Location is great, near the beach and in the city centre. Accommodation is good considering the price you pay. Size room is good and we loved the balcony. The cleaning standard was high and we had our sheets and towels changed few times during our stay.

The bathroom sink was blocked the whole time which was not great. A recommendation for the key collection- maybe if noone is around when guests are due to arrive, they should send messages in advance of their arrival with instructions how to enter etc. The AC has to be paid for separately if you want to use it. We didn’t need it but never seen that in any other accommodation.

Friendly staff, clean, close to the main strip, convenient parking accommodations.

The only small issue was that air conditioning was extra charge and was not indicated in the booking but not expensive, Five euros/per day. Small pool but quaint.

Location, close to the main street and the beach. Pool is small but not much people and clean. Room was big with nice balcony. Late check in was easy and quick. Lady there booked us a taxi and always willing to help. A/C was free of charge.

Reception is opened only few hours per day, but communication using WhatsApp was efficient.

Perfect location for your stay in October. In the very center, close to everything, also to the beach. Lovely view from the balcony, kindest Natalia. The internet worked very well as was the rest of the equipment. During the week the room was cleaned twice. For the price, I didn't expect anything more. Thank you!

It must be very loud in high season (quads, cars, other guests).

Lovely host, very welcoming! Greeted us straight away at the property. Room was a great size, very comfy and good value for money. Perfect location, still near the party side of the island but couldn’t hear it in the night at all.

It would of been nice if the bar/bbq terrace was really available as although it’s listed on the booking there wasn’t any so would have to keep walking up the road to the shop just to get a drink.

Located just off Laganas strip, perfect for young people looking for party holiday. Natalia is always around if you need anything and made sure she was around when we arrived so we could get the keys. Sheets were changed and room tidied almost everyday

Pool could be cleaner but not the worst in the world and would be ideal if aircon was included in the price

an amazing studio well organized very clean with all the facilities for a perfect holiday. great location very quiet and yet close to the wide beach and the main street with lots of restaurants and night spots. Natascha the owner is a great host and pleasant person. will returnnnnnn

Location couldn't have been better. 1 minute to the beach and 2 minutes to resort centre, clubs and bars. Small block of apartments so not to noisy, clean and tidy, lovely pool area. Friendly helpful host.
