We liked absolutely everything. The swimming pool was amazing and the location of the accommodation was in perfect walking distance from the seafront and port. Katerina was super nice and helpful. A special shout out to Mario as well who was so friendly and helpful. We are already starting to miss the place!

We missed our ferry so was late checking in and a long walk to find Villa, Rang the owner-v.understanding and her husband came out to find us & guide us back. Reception informative of bus times, maps of other towns and nearby supermarket. Villa cleaned daily and areas kept clean. V. welcoming & friendly. Had the balcony which was good, tv & fridge. Shower oil provided was heavenly! Would have given full marks if only offered b&b or half board options. But good value stay for the price paid. Would stay again if inclined to go back to Paros.

My mobility isn't fantastic so would have liked location nearer the Port- it's a bit of a trek on foot at night with cases/bags on a flat path-about 30'45 min for me, and a shortcut through a dusty stoney carpark.

Lovely comfy bed ,nice modern room, close to the bars and restaurants . Pool was nice , the sun loungers were the most comfortable we have ever lay on, there was a self service fridge with reasonably priced drinks . Food was ordered in and delivered to the pool.

I asked for a nice room with a nice view from the balcony, as we were celebrating our anniversary and wanted to sit on balcony having a drink before going out. Have to say was hugely disappointed when we didn't get this, the balcony was so tiny and a view of the carpark. Katerina explained she just didn't have a room available like that at that time. I requested this month's in advance. The shower tray flooded the floor when u had a shower, drain must be blocked. Easily fixed I would think though.

We loved our room, it was spacious and super clean, had A/C and a little balcony, where we enjoyed our breakfast every morning. We loved the pool area as well, and most importantly, the hosts were really helpful and nice and they helped us with everything, from giving tips on where to eat and which places to visit, to helping us rent scooters for traveling around the island. The accommodation was conveniently located only a short walk away from the town, and there was a supermarket & bakery close by as well. We really fell in love with Paros and definitely want to come back for another stay! ☺️

Amazing location! Just a few minutes' walk to the main areas of Parikia, but far enough to give peace and quiet for a good night's sleep. A convenient market open until midnight is also just a few minutes away. No trouble finding street parking for our rental car. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They recommended beaches, attractions, and restaurants. They also helped to order food to our room and booked a boat tour for us.

WiFi was spotty at times. A minor inconvenience overall; we didn't go to Paros to watch Netflix.

The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed for a good stay. It was lovely, we even had a table and chairs outside the room to have breakfast outside. Our particular room didn't have a view, but it was nice anyway. We had some issues with WIFI but they were fixed quickly. Katerina gave us many recommendations and useful info to move around Paros and where to eat. We recommend this hotel and would definitely come back and stay with them again.

The shower didn't have a curtain or glass and the whole bathroom got wet when you took a shower.

The cleaners were excellent and worked to a very high standard. The room was a good size and the bathroom would put many to shame - large walk in shower with a glass panel (not the usual curtain!!!), great water pressure and the fit out was to a very high standard. Plenty of clean towels supplied in the room. There were towels supplied on all the sunbeds around the pool and these were replaced during the day. The pool is opposite the accommodation and the road is very quiet as it goes nowhere. You could walk to the town in 7 mins or so, say 15 mins to the bus station. There was a good supermarket and bakery 5 mins away and a second supermarket just past the first. The 2nd supermarket had a much larger range of wines and spirits. Excellent double glazing and air con. Katerina and her staff were excellent. Beyond Katerinas control was the quality of ALL the restaurants in town - if you're looking for decent food, traditional Greek food and decent service avoid Paros - restaurants charged 80c or a Euro for olive oil says it all ......... Quick overview of some of the beaches - Lageri beach is good, great sand and peaceful - by bus, take a bus from Naousa to Santa Maria and get off just before Santa Marie. A 7 minute walk and you get to Lageri. Santa Marie is a large noisy beach. Another quite and peaceful beach is only accessible by car/quad/bike - drive to Pounta Port. Turn left where the ferrys moor up, head south & go past the Paros kite centre and you eventually come across a decent sized and quiet beach ... Paralia beach is like Benidorm - loud music, sunbeds squashed together, water sports - just one big noise.

There wasn't anything we didn't like and we've stayed in numerous locations in Greece/Greek islands

The location was fabulous and close to the old town and water. The room was cosy but big enough for a comfortable 1 week stay. The small balcony was nice, and to be able to have the doors open with fresh breeze. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was nice. Staff were helpful. A quiet street.

The wall were a little thin but I slept with ear plugs so it was fine. The neighbours weren’t very noisy.

The host Katerina, was so welcoming & friendly, she made us feel like family. We stayed 7 nights in one of the Studio Apartments. The apartment was really spacious, with a little kitchenette. It had everything you need for your stay if you want to be self sufficient. All the staff were so accommodating & couldn’t do enough for us. The Villa is in a great location. A short 5 minute walk to a supermarket & bakery. A 10 minute walk to so many restaurants & bars on the waterfront. Only 10 minutes walk from the Port & there were plenty of bus stops to get you around the Island. The bus timetable is really easy to navigate. The pool & pool area was lovely & comfortable, not huge, but plenty of shade and sun beds. We were there early June, so the pool was still a little chilly, but I swam anyways as the days were really hot. I highly recommend Villa Katerina!

The balcony was small, with no cover or shade & the outdoor furniture could do with an update. My shower didn’t have a door on one side, so water would splash out everywhere, which didn’t bother me, I just put extra bath mats out.
