Everything was perfect. The food and drinks were very diverse and delicious available practically around the clock at the bars and restaurants, the outside swimming pool was warm and clean, the view from the window opened to the sea, in the evenings there was music-dancing show offered, performers were different, not everyone was equally liked, it was pleasant, that no children noise could be heard throghout the stay

The door jamb was too high, there were too few electrical outlets in the room (to charge phones, to use computer, hair dryer etc.)

General- Amazing! 4 nights in this enormous 5 stars all inclusive resort, first time with my newborn (3 months) and my wife, and I wish I stayed for more. Staff- Maybe the best customer service I have ever seen (and I travel every month from work), especially Joanna in the front desk who helped us so much to find availability for 1 more night here even though the hotel was absolutely full! She also helped us cancel reservation from another hotel! Thanks a lot Joanna ;) Facilities- Infinite choices of pools(salt water!), bars, music, live music, food, restaurants, and views! Food- So diverse, you need 5 nights just to taste everything and everything is tasty! Location- Can’t ask for better, on the beach but on the same time next to the old city. Rooms- Had a room with a sea view, room is big, bath is spoiling, balcony is great. (Minibar is free!!!) Will definitely book there again on my next time in Rhodes.

Everything was perfect!

The hotel is in a great location, right on the beach and a pleasant walking distance from the fabulous old town. The all inclusive package is second to none, so much choice of food and drinks and really high quality. The room was a great size for a family of 4, cleaned every day, and the mini bar restocked every other day. Bottled water was provided daily. We even came back to a gift hanging on the door one day, which was a nice touch.

The hotel is slightly dated in some areas, however they are aware of this and the hotel is undergoing a refurbishment and it wasn't enough to have a detrimental effect on our stay. The water pressure in the shower can be very low at busy times, but again it didn't ruin our stay.

Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff. Great location by the beach and close to everything in Rhodos Town. The selection of food and drinks was wonderful and the quality of the food was great!

This hotel was once the Grand Dame of Rhodes but is a little worn and tired. The isolation between the rooms is not so good as you can hear neighbors and also the door to the room is not insulated. It would also be nice if the pools were heated during October and November months as they were too cold to use. But it’s a good thing the hotel is about to have extensive renovations to bring it back to glory. We look forward to returning in 2026 again.

The hotel is truly grand. It is very big and with many pools, restaurants and space. The view of the ocean from the room was amazing. I could hear the waves and enjoy a cold beer for beautiful chill moments. The staff of the hotel is great and very very helpful in many ways. So any issue you may have you know or will be resolved quickly and swiftly. The reasons why I wouldn’t give this hotel an above 9 rating are as follows: - the rooms are not very well Maintained and you can find one or two issues there especially in bathroom. The staff is amazingly responsive and will cater to the issue fast but still. - the rooms still use regular and clunky keys !!! Even for the safe !!! Why for the life of me they don’t upgrade to digital keys is beyond understanding. You have to constantly carry these around with you wearing shirts or swimwear. - The beds is all the rooms are quite low ! It’s a bit weird and may be uncomfortable for some people.

The location of the Mitsus Grand Hotel beside the beach, most rooms have sea views. My 1st time in this hotel. The location and the service are perfect . very very nice team. The variety of restaurants and food is excellent, and the quality is very, very good. there is a show every night with a different band and kind of music. They have an excellent option of shower room if you already made your check out but leave the hotel later. Indeed, very much recommend recommended

Their rooms do need some shape up upgrade, but they’re still good. The noise isolation is not good. With rooms facing the sea and main street noise breaks in.

The hotel is located by the sea and has private sun-beds for guests on the beach. Everything is super clean. Food is perfect and there is a variety of a-la-cart restaurants so that you can change places to eat and types of food. Services are perfect, too. We were met at the reception desk of the hotel chain at the airport with a glass of cold water in the summer heat. They helped us with the transfer to the hotel. All receptionists are very nice and helpful. The check-out is at 12 but they provide a shower room if you stay longer. They also make small surprises for welcome and goodbye.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay . Good food and drinks, very good location close to everything . there was unfortunately strong wind all week so we had to walk to a beach at the east side of the island , it was nice that it was only 5 min away. very nice activities for kids , our son enjoyed very much. the girls watching over the kids were really nice. also large variety of training classes for adults, really enjoyed the yoga lessons. spacious and clean room . nice balcony with sea view. great hospitality by the staff.

not sure if it was because the hotel was full but there were lines everywhere, at the bar at the pool restaurants at lunch, not enough sun beds at the pool . pool only opens at 10 (would be nice if it could be an hour earlier). the floor at the pool and the bathroom is really slippery. noise from the bar area until 11PM everyday is clearly heard from the room even when the door is closed.

It was our first stay in a 5-star hotel, and thanks to the low season discounts, the prices were quite affordable. The room was spacious with a lovely view of the sea, which was a pleasant surprise. The food in the buffet restaurant was amazing, with a wide variety of options including a pizza stand and pancakes available until 2 AM. We also enjoyed the non-alcoholic cocktails, which were tasty and refreshing (as we don't drink alcohol).

The furniture needs renovation; some pieces are really old. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, though it wasn't a big issue for our short 2-day stay. It would be nice to have the option to make reservations at the special restaurants in advance. Every time we entered the room, the TV would start playing advertisements about the hotel, which was a bit annoying.
