The location of the hotel is perfect - in a quiet neighbourhood, yet very close to the city centre and the Castle. It's new, modern, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The balconies were lovely too - big and full of green plants (we even had a tiny olive tree on ours, I just loved it). The optional breakfast was abundant and delicious, so it was worth every cent. And the staff was amazing too - super nice, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place, a real gem! :) If I ever go to Patra again, this is where I'll stay, no doubt about it! :)

The hotel is really new and superbly located. Close to the city centre, close to the sea, shops, caffes. Breakfast at Rubiks, and there is a great souvlaki place at Konstantinoupoleos 58 street. Try Freddo espresso! We liked the place so much that we stayed another day! Free parking!

It would be really nice if the hotell "forced" the smaller cars to park in the smaller/lower places in the garage. Other than that, no objections.

in the bathroom was not any warm equipment. so after the shower the bathroom remain wet even those there a central heater but was never worked due to the reason no central heater at all! when I was asking how to keep warm the bathroom the staff answer that we are starting the central heating in the night… never happen. the a/c in the room was not affecting the bathroom

For a 3 star this was super. Great location. Easy parking. Great staff. Big room. Lovely terrace with great raw urban view. Really good value. Clean and easy for an overnight stay!

There was no kettle cooking equipment but nowhere to cook (we didn't want to cook but were just confused) uncovered pillows in cupboard so none spare so only one each

Hotel is fresh and modern, reception staff pleasant and helpful. Ample free parking which is usually an issue at location. Room spacious, large balcony.

Only constructive criticism no coffee making facility in room although kettle available at reception, English visitors expect to be able to make their own tea and coffees in room, I appreciate I am not in UK.

The hotel is chic, comfortable and has a very good price-quality ratio. We didn't eat breakfast because we left early. It has underground parking. It is the second time we stay at this hotel for one night.

In the underground parking there is an area where the ceiling is too low and it becomes dangerous for cars with trunks above the car.

Amazing one night stay in Patras. Wish we could have stayed longer. Stavros was so helpful when we arrived and waited for us as we arrived late in the evening. The beds are sooo comfortable and the rooms are exceptionally clean. Love the special touches ; robes and slippers. Great wifi signal also. Not sure why it’s only a 3 star because it should be rated much higher. Free parking is a big bonus. Highly recommend 10/10

We booked 2 rooms, one suite and a room for 4 (including 2 kids) which were just awesome! The rooms are well-equipped and clean. The suite is huge, well designed and comfortable. Other positive points: a free parking next to the hotel and nice breakfasts at reasonable prices, plus really nice employees.

We liked the overall ambience of the hotel. The decor and decorations were very tasteful Easy to check in and out. Staff were very polite

We would have like tea/ coffee provided in our room even though they were provided downstairs. The location did not seem to offer welcoming cafes in a non shopping district.

Excellent staff, very helpful, always ready to support and assist for the needs. We felt very welcome in the hotel. Breakfast was very good too; the staff did all we have asked for.

We expected more equipment in the kitchen; you could get from the staff things like water cooker or cups. At the end, it didn't bother us much.
