the hotel was beautiful. on Arrival we got a free upgrade to our room which was super nice. the pool was fantastic, we had a massage followed by a private sauna, the food was all top notch and very well priced! most importantly the staff were absolutely incredible. shout out to the hotel manager Chrysa and Stamatis, both made us feel so welcome during our stay always making sure we had everything we needed, and going above and beyond!

Such an incredible hotel! The venue itself was gorgeous and the hotel was able to book me a transfer from the airport (drive is about 20-25mins) which made arrival pretty smooth. I took the VIP transfer but you can also ask for a regular taxi beforehand which is a little cheaper. My room was upgraded free of charge on arrival which was amazing and the room was gorgeous. Huge comfortable bed, super clean and the hot tub in my room and the private pool made the trip extra special. The customer service was probably the best I’ve ever had on a holiday and every member of staff I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Location was ideal as it’s not too close to the party area on the island and there’s a lovely beach within walking distance which has restaurants and bars situated nearby. Overall it was a dream - couldn’t recommend the property or the team more highly and if I go back to Zante this is definitely where I’ll stay.

The hotel is in a lovely location, away from the busyness of the nearby town. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the hotel facilities were perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. The hotel also made the lovely gesture to upgrade us, as it was our first time. This was a nice touch after a hellish flight. The hotel also has a sister hostel near a beach, which is useful as you can use that hotel's sunbeds on the beach for free. That part of the beach is also less busy and close to a couple of bars. I would highly recommend this hotel for a couple looking for a relaxing, quiet break.

We had a private pool that didn't receive any sunlight until 5pm. This is because the sun is blocked by an awning and then later an olive tree at the end of the pool. However, we didn't mind this too much, as the main pool was really lovely and we enjoyed spending our days there.

The overall experience was lovely. Starting with my room, the cleanliness, staff , everything. Stamates was such an amazing gentleman, he is for sure an asset for your hotel. He made us our stay to feel like home, every morning he made sure we got everything we need, water, towels. If I could I would give more than 10, mostly for him. We will definitely miss him. There was nothing major that I could complain about. In the 2nd day I got a paper saying that I have to pay for a water and a redbull from the minibar, even if we didn't drink any of those. But my husband spoke to someone from reception and they sorted it out.

Excellent hotel in Zante perfect for a quiet and relaxed getaway. Staff were superb throughout our stay, super friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Stamatis particularly was excellent in recommending places for us to visit from restaurants to beach bars and Kristy was great making sure we were comfortable and looked after throughout. Viktor at the bar was also great.

Nothing really to fault them on. If I had to knitpick I would say that I would expect a hotel of this quality to accept American Express credit cards which we were not able to use at check-out, only Visa and MasterCard was accepted. Besides that, it was all great.

The location was beautiful, the views from all around the property were stunning from day to night. The main building was very well kept, comfortable and the staff were always very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room was very spacious and clean and the staff were kind enough to upgrade us on arrival, as well as decorating with balloons for my partner’s birthday and bringing out a cake during dinner!

The only comment that we could think of was the plumbing in the new building, which the staff are aware of already. The shower pressure was very high and a little uneven and the toilet flush was slightly dodgy. But everything else was spot on, so it was in no way a major issue.

We loved every minute of it, the place was nice and Krissa welcomed us with a big hug and they also upgraded our room to a suite room with a beautiful view and a Jacuzzi included in the room, in fact we were using it almost every night hahah, the mattress was very soft and comfortable that makes you easily to feel asleep (never slept in a comfortable bed like this one before), the place is very clean and well kept. The staff was amazing was taking care of us all the time, one staff member his name was Stamatis and every morning was giving us a bottle of fresh water, one day my partner wasn’t feeling too well and he gave him something to help him go through the day, not to mention the breakfast is included is a big large buffet filled with everything, one night Krissa invited us to the event of the hotel with a jazzy live music it was brilliant, and Krissa every night offered us few traditional dessert that were so delicious, she is a gem is always hugged us and she always treated us very good and with respect ,she was always there to bring us smile, Sadly we couldn’t say goodbye to everyone and this place will be missed, although we are planning to come back next year, because this stay it was memorable. I’ll stay this place is 10000/10, I will totally recommend Elegance Luxury Executive Suites.

Spacious room, beautiful view, amazing staff that cared about every possible detail to make us feel welcome and comfortable, very good cuisine, cleanliness and over all truly adult only calm vibes of the whole place. We enjoyed it very much and would happily come back again! 🙂

Part of the place where we were accommodated was renovated few months ago but still had some paint stains left in the bathroom. Didn't change anything about the functionality but would be better without it because of the overall aesthetic impression of the place. In the hotel there is also a small sauna, as a fans of it we appreciated the chance to use it but none of the showers for cooling down were not working and there was no such place as a “relax room” to make the sauna ritual complete. I know you don't go to Greece to be in the sauna but once you offering the service, it should work properly. Otherwise nothing to complain about.
