What an incredible place! Everything about our stay was fantastic. The location couldn’t be better — perfectly situated between the beach and the town, with everything just a short walk away. There’s a supermarket, cafés, bakeries, and restaurants all nearby, making it super convenient. The room itself had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The quality was top-notch, and the balcony was a real highlight — perfect for unwinding. A special mention to Nancy, who was absolutely amazing. She gave us fantastic local recommendations and even went out of her way to call places on our behalf when we needed more information. Her hospitality truly made our stay extra special. Highly recommend this place — we’ll definitely be back!

Not a bad word to say about this place!

The location is excellent - A few minutes walk to the quaint, lovely centre of Naoussa where all the restaurants, shops and bars are located but still far enough that it’s chill, quiet and not noisy. Also the sea only a few metres away! Very clean, air conditioned place with a small kitchenette available if you wish to cook. You also have a little balcony outside area which is great to relax after a long day sight seeing or at the beach. Supermarket and car/bike rental place a few mins walk away was very handy for us. The host was kind and helpful - she organised a transfer to collect us when we arrived and she provided good recommendations of beaches and things to see in Paros. They even left us with traditional Greek sweets and a lovely bottle of wine for our stay - Such a lovely touch!

Nothing - Everything was perfect

The location of the property is fantastic- it is just a 5 minute stroll to the center of Naousa. Nancy, the owner, was very helpful as well. She mapped out everything we could do and gave us the best local recommendations! The room was always made each morning and the stay was comfortable- good air conditioning for sunny Paros & a very fast and stable WiFi connection.

The toilet/shower in our room was not as per the pictures provided. The shower cubicle was very small & the entire space just didn’t feel clean overall. This was the biggest let down of the property which otherwise in our eyes was fantastic!

Nancy is an exceptional host. Not only did she welcome us warmly, but she also provided us with all the essential information about Paros in no time. Her knowledge of the island is impressive, and following her recommendations allowed us to have a perfect three-day stay. If we visit again, we will definitely choose this hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Paros. Additionally, our room and the hotel overall were very well-maintained and clean. The location is ideal—right by the sea, away from the noise of the city center, yet only a 5-10 minute walk away. Since we rented a car, we were also able to visit more remote beaches. It was a fantastic experience.

We came to Paros for a photoshoot and looked for a nice and quiet place for the whole crew to stay. We stumbled upon this place and booked for everyone. When we arrived we met Nancy the lovely owner and her wonderful staff. Everyone was so friendly and showed us the best places to go and to eat and even helped us with things we needed for the photoshoot like taxi transport service and more. The rooms were amazing, clean, quiet and the view is just incredible. The walk to Naoussa center is just a few minutes so if you are looking for a place to stay in Paros you just found it believe me. Everyone from our trip was sure that when we come back to Paros we will stay here again.

Great location in a quiet area of Naoussa, close to the water and an easy walk into the main port area. Nancy the host was lovely and gave lots of suggestions of where to eat and what beaches to visit. I was also lucky enough to get an upgrade to a room with a balcony and an ocean view which was awesome. In the room there was also water, orange juice, coffee, tea, biscuits and muesli bars which was a lovely treat. The room was very clean and had lovely decor. Thanks to Nancy and her team for an amazing stay!

We were so pleased to be greeted by Nancy on arrival who introduced us to Paros and gave us a run down of the highlights of the island. During our stay she provided personal touches that went over and above our expectations. The property is just a 5 minute walk to the heart of Nauossa which allows you to feel like you are somewhere a bit more secluded while also being very close to the shops & restaurants. We would love to return again!

I recently stayed at Sea&Sun Paros that exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, warm hospitality, and great recommendations for local attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was truly outstanding. Nancy was incredibly warm and welcoming. Her friendly and helpful nature added a personal touch to the experience, making me feel right at home. Also Nancy provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and activities. They were knowledgeable about the area and offered valuable insights, suggesting hidden gems and must-visit places that weren't on my original itinerary. Thanks to their guidance, I was able to explore the city like a local and discover some amazing places I wouldn't have found on my own. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness, warmest hospitality, and valuable recommendations. It truly made my stay memorable, and I look forward to returning in the future.

We loved the property. It was just lovely and charming. The staff was amazing. The location was so convenient to the town of Nauossa that we could easily walk. We were so close to the water views too.

Since it was warm we could sit outdoor on the lovely terrace but if it had been cold/rainy there wasn't anywhere to sit and visit except on the beds or in the kitchen area.

This place is perfect for a stay in Naousa. As you arrive you are greeted by the owner, Nancy who couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Nancy provides her recommendations for sites, restaurants, and shopping around Paros. We had such a wonderful time and can’t thank Nancy and the staff enough. When I return to Paros one day I will undoubtedly stay here again. Also… location is perfect! Just a couple minute walk into the heart of Naousa.
