My stay here was wonderful. The room was beautifully designed, with a charming Greek-inspired décor and a modern, stylish bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised by the generous selection of complimentary snacks, including crackers, croissants, and both hot and cold drinks. The host was incredibly accommodating, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect—right on the edge of the old town, making it easily accessible with luggage while still offering the charming old-town atmosphere. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the sense of safety, especially when returning late, since I didn’t have to navigate deep into the old town. Plus, it was conveniently close to the main bus stop and the beaches.

Everything. Great location, room was clean and pretty. We had a big basket of snacks provided by the owner. She upgraded us to an upstairs room with a balcony with no extra cost. Our ferry was canceled last minute and we were supposed to go check out but she let us stay for the whole day with no charge which really saved us as we had no idea what we were going to do for an entire day with all our luggage. Overall this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and would highly recommend it

It is conveniently located at the edge of the old town and at walking distance of the bus station. The room was of good size and very clean. It has all the necessary implements and guests are welcome with a basket of treats. There is also water in the mini fridge. The neighborhood is safe and I recommend this accommodation for anyone and specifically for women solo travelers. Anyone with mobility issues should request a first floor accommodation. There is no elevator for the upper floor.

Short 10 minute walk from port and bus station. The room had everything we needed, was very clean and set out to use all space available. The welcome basket and snacks very much appreciated. Aldo was very helpful and always on hand for any assistance. Definite money for value and a well maintained hotel. It is really easy to get around the island on the local bus and the nearby beaches can be reached by walking. Will definitely return here.

The room was very well decorated and well-designed for a family of four with a queen bed and two bunk beds. The bathroom was spacious. The hotel provided snacks and drinks in the rooms at no cost which felt very welcoming. Eldorado welcomes you and helps with everything - he is very kind and flexible, has great recommendations, and was willing to help us do laundry! The location could not be better - walk right out the door and into winding Greek Island streets with lots of shopping and restaurants and a couple of blocks to the water. It was perfect for getting to know Parikia, and being close to the ferry.

The room is a bit tight for a family of four. We were only there for one night so it was no problem but I probably wouldn't recommend a family of four staying here for longer than a few nights.

In the action of the old town and close to the ferry. Lovely, modern bathroom. Bed was good. WiFi was good enough for remote work. You can store luggage in the outdoor courtyard area but there might not be anyone to watch it. Perfect place for a vacationing couple!

Room was incredibly small and I think most of the other rooms were also small. There was no room for movement but it should be fine for a couple. There’s a small table you can work on if need be.

I had a great time at the Pelican. Eldorado is such a nice, interesting, and professional person. He made the stay even more enjoyable by engaging in nice conversations. As for the room itself, it is excellent. Very clean, quiet, solid wifi, awesome free drinks and snacks, comes with a safe, hot water kettle, fridge, etc. If I return to Paros, I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Eldo!

The location of the hotel was superb! It was very central to everything in Paroikia and easy to get to. The amenities were clean and the room was nice and spacious - there were even complimentary snacks! The staff were also lovely and very hospitable. I would definitely recommend staying here to friends and family!

Eldorado the host was amazing as he carried our heavy suitcases up and down the stairs when checking in and checking out, he was also available 24/7. the apartment was perfect size for two people as it had enough space for two suitcases and had a new bathroom which had a spacious bathroom.

The location couldn’t have been better, right in the centre of the old town, in walking distance to everything that you could need including fantastic restaurants, and the bus station with links across the whole island. The people working there were very helpful, and gave great recommendations on things to do and where to eat.

Sometimes it could be a bit noisy in the morning being next to a school BUT this did not affect our sleep and would 100% stay here again
