Excellent location, with just a short walk to the beach, new town, and old town which is perfect in the Rhodes heat! Considering the central city location, the pool was a lovely addition to our stay. The room was cleaned to a high standard everyday, and the staff were lovely and allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel after check out

Is a great hotel when considering the price, but not a ‘boutique’ hotel. Firstly, there’s only one iron at the hotel, which hadn’t been returned, and without a dry clean service, we needed to purchase an iron at a local supermarket. There was also only a handful of hangers in the wardrobe, so we were forced to keep our clothes in our cases. Breakfast options were also limited.

The hotel was lovely and modern. Breakfast was fantastic with a great choice and the staff were brilliant, helpful and super friendly. Location was perfect just a short walk from the beach and the old town. For a short break, we couldn’t have chosen better.

The only negatives would be the pool, which is very shallow and there are only 12 loungers with limited sun. Also if getting a taxi to the airport arranged by the hotel please clarify the price. The taxi charged us an extra £10 on top of the meter €20 (€33) and said that they needed to give the hotel the rest. Not sure how true that was.

The room was very well presented and clean with a modern bathroom and was a good size. Rooms were cleaned daily and the breakfast was good. The hotel is in a great location, only 10 minutes walk from the old town and marinas and within 5 minutes from the nearest beach. The pool was small and shallow but it's only really there to cool off in and it's perfectly good for that but can't fault it as most hotels in the area don't have pools at all

I think with a hotel like this, expectations need to be in line with the cost. We paid around £65 per room for one night, with breakfast included. For that price I don’t think I could have a single complaint. Staff were friendly, rooms were fairly basic but clear and pretty modern, beds were comfy and location was very good. We did’nt use the pool, but the sunbeds looked like the comfiest I’ve ever seen, with about 1 foot thick pillows / toppers on them. I’d definitely stay again if I’m Rhodes town for a night or two!

The crew and staff of the hotel were amazingly kind and helpful, the bed was very much comfortable, the location of the hotel was amazing (in the very center of the city), we really had no complaints

The pool was shallow so it’s more for sitting near it and put your legs in then for swimming, but it was still a nice corner to seat near by. The breakfast was no gourmet but very sufficient for a good start of the morning.

The staff where absolutely amazing couldn’t do enough for you,going beyond expectations.a few maintenance issues that need more attention-lights and bathroom doors

For a hotel where 95% of the visitors were couples and older people there was a group of young lads were very loud and monopolised the pool and made it quite intimidating for other users.also one very rude man of the group showing his bottom to my son and his girlfriend and another couple leaving bottles and rubbish around the pool area and using disgusting language about what he was going to do sexually to his girlfriend.the hotel was great but may make me and I guess others about rebooking

Very nice breakfast with hot food, tea, coffee and a good selection of cold meats, cheeses, fruit and yoghurt

A bit surprised that the hotel take a commission for booking a taxi to the airport. The usual fare is €27, but the taxi driver charged €33 saying that the difference was Oktober Hotel commission - €6 to book a taxi !! The driver also advised that the hotel should have advised us of the additional charge - which they did not.....

We enjoyed our time at Oktober Downtown Hotel, our room was cleaned every day, bed comfortable, breakfast nice. Also all of the hotel personnel were helpful and very friendly. The Hotel is located walking distance from the beach, old town, shopping centre and lots of restaurants. We would recommend staying there to friends and relatives.

The only thing we could fault was the fridge in our room, it was quite noisy when it starts cooling, for a couple of minutes it’s quite loud and when you’re trying to fall asleep, it can be annoying but once you are asleep then you’re fine.

I was really impressed with the hotel. Boutique in the true sense of the word. The room was very big. A great rain shower. Lovely pool area and a super helpful staff. A fabulous stay and one I shall definitely be repeating. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel 👏👏🙏

The location was perfect since everything was quite close (restaurants, bars, beach, clothing stores, old town…). It always took us less than 10min by foot to go somewhere. The hotel was clean and the room big enough for two people. Having a balcony on the pool side is perfect to see if there is sunbeds left. Breakfast was basic but good. Lastly, the staff were really kind and always making sure everything was okay. Skiadeni, Selena and Caterina were so helpful and joyful, they made our stay unforgettable. I 100% recommend it!
