Well run and maintained modest rooms. Water view from our balcony wonderful. Very good place to stay near beach and short walk to port. Sea breeze kept our room cool. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds, good fridge, functional bathroom and reliable air con. Nice original local art displayed in common areas. Appealing beach atmosphere. Far enough away from the busy port but close enough for you to trolley luggage. Foreshore footpath was better than expected. Large supermarkets, cafes and restaurants short walk. Reception is open long hours to greet and help frazzled guests arriving on late ferries settle in. Perfect. Thank you Lizz for your help.

The room was very spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The balcony was large with comfortable furniture and a drying rack for swimming costumes etc. We enjoyed the 2 plate stove, kettle and kitchen utensils which allowed for self catering on occasion. The air-conditioner worked well. The two ladies who alternated at reception were exceptionally friendly, helpful and had good suggestions for trips and transport. We enjoyed the beach across the road which allowed for an easy swim in the afternoons after exploring the island. We enjoyed being able to have sundowners and watch the magnificent sunset from the beach bar across the road, Cava D'Oro. (Livadia restaurant wasn't yet open). Easy walking distance to many restaurants, a supermarket, the port and bus depot. Hotel Livadia exceeded our expectations! Highly recommended!

The view, location, staff, pillows and bed were all fabulous! Good tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge in the room. Great value for the price. Loads of nice restaurants nearby. And the beach just across the road made it ideal for a relaxing vacation. The balcony was shaded in the morning, so nice and comfortable for sitting out for a morning coffee. Aircon worked well. Will definitely come back! It's the best location on the island.

While the shower was sufficient, it was quite small and had a shower curtain which I don't like. But only a minor detail.

Good location, right on the waterfront. Room was comfortable and clean. Even though it is a busy area, the room was very quiet.

I booked the sea view triple room as we wanted an extra bed and a nice view for some balcony drinks. For some reason when booking the triple bed, it changed the number of people to include a child. I think the owner was trying to do the right thing giving us a slightly bigger apartment instead of the triple bed sea view, however it had a view of the backyard next door and no sea view at all. Didn’t bother us too much as we were only there for one night but would have been nice getting a heads up or asking if we wanted to change rooms before just doing it, as it was technically not what we paid for. Other than that, no other negatives!

Great location, easy to walk around Parikia to bars, restaurants, port etc. Easy to get ferries to other islands. Room basic, but spotlessly clean. Good size balcony. Hot water throughout stay. Excellent WiFi. Staff very helpful and attentive. Borrowed a beach umbrella from reception free of charge and when we asked for items such as wine glasses for the room they were provided immediately. Amazing sunsets from the beach outside. Lovely pizza from the restaurant next door. Great value for money, would stay again, but in a seaview room.

Hotel was easy to find and accessible by walking from the port just 8-10 minutes. The stuff was very helpful providing useful information for tourists. Daily housekeeping being attentive making sure our room was clean and tidy. The hotel being a little outside Paroikia town makes it excellent for couples, families and groups of friends who want to have a relaxing vacation. You can find a lot of different traditional taverns, beach bars with sun beds that don’t break the bank as well as supermarkets and deli with traditional food and beverage from Paros and Cyclades (everything accesible by walking less that 500m). Don’t hesitate to ask any question to the reception as they will put 100% effort to anticipate all needs.

The location was beautiful: great sea views right next to a lovely beach and within walking distance of town. Parking was really easy and convenient. The staff were lovely, friendly, and informative.

We wish there was a hose to wash our feet before we came in from the beach. Really minor but it could have helped us keep our room cleaner. We were also expecting to have breakfast included. From what we read on this website we thought breakfast was included. When we arrived we learned that the restaurant was closed. We were fine, but we think this should be corrected on the website.

The location is amazing, just 15 minutes walk from the ferry port of Paros. In the winter time there are not many places open, but we still easily found restaurants, cafes, shops and pharmacy very close by. The hotel is by the beach and the views from the balcony are great (we got the sea view room). The room itself was quite simple but was perfect for our goal, which was just to have a place for our overnight layover between 2 ferry rides. The host was very helpful and communicative.

Nothing negative, but just as information for future guests: the bathroom itself is a bit outdated and the room is pretty simple in furniture and décor - although this wasn't an issue for us.

The room was quite large by European standards. A bit dated but I like that, it brings out the charm. Very clean with a slight view of the beach from the oversized balcony. Beach is directly across the street and the hotel is attached to a restaurant with great Mediterranean food. Yannis was an incredible host. He allowed me to check in early and offered to reserve my ATV for me and gave me great recommendations for places to go and eat! I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was conveniently located just a 12 minute walk from the port which made getting around the island easy. The lady at the front desk was always helpful and provided me lots of resources and tips on how to get to and from other parts of the island. Easy access to food, shops, restaurants, ferry port, and bus! The cleaning staff are so thorough and the rooms get cleaned each day. Wonderful. Overall, if you are considering Paros, do it and stay here! Much more enjoyable than Mykonos & Santorini.

My only wish is that the shower was bigger, I’m 5’10 and could barely turn around. Not a dealbreaker, and obviously nothing that can be done about the size of the shower, but if you are larger, make sure you are okay having minimal wiggle room in the shower.
