Communication with Christos the owner was God and he was very helpful and informative in person. The apartment was really nice and very comfortable. Everything is available in the apartment including coffee makers microwave and washing machine and a separate dryer. Even though the apartment is at the main road junction into Stoupa when the doors/windows are closed it's very quiet inside. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again on a future trip.

As we were staying 4 weeks + the location was great for our needs, a short walk to bakery and supermarket. Christos & his wife were very friendly and hospitable.

We knew it had a main road location, such a shame the traffic noise was sometimes unpleasant when we sat out on the balcony. The electronic shutters do cut out the noise overnight though.

We had a Room on the 1st Floor- it was clean, well equipped and spacious. Enough for the 3nights that we stayed. Parking lot next to the building and beaches close approx. 10-15 min walk. Host welcomed us and there was a bottle of wine, which was really a nice gesture.

The House is on the main road, so traffic can be loud at night. As we didn’t stay that long it was ok .

We enjoyed everything and Christos is a very pleasant host. The apartment is new and well positioned; it is close to the Stoupa bay (5 minutes by walk) where you can have fun at the beach and enjoy typical Greek cuisine, and to a really useful market. Christos has suggested nice places to visit and great restaurants where to have special dinners. Family composed of 5 people.

The owner was very pleasant and very helpful. Room 1 is very well equipped with free air on and a large comfortable bed.The apartment is 5 -10 minutes from the main beach and tavernas. There is a bakery over the road and a good sized supermarket 200 metres away, a bus stop outside the apartment and a parking spot in the olive grove next door.

The road in front is busy but ok to sit on the balcony for breakfast or an evening drink, but too noisy I feel to sit there for a long time. The bathroom is very compact and the shower has a curtain, not a door, so floor can flood if you are not careful.

The apartment was really lovely, it had a little private garden which was a real bonus. It was very thoughtfully appointed and had absolutely everything you might possibly need. Very close to beach, restaurants and shops.

Great location near the beaches foneas and delphinia, very clean and an excellent host mr Christos. We loved the place and we are looking forward to coming back one day

Our apartment was very clean and comfortable. The small kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The host was very responsive to our inquiries. It was very convenient to the ocean and some restaurants.

The possibility of cooking in and then to relax on the balcony with a sea view. The little attic bedroom. The mosquito netting on all the windows.

The only suggestion would be to eliminate the plastic curtain in the shower.

Clean, location, contemporary interior design.
