Fully renovated hotel, excellent beds, linens, bathroom, balcony sparkling cleanliness everywhere and no noise from hallways or other guests. Hotel offers one of the most comprehensive breakfasts I have ever seen, has a restaurant operating extensive hours, pool, gym and beautiful wrap around veranda at the reception/restaurant area. There is not enough space here to describe how well thought out is everything, but I simply have to mention kitchen/restaurant personel showing real greek hospitality, that is missing from all the mass tourism facilities, a special goodmoring and smile for every guest. Best Rhodes city hotel hands down (shops bars restaurants beach casino from20m away)

We were greeted with champagne, the lobby is very spacious. The room came with a free minibar. Toiletries were provided, everything was very clean. Great shower pressure on 5th floor. Room cleaning staff was amazing, very friendly. Breakfast had a very big buffet, it was mainly split into sections: hot meals (eggs, pancakes, waffles, crepes, sausages), cold dishes (cheese, vegetables, meats) fresh fruits, gluten free and vegan areas, smoothies, oats, rice puddings and a greek breakfast area with local dishes. Location is amazing, main beach is a few minutes away, supermarket across the hotel. AC and soundproofing in the room was great. Staff was very friendly and always ready to help :)

Room felt smaller than in the pictures. It felt like coffee at the breakfast buffet was instant coffee and not fresh ground, which was disappointing. No parking provided for rental quads, but we found a space on the street nearby. Shower handle wouldn’t hold in a fixed position, which made it a bit uncomfortable to shower. For late check-out every hour costs an extra 5 EUR which was a bit of a surprise considering the high room rate. Hairdryer could have been better for a 4 star hotel as the one provided has only one ‘hot’ setting which burns your hair very easily :(

Stayed in the suites on the top floor - unbelievable views and great terrace. Great breakfast buffet. Great location, just 10min walk from Old Town and close to the beach, main shopping area (Zara, H&M, Sephora all a 5min walk away) and bars and restaurants

Not enough storage in the suite (Room 703). Could do with shelves in the wardrobe. Toilet isn't enclosed and is about 1 metre from the bed. No privacy when showering or going to the toilet. Sunbeds on the terrace didn't flatten down to like down - recommend replacing these with sun loungers, the same as from the pool

this hotel surprised me! its exactly as i thought a great hotel should be: fully renovated room with a nice balcony, comfortable beds lots of storage, space to put at least two suitcases on, spacious shower and lots of counter space, pretty good soundproofing, large tv, safe mini bar with free drinks, tea &coffee making facilities, extra pillows, black out curtains. The hotel looks better that the pictures, the lobby is huge with the adjoining restaurant sitting, and tons of tables and couches on the pretty veranda. Don't let me start with the breakfast: everything you could ask for, whatever your tastes are you will find it there - the buffet is being replenished till 10,30, i cant really thing of something missing. Add to this the amazing restaurant and kitchen staff, with a smile on their face, moving smoothly among guests, they deserve a raise, they are excellent ambassadors of your brand. No complaints from the reception staff either, smiling and helpful. I want to congratulate the owners too for making an effort to provide their guests an unforgettable experience, through their investments on facilities and deserving staff. (did not use they gym and pool but they looked very nice, clean and tidy). finally the hotel is centrally located with all kinds of shops, bars, restaurants and the beach nearby. but is also quiet and peaceful enough especially the back rooms. cant wait to find an excuse to return!!!

a small suggestion to make your image perfect. please use large refillable dispensers for the toiletries, so many little plastic bottles is a waste...

The hotel was superb and better than we expected. Close to old town and really close to the beach. The room had a good size, facing the front. We received a great welcoming on arrival, and the reception staff was super helpful during all of our stay. Breakfast was good, even if I believe the hot section could be improved, you still had a lot of variety and full flavoured food which worked really well for us. On the check out date, we used the showers close to the gym, and the facilities were great, with a lot of space to leave our bags, towels and shower gel. This was great as we were flying on the evening and had spent the day at the beach. We also love all the little details on the room, and drinks provided, we even found a little library with book in multiple languages available! We were only 3 nights, but would love to stay more!

As our room was facing front, it was a little noisy due to the main road. Also, we tried to use the gym but the opening hours are too short 8 to 16, it would be great if the gym open earlier or close later. Either way, all the rest was great! :)

We only stayed for 2 nights, but absolutely loved this hotel, all of the staff were so warm and friendly, the room was really comfy, especially the bed as for the breakfast, I cannot recommend enough, I cannot believe the variety along with the excellent quality, really liked the area, very central to shops/bars/restaurants along with the beach

Our view was not the best, (the side of the hotel we were on) but as we were there only 2 nights it was not an issue, the only other thing I was slightly disappointed in, again, wasnt too much of a problem, as this was late in the season, the pool area is shaded a lot of the time, but again, wasnt too much of a problem as we went to the beautiful beach

Very friendly and helpful staff. Super clean and comfortable room with great shower and balcony. Breakfast anything you could want. Pool, although shady some of the time was sunny, you just have to arrange your day. Great location for beach and old town. Nice supermarket on corner with discount offer.

Funny about mini bar, only 1 small beer between us, better just to give water each day. Pool gave me allergic reaction to chlorine, had to seek medical advice. They offered us some sandwiches as we left at 3am, but they were smallest we've ever seen.

The island suite was absolutely wonderful, a real highlight to have our own terrace and so much space and the most beautiful view.The room is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. A word of warning though that there's no toilet door so worth considering who you'll be sharing the room with, as it's quite intimate! The hotel location is brilliant and the reason we chose to stay here - so close to the old town and the beach. The staff were delightful, very helpful and friendly.

The pool was fine but it did tend to get very busy and there didn't seem to be enough beds - also didn't get the sun before 11 or after 5 but that wasn't an issue for us on a short trip, and we preferred to go to the beach for part of the day. The breakfast was the only real disappointment for us - the food at the pool restaurant was brilliant so it feels like a miss to have such a poor buffet. The quality of the ingredients was poor, the meat looked questionable and the juice was concentrated from a machine. On the last day we skipped breakfast completely and ate at a local cafe. It would be great if the breakfast

- the hotel was awesome so all of this is just nitpicking... - wifi wasn't great at times - do double beds - it's simply two twin beds next to each other with ever-widening gap - balcony light is on until after midnight, the lights in general are not well thought out - a ton of light switches for weirdly connected lights, no simple night light

A very modern hotel in the centre of Rhodes town. Great facilities, super clean, friendly and helpful staff, and a fantastic breakfast offering - something for everyone!

The only thing that lets the hotel down is that the rooms are not very soundproof - we were kept awake from the noise from the street - we were on the 4th floor (and there are only 5), and our window was closed - and the noise in the corridor with people coming in late - the walls and doors seem paper thin, we could hear every word of any conversation held outside our room - and there were several! We may just have been unlucky with the people who were staying in the neighbouring rooms. It won’t stop us staying again, but for a good night’s sleep we would recommend ear plugs and possibly an eye mask as there is a temperature gauge on the air conditioning unit when it’s turned on and it lights up the whole room.
