All the staff were happy, friendly, helpful nothing was too much trouble. The hotel exudes an air of calm and relaxation. It was extremely clean and fresh. Towels, for example, werechanged every day. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Seating available inside and on a terrace. Even at the busy breakfast time, seats were always available. The hotel's position was good for all local amenities. They did have their own beach a short walk from the hotel with facilities to purchase drinks and food. Also delicious snacks available at the hotel during the day too. They did have a small spa but we didn't get time to use it. A great find, can't wait to go back next year.

The only comment I would say is that the hot options on the breakfast buffet weren't hot.

This boutique hotel offers a clean and comfortable environment. Although the staff is small in number, they are welcoming and helpful. You likely won't be spending much time at the hotel, given its proximity to main attractions, such as the shopping area, pharmacy, and supermarket, and it's just a minute's walk from the shoreline. The architecture and local elements incorporated into the hotel are thoughtfully presented. The city is picturesque with well-maintained, narrow streets. However, there are some areas for improvement. The bath towels provided are quite small, perhaps to conserve water and energy on the island, but one might expect larger towels in a cozy setting that aims to be more than just a basic guesthouse. Parking is a major issue in the town, with the only suitable parking space near the church. Offering a valet service could be a beneficial addition, and guests might not mind an extra charge for this convenience. The room we stayed in was small but adequate and maintained in pristine condition. The inclusion of a Nespresso coffee machine was appreciated, although the minibar was empty and the coffee cups were only suitable for espresso; larger options would be welcome. Overall, the hotel is a wonderful place that ensures a tranquil and relaxing experience.

I reported earlier on the fact that our room was in the basement which for one night was not a problem. However on this return visit ( three nights) we were again in the basement but with a terrace. This was in the back of the hotel and overlooked by an elevated footpath which was used by people on their way into town. But for the extraordinarily hot weather when we were there, which caused us to go to sleep in the afternoons with the doors closed and a/c on,we would have liked to spend time on the terrace but it was not private.

Perfect location! It was nice to be away from the crowds and enjoy the beauty of the hotel. The hotel has a private beach, which was wonderful with comfortable sunbeds and attentive service. We had to leave early for a flight, and the staff was so kind to offer us a breakfast box. The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. The afternoon snacks provided were delicious.

The A/C left a VERY bright light in the room while we were sleeping. I am sensitive to light while sleeping at night, so this may not bother other people. Possibly there is a way to turn off the temp indicator, or you could sleep with an eye mask on.

The rooms are well furnished and looked immaculate. The breakfast was good. The location is awesome , one alley behind the sea and restaurants. Compared to other facilities around, it is managed professionally. It has a nice balcony, also.

It was all nice but since the season hasn’t started properly when i was there, the hotel seemed working with a few staff. The service for breakfast was really slow even if the working staff made their best. The shower has a glass door, placed right next to the entrance and water leaks after showers leaving a small puddle of water right at the entrance. When you put a towel there, it blocks the entrance.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. When my son fell ill and was resting in the room, they kindly sent up a plate of fruit and some orange juice. It was a thoughtful gesture. The room I initially booked on Booking.com was a bit small, so I requested a larger one. Despite the hotel being fully booked, they managed to upgrade us for two nights at no additional cost. I am looking forward to visitng Samos and staying in Doryssa Theorem Hotel again.

There is nothing I disliked.

I stayed 5 nights in the suite with a terrace. The room was clean and very comfortable. Staff and breakfast were outstanding and the Spa was a very nice bonus. Very near to all the nice places in Pythagorio but the room and hotel were in a quiet area.. The bed and bathroom are of a very high quality. A nice bottle of white wine was highly appreciated.

The coffee cups were too small for a lungo coffee. Opening the doors to the terrace is an invitation for some insects. TV signal is below par.

The cleanliness was amazing. The room was very comfortable.

There were some items that we thought were essential for the guests but were not available in the rooms. Like a drying rack, a chair to sit on to while changing clothes, a hanger (behind a door) to dry our towels, a cloth rack, an extra trash bin. All these could have been arranged without affecting the room's available space. The shower was great but the fact that it is right at the entrance caused the entry getting wet everytime one took a shower. So there was a lot of self-cleaning to do after taking a shower.

Breakfast very very good, make your own really good coffee. Location super but no parking . Even though we had a hire car the town parking was uphill about .75 mile in 39 degree heat and on check out we were unable to countenance pulling our luggage to the car. We had to get a taxi. Liked the stoney beach the hotel had. The decor and comfort was top notch

Our room was in the basement with windows at eye height ( for us) and so anyone walking passed had a good view of us.

Where do I start.. this stay exceeded our expectations and we are so happy we found this hotel. It was modern, bright, clean and full of friendly staff only willing to help with a massive smile on their faces. The room itself was small but so perfectly designed that it wasn't an issue at all. The breakfast buffet was the best we've seen. So fresh and so much variety. We also used the gym and jacuzzi which was a massive bonus. They also have massage services which were very well priced. We were a 3 min walk away from the port and Main Street and were able to park our rental car close by. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Nothing - I was so satisfied with my stay here
