Very good location, a studio equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and in the bathroom. It is clean, the cleaning woman comes every two days, sheets and towels are changed every two days. The balcony is nice, the host brought us a clothes dryer when we requested. The air conditioner very good, TV with enough options. There is a coffee machine in the room, and the host gave us two capsules on arrival and on the fifth day, on departure, we found two more. On arrival we also had a bottle of wine in the fridge as a gift. The fridge is large and spacious.

The parking is mentioned on the website, but there are only two parking spaces, permanently occupied, so we looked for parking on the surrounding streets. There could have been smaller, higher quality pillows.

The couch is not comfortable for sleep. The stairs are not secured well per kids (there is a big hole) - if the staircase is fenced only from the level of each step to the ceiling, it will be more beautiful, there will be space under the stairs (next to the washing machine) and there will be no hole to fall through. Some small things need to be tightened (in the bathroom, in the wardrobe) The room smelled of cigarettes (I guess someone was smoking in some other room under the hood (absorber) because when we turned on our hood, the smell disappeared). Despite all that, I think the price/quality ratio is great and the place is worth it.

The location is excellent, situated on a small street just a bit away from the city center. Our apartment was on the second floor with a pleasant view. The street was quiet with few passersby, ensuring a good night's sleep. The apartment has a modern design, featuring a stylish layout with the living room on the main floor and the bedroom upstairs. The host was very kind, leaving a bottle of wine and water in the fridge, both of which were much appreciated after a long drive. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free.

The bathroom was a bit small, but given that Volos is a bustling city with limited space, it's understandable. The apartment itself was well-sized, and it seems they opted to prioritize the living areas, which may have slightly reduced the bathroom space.

The property is located very close to the center of Volos, about a 10 minute walk and there is free parking around if you manage to find a spot which was very easy. The host was very friendly and attentive and she made sure to leave us cold water, coffee and a bottle of wine, although we were staying only for one night. The apartment was modern and stylishly furnished, equipped with anything that you might need. I would definitely recommend Empress Luxury Residences to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Volos. :)

We had the deluxe suite with 2 levels and 2 balconies. The location is excellent right in the city centre and close to the sea and many shops. It is nicely decorated and modern. The bed is very comfortable. We appreciated the cleaning and change of towels every 2 days.

The sofa is not very comfortable and the chairs also. The bathroom is too small that makes the overall stay to be good but not to deserve a 10.

we barely met the staff, the check in was a bit strange, the cleaning lady let us in (she was there by chance). we were asked if we want to order breakfast, we agreed and paid but the breakfast was never delivered to us (I believe it was a miscommunication with the caterers) of course we were refunded - no problem there.

Very good residence, Nikoletta was great and very helpful along with the rest of the staff. The room was safe and secure. Very clean as well. The room was very modern and cozy.

The pillows were a little uncomfortable, we had two hard pillows each. We would prefer having one medium/hard and one soft pillow. Other than that, the facilities and accommodatikn was very good and would visit again.

Everything was great. Very pleased with our selection. Would stay again for sure.

Finding parking in Volos city in general can be really hard especially during high demand. The property has a parking area with an outlet to charge EVs. This is very convenient as you can just leave your car and go around the city by foot. However this parking area is limited (can not accommodate all property guests) and a space can not be guaranteed so this can be a bit stressing especially if you want to charge your car.

At first, there were two parking slots under the property, so we parked outside but you could find easy free parking nearby. Then, our check-in was completed with viber communication remotely but with no problems (the host was so polite and friendly!!). Inside, the room was clean with a lot of electrical equipment and a mini balcony. Finally, the property was perfect for our living but a little bit narrow and more dark than we prefer.

First of all, our room was a bit narrow with one main room and a small bathroom. With our cases, the free area was so limited. Then, the lights were so high at the brightness so had them turned off but you can't be productive like this so... Finally, our balcony faces the property from inside not in front of a view/road...

The location of the accommodation is central and close to the port (10mins walk), restaurants and cafes. The private carpark was convenient. We did not meet the staff but the information provided by them via the phone was helpful, and the check in process was straightforward. Our room was of good size, clean, tidy, modern, quiet and well-facilitated. The bed was very comfortable. We also received a bottle of complimentary wine. We are very satisfied with this accommodation.

The hot water for the shower was weak.
