I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, largely due to the outstanding service and cleanliness. Every day, the room was thoroughly cleaned, and the bed sheets and towels were changed daily, always smelling incredibly fresh. A special shoutout to the cleaning staff for their exceptional work! The hotel staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always eager to help with a smile. They promptly addressed all of our requests and even welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The in-room kitchen was very functional, equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances to prepare decent meals. The breakfast offered each morning was quite good, with a variety of options that changed daily, adding a bit of delightful surprise to each day. While the location of the hotel is generally good, it's worth noting that the walk back from the beach involves a bit of a hill. This can be a little challenging for some, especially in the hot weather, as there isn't a separate pedestrian pathway, and you may find yourself walking on the road. Renting a vehicle could be a great option, not just for easier access, but also to explore other beautiful beaches around Naxos. Additionally, while the breakfast had many great options, I felt the coffee could use a little improvement. Considering Greece's reputation for great coffee, perhaps an all-in-one coffee machine with some quality beans could elevate the experience. Overall, these are minor suggestions, and they didn't take away from the positive experience we had!

Very nice hotel situated between two main beaches and close to the town. Rooms are spacious, well maintained, very clean and with all necessary equipment including small kitchen. We had every day changed sheets and towels. Swimming pool was clean and big enough. Parking lot in front of hotel always available. Breakfast was delicious and last enough to sleep little bit longer in the morning, last till 10.30😊 Staff were super proactive and helpful. The highlight of my experience was the incredibly comfortable sleep I had in the room. The bed was cozy and the surroundings were quiet, allowing me to rest peacefully throughout the night. Considering the quality of sleep and the overall experience, the price of the room was more than reasonable. The check-in process was fast and efficient, saving me time and hassle. I also appreciated the free parking facility, which made it convenient for me to explore the surrounding area. The breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely delicious. It was the perfect way to start my day. I highly recommend .

In a perfect location for the beach, restaurants and a supermarket. Extremely well equipped and comfortable room with towels changed and room cleaned every day. Excellent blackout shutters so slept really well. Staff were super professional and polite but not in your face. Only a dozen or so sun-beds but we were the only people by the pool at times.

Typical of many properties abroad, the shower temp was a lottery at times.

I was impressed by the hospitality of all the staffs, especially Annita (owner) and Kostas. Everyone was so friendly. The room was spacious and spotless. Nothing was missing (air-conditioning, balcony, TV, comfortable bed, kitchenette, and fridge). The sea view through the big windows was amazing. Regarding breakfast, I enjoyed breakfast every day with a variety of things (pastry, bread, savoury dishes, sweets, Greek yoghurt etc.). Another point I loved was there was a clean, beautiful swimming pool. The public bus from the main port makes the property very easy to access. You get off at the Bus Station Agia Anna Port and walk for 5 mins. That is the same route to go to the nearest beach and restaurants/bars. I was happy to quickly go to the beach to enjoy the crystal clear Greek sea. Overall, I was delighted to stay at Annita's Village Hotel during my entire stay in Naxos. When I revisit Naxos, I will definitely return to the hotel again.

Nothing. If I were forced to mention something I didn't like, I might say some people might feel a bit dangerous to walk on the street to the beach/bus station as there is no pedestrian path. I don't have anything negative about the hotel itself.

I had the pleasure of staying at Annitas Village Hotel and it was a fantastic experience. The room I stayed in was well-appointed, spacious and had a great double comfortable bed with comfy pillows and mattress. The hotel's location in a quiet area provided a great ambiance, perfect for relaxation. All the guys who works there, were attentive, genteel and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The pool area was inviting, and I enjoyed lounging on the comfortable sun loungers. I wholeheartedly endorse this. It's exceptional!

Annitas Village was perfect for us. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, everyone kept a low profile, which we appreciated. The pool was perfect both for adults and children and our 4-year-old enjoyed it a lot. The best breakfast I have had so far in Greece: omelets, croissants, cakes, yoghurt, fruit sallad and much more. A big plus! The hotel is approximately 500 meters from the sea and the small beach in Agia Anna, where we went every day. The rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. We would love to come back!

The road from the hotel to the sea (where all the restaurants are) is quite narrow and very dark at night and quite a lot of traffic, so when going home after dinner in the evenings, we recommend using a flash light, especially if going with kids.

After 10 years of coming to Naxos for holidays in September, this was our first time at Annitas Village. We were extremely happy with our choice. Annita our host was very friendly, and all the staff are very sociable and helpful. Cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel was amazing, which we don't normally see. Room cleaned every day very well, with bed linen and towels changed often. Breakfast was lovely, plentiful with many choices. We had a wonderful room looking over the pool, which was nice to use for a quiet evening of drinks etc. Definitely would be our first choice for our stay next year.

Everything. One of the best places we've stayed anywhere. The attention to detail is amazing. Annita and her staff are so friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The grounds, pool and rooms are kept spotlessly clean. The buildings are surrounded by well maintained gardens that look wonderful lit up at night. We found a bottle of wine in our room one day, and Annita gave us a small gift the day we left. Thanks for a great stay Anitta.

The walk from the village is a slight hill but don't let that put you off, it's worth the walk.
