We had an amazing stay at Ducato di Oia and loved every bit of it from the moment we arrived! It's well positioned in the heart of Oia with everything you'd possibly need in proximity. Everyone from the staff is amazing and they do their best to offer you a great vacation and have everything you need in place and help with any request. We stayed in the Paros suite which was spacious enough, clean and with stunning views from the pool to the caldeira! Breakfast was brought to the room every morning which was perfect for this kind of vacation and the selection of food and drinks was more than enough and really tasty. Help offered with the luggage was much appreciated as well due to the steep stairs you encounter everywhere in Oia.

The lack of a restaurant on-site - it would have been much more pleasant to take lunch or dinner on-site if you only have a few days of vacation for relaxation and sunbathing.

The hotel location was perfect. Very queit and peacefull. Our room Kimolos has a wonderfull view. The staff was very kind and helpfull. They will do anything to make sure you enjoy your stay. The place is very clean.The jaccuzzi is being cleaned every day and they will check the water ph. Special thanks to the manager Erica, Receptionist Hellen Nakazibwe, the other Hellen, Jamal the bell boy who will help you with anything. They really make us feel like home, surrounded by family. The breakfast was also very nice. Great variety and very tasty. They will serve you breakfast at your room at the time of your request. They will be in constant communication with you via whatsapp. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Just one thing, everywhere in Santorini is stairs, no elevator. Alot of walking up and down the stairways. No elevator.

This was a special end to my holiday and a real treat. I had the room with the internal plunge pool, which was temperature controlled, and had opening windows out to the lovely sea views, which was a total bonus. It gave the privacy that a lot of the other outdoor plunge pools around didn't have. This room also had a bit more privacy around the corner of the outdoor patio, something you generally don't get in this area. The room was really lovely, bed very comfortable and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Fantastic views and fantastic to have your breakfast (which was great) brought down to your room/balcony each morning. Great communication at all times, thanks so much.

All the staff in Ducato are so nice and helpful, especially the two beautiful ladies! They explained very clearly of the facilities, the room setting, the arrangement and the nice points for photo shooting as well as the restaurant we should go. There are lots of choices for the breakfast and really delicious. We can take our nice meal at the balcony with perfect scenery in Oia! We love the hot tub in the room with caldera view, it is so romantic for couple. We will recommend to choose Ducato when visiting Oia!

The property was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view no words… the room was beautiful everything about it was wonderful. The staff were incredibly nice and very responsive, respectful for everything or any question we had… literally no bad words to say was very happy with the trip…

The only thing that brought us a little discomfort was the pool because it was so hot the sun started to melt the paint in the pool+ the chemicals but the staff literally solved it in a day, they did everything to accommodate us and make us feel comfortable it wasn’t anything special just that we were covered in paint a little but they solved it right away and started cleaning all their pools and redid everything…

The hotel is located in the most beautiful and picturesque part of Oia! Our room was amazing with incredible view at Aegean Sea! It was definitely the best choice for our Easter holidays. The staff is friendly and supportive and the breakfast is delicious (served every morning in the room). We highly recommend it! P.S. 1 the location is well protected from the strong winds of the island due to the landscape of the area which is definitely a plus! P.S. 2 many thanks to the staff who organized our engagement proposal so professionally and made our day even more special!

Each morning, we woke up to the stunning panorama of the Aegean Sea, the Caldera, the Volcano and the charming architecture of Oia. It was a dream come true! The cleanliness of the hotel is also worth mentioning – every corner was immaculately kept, a testament to the high standards maintained by the staff. Speaking of staff, everyone we encountered was friendly, attentive, and dedicated to providing top-notch service. Fantastic location with excellent caldera and Oia views. Far enough down the steps that tourist traffic was minimum even at. sunset. Our room (Naxos) featured a fantastic double shower and delivered on the "cave " style architecture. Our pool was perfectly situated for views and felt mostly private even though it was somewhat next to check in. Staff were top notch with arranging transfer and portering luggage and ensuring excellent breakfast service and room service.

Everything was great!! The main street it is off is chaotic so we felt we did not miss out on anything just by staying at our room for the duration of our trip.

Location is superb for a stay in Oia. You’re very close to the hustle and bustle of the main part of the town, but also have privacy with your room. We stayed in the Kimolos suite and it was brilliant, plenty of space indoors and out, lovely hot tub and a stellar view of the Caldera. Additionally we had the sun on our balcony area until 6:30-7:00pm, which in May which was ideal. The staff were incredibly helpful too. They had great suggestions for restaurants (and where to avoid), were super responsive on WhatsApp, and helped in arranging our transfers throughout the week to Santo Wines and our Catamaran Tour.

Only slight thing we had was the main shower head needed replacing. Due to us visiting in May (Orthodox Easter weekend too), it took a little longer to get replaced with public holidays. The staff though were more than accommodating though, and treated us to a bottle of fizz as an apology - very thoughtful, the little things can make a big difference!

Very cute "cave apartment " in the heart of Oia with a stunning view. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive, helped us printing the ferry tickets, 24/7 reachable via WhatsApp etc

You have to pre-order (what AND when) the breakfast the night before, which kinda limits your flexibility. One day they woke us up 2 hours too early, especially after a long night before. Stairs... many stairs to get to your room. But we knew that when we booked it and they have people to help carrying your luggage. So it a "known downside" ;) It is - like any hotel in Oia - very expensive for what it is. Not sure about the value for your money in that whole area.
