it doesn't work when they are even slightly open.

The location was excellent! It was an easy walk to the beach and many different options for dining. It was a calm and quiet environment with simple amenities. I would have liked an area to have breakfast instead of having to walk to the road but otherwise for a quiet stay on the beach this was a great spot. Though I travelled alone the facility was very comfortable and seemed great for the family too!

There was no main pool, either you had a tiny plunge pool on the terrace or a larger pool for up to 2 people on the deck. In summer months it would be nice to have a larger pool area to sit and relax and have some cocktails. This was available at the beach itself but if you want this feature at the hotel this would not be the place.

Location was perfect a very short walk to the beach, all the main restaurants and bars on Plaka beach. Close proximity to a super market and excellent bus service every 30 mins to/from Naxos Town. The rooms were spotless and well appointed making for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Marcos and his team were very kind, attentive and helpful with nothing too much trouble. The gardens were very kept to provide a peaceful and relaxing area if you wanted to escape the seafront.

Great location. 2 mins walk to Plaka beach. There is also a bus stop close by but make sure you check the bus schedule in advance if you are going to rely on public transport. The buses to this property run only in tourist i.e May onwards. We wend in the beginning on April and everything around the property was closed. Make sure to rent a car if you’re coming in off-season. The room had big balcony to chill and enjoy the weather. The staff was always polite and very helpful.

The kitchen area and bathroom are bit congested. So maybe not ideal for longer stays.

The location is what sold me on this place. you can walk to any beach on or near Plaka . There is everything from family friendly to nude beaches in either direction from the hotel. A supermarket was close to get get any items you may have forgotten or needed. There is no room service or food service at the hotel so it was nice to have this close by. Many good restaurants near by as well. I would highly recommend Petrino, really good and close to hotel. The one thing the hotel couldn't give me but gave me was one of the most beautiful sunsets steps away. Every night had a more impressive one. Money couldn't buy the views I saw. Happy we got to see this first hand.

The transfer to and from the seaport could have been a little better. We were picked up by hotel Staff in his personal car with his groceries and some belongings throughout the backseat. It was a good ride other than that small detail. We paid him directly in Euros where other hotels had services set up and fees incorporated in pricing.
