This hotel is clean and up to date. They provide breakfast every morning. Laundry and Wifi are also available. Great location. Be careful when booking. Some hotels are not in service.

There is no pool.

Beautiful clean air conditioned room, polite staff, delicious breakfast with a large spread, late check out, short walk to the main square of town and to the bus station. Only stayed in Tripoli for one night, but will stay here again if we come back

Only criticism is that the bracket for the shower head was broken and had to be held by hand

I liked the design of the room and the overall feel of the hotel. The modern technologies that they readily had installed for us to use. The breakfast although basic, it served it's purpose and had a modest variety.

The fact that the wallpaper needed to be changed or glued down better in the room that we stayed. There was also a stain in our sheets.

We had a great stay and ended up staying for a second time during our stay. Everything was great and we would stay again.

The breakfast was excellent and we were able to store our luggage for the day. The receptionist at the desk was very helpful in pointing out points of interest we might enjoy. We particularly appreciated the elevator, which can never be taken for granted when touring Greece.

The hotel administration welcomed us very warmly, immediately showed us the place where we can park our bikes, even helped us enter there. Told a little about the attractions in the town, recommended a restaurant for dinner.

The staff was wonderful, very nice and helpful. A grocery store is right around the corner and there is parking on site. So much room and very clean

our room was very spacious with a separate living area and kitchen. great for longer stays.Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good.

Parking is sometimes difficult

Very friendly staff. The rooms are big, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was in the room because of COVID, but you could order whatever you wanted the evening before.

Wi-Fi works on a standard that is no longer used and it is therefore sometimes difficult to connect. We have stayed in other places in Tripoli and in Greece and this problem is unfortunately quite common. Maybe the internet infrastructure is simply very basic and outdated and beyond the hotel's control.

Quite place! Close enough to walk around town!
