Highly recommend 10/10 Communication prior to my arrival was excellent, Mr . Babis picked me up from the harbour and offered me a free upgrade room upstairs ( room 11 ) with wonderful views over Skiathos harbour. Very friendly staff , got a free lift to the airport too....a first for me All in all very pleasant stay

The location. The room had lovely sea /port views. It was very clean. A few minutes from the front and bus stop 0 and Not too much of a hill, or to the main streets in the town in the other direction. So enjoyed the planes flying in past the balcony to the airport. There was a roof terrace with even more spectacular views, where we usually took our fruit and cheese and yogurt for breakfast, or a drink on the evening before going out. Lovely to meet other guests and chat there. Babis the owner couldn’t do enough for us, extremely helpful during our stay. He also contacted us prior to our arrival to arrange pick up from the port, when we arrived in Skiathos and took us to the airport at the end of the holiday. Fantastic x

The furniture and room was dated and a little on the small side, but this was not really an issue

Host was very friendly and helpful and picked up us from the port, so we had no trouble finding the accommodation. Great view of the bay from our room's balcony and from the communal roof terrace. A bottle of water was supplied on arrival. The location is excellent for walking to the main areas of Skiathos town and to the bus station for going further. A clothes line and pegs were available on our balcony.

It was difficult to have a shower without flooding the bathroom/toilet floor. There was a kettle but it was the smallest one I have ever used. A couple of instant coffee sachets were supplied but not renewed. No teabags were supplied, nor milk, but perhaps we could have asked for some. The safe was not big enough to hold a tablet. It is impossible to avoid climbing a few steps to get to the place. The tap water is not drinkable, even after boiling apparently. But there are a few public drinking water fountains in the town which we used to refill our own bottles and avoid buying more plastic. The place was facing the airport, so was a bit noisy occasionally.

Free transfer from/to airport. The room was clean and had everything necessary. It is cleaned every day. Air-conditioning and safe were included. Very close to the airport - 5 minutes by car. A few minutes by foot from bus stop 0 from where you can take a bus to the most famous beaches or to the airport. There is Masoutis market nearby and since it is close to the town center you have access to many restaurants and shops. It is a few minutes from the new and old ports. From the old port depart most of the boats going to Skopelos and Alonissos. Also from there you can reach a lot of beaches by boat - there are regular boats departing each hour to some beaches like Kanapitsa, Achladies, Tzaneria, etc. The hotel is located on a hill as a big part of the town so take this in mind, there will be steps and steeps streets. But that's normal for a lot of islands.

The room was clean and modern, the view was just wonderful. Yiota messaged me to say Babis would be picking me up from the airport which was really appreciated. He also dropped me back for my return flight. My room was cleaned every day and regular fresh towels, always a plus. Air-conditioning and safe were included. Close to the bus stop and the port, not forgetting all the great restaurants in Skiathos town. Access was by way of high steps (not for the faint hearted) one side or a gradually ascending hill on the other side, but so worth the climb for the views.

Nothing....a wonderful stay in Skiathos

We returned home last night from a 2 week stay at Babis. We had a 2nd floor room with balcony connecting to a roof terrace with a stunning view of the port and airport. Babis the owner collected us from the airport which a nice bonus and we couldn’t fault anything. The rooms were spotlessly clean with sheets and towels changed every couple of days. Some pretty touches throughout made this a very pleasant stay.

The number of steps up from the port! We are in our late seventies and found it tiring. Anyone younger and fitter would certainly have no problem and the view from the rooms is certainly worth the effort.

Everything. The location is amazing - breathtaking view over the port, you don't need a fancy view restaurant, you have it in front of the room door🙂 at the same time it is a quiet location. Bus stop and ferry port are 3, resp. 5 min away, 5 min walking to main street. The room is equipped with everything you need, if you wanna dine in and prepare your food. The room was cleaned every day. Babis is very nice and goodhearted person. He picked us up from the airport and gave advice about the island.

There are some steep stairs to reach the place, tiring after a whole day of walking. But that's not a bad thing, just mentioning it.

Even though some may find it a challenge to approach the accommodation, upon arrival they'll be rewarded by one of the most amazing views at Skiathos Town! The studios are situated in a relatively quiet area, a few mins' walk from the center, where plenty of restaurants, grocery store, bars, etc. are available. The rooms are well equipped, cleaning takes place on a daily basis. The check-in and check-out process is very well organized. The owners contact the customers offering a transfer free of charge from or to the airport or port, which is a highly valuable service. Furthermore, I can't be grateful enough to Babis for taking me to the health center by car following a very recent ankle injury.

None to mention

The appartment was excellent, with amazing views of Skiathos port and runway. The terrace was amazing, of which we sat out most evenings to enjoy the views. The rooms were cleaned daily, with new towels, they do seem to go above and beyond for their guests.

The only down side was because we were at the top there were a lot of stairs to tackle and with two large cases, quite difficult. although Babis carried the luggage up the stairs for us, so you need to bear this in mind if you struggle with stairs.

Babis the owner and his efficient wife Yotra were marvellous. He picked us up from the Airport in his car and at the end of our stay he offered to take us to the ferry which we declined. We had a roof top apartment - a lot of steps from Skiathos seafront and 2 short flights of stairs within the hotel BUT then a marvellous view over Skiathos seafront- watching planes take off and land,watching the charter yachts come and go just below us,and the Seajets ferries coming and going. We also had the use of the large rooftop terrace. The fridge was excellent -ice cubes in an hour and good cooking facilities ( we used only once).

The long flight of steps from the Skiathos seafront up to our hotel ( pension) took time to do slowly but this was part of the charm.
