Nice staff, good location, good parking facilities

Breakfast was ok, but the morning cofee should be improved. Very bad and low quality pillows

The hotel is really nice, well maintained. The room was clean and spacious. Great breakfast and nice atmosphere overall.

They charge extra for any coffee (cappuccino, espresso etc.) other than black or greek coffee at breakfast, which is kind of sad for a 5 star hotel. Other than that, everything was great, I would definitely return.

The gym need urgently renovation! It is in a state of 1* hotel.

Good location and spacious room

Breakfast: I have to pay extra for espresso and eggs Benedict. The room decor was outdated.

Another excellent stay. Fantastic location, with the pedestrian street just in front of the hotel. The room with sea view and balcony (in the higher floors is great). The room is excellent, spacious, big double bed and nice bathroom. Breakfast is amazing with variety of savory and sweets. The restaurant is also very good with the open terrace.

The price was rather expensive but I booked late and there was also a conference taking place in the hotel. I had to move room because of the conference and the room in the first floor does not have the same good view to the sea and also the room was a bit older.

The hotel is in an amazing location, right at the sea. It is perfect for long walks along the waterfront, as well as a short stroll to the city center. We recommend you take at least one coffee break in the hotel’s bar and restaurant, which offers excellent coffee, cakes, and beautiful views onto the bay. If you arrive by car: The hotel has free-of-charge outside parking, as well as in its own garage (at a fee). This is truly convenient in a city where parking is difficult and scarce.

For a hotel of this category, espresso coffee and eggs/omlettes made-to-order should be part of the standard breakfast offer, not offered at an additional charge. Also, cleanliness of the room is not at the standard it should be. For example, the shelves in the cupboards where not dusted at all. If you don’t clean them yourself, you would put you clean clothes on dirty shelves.

The location was great, close to the city and direct access to the boardwalk. The room was very comfortable with a great sea view. The room service was excellent. The breakfast had a very large selection of food for everyone to enjoy. The swimming pool was nice as well.

The only down side with our room was that AC and ventillation in general. The bathroom was often foggy after a shower and the ventillation wasn't enough. The AC was a bit tricky to setup. This was a minor inconvenience and probably due to the building being quite old.

This is my "go-to" hotel in Thessaloniki, especially when my trip involves a blend of business and pleasure. Location-wise it is quite unbeatable, as it is central enough to allow easy access to both east and west Thessaloniki, but without being too busy and noisy. There is also free parking (if you don't mind having your car in an outdoor space). If your room faces the waterfront, you will have some amazing sunsets to enjoy from your balcony! The breakfast buffet is excellent and the hotel pool area quite nice.

The fitness center could stand some improvement, but it is still quite reasonable for short stays.

The hotel is an absolute jewel. The ambience, the view, the rooms, the beds, the elegant decorations. Most of the staff was exceptional, some were too sugary for my taste.

The prices of certain products on the menu. Sometimes you are literally unable to leave your room or the hotel, it's unfair to ask that people pay so much money for a club sandwich. Moreover, the sandwich per se was disappointing! Dry bread, omelette (why?!), tasteless burnt chicken and horribly cooked bacon. Just no.

Beautifully designed, very clean hotel in a very good condition, walking distance to city center. Most beautiful outside terrasse overlooking the pool and directly on the sea walking path with beautiful garden. Swimming pool was big and clean. Breakfast was fantastic. Hotel personnel very friendly and helpful. During our stay, the national basketball teams of Greece and Puerto Rico also stayed in the same hotel. They were playing friendly match in Thessaloniki before going to Olympic Games in Paris. Sitting on the same terrasse with top athletes, being able to talk to some of them and taking photos with them, was experience worth more than 10 stars. We also saw famous Greek singer Remos in the lobby of this hotel. If such people and organisations choose to stay in this hotel, it says enough about the service that this hotel provides.

The big bed in our room had wheels underneath instead of legs.
