The room was very clean, air conditioning was working fine, breakfast was delicious and enough for two. We wish we had more juice.

Check-out could have been a bit later than 12 :00 pm for instance 2 pm since check-in is at 4 h pm. TV image was on and off.

The place was clean and the staff was polite, one of the staff name Auguste was very helpful he has exceeded our expectations always ready to help. Check in/ check out was fast and efficient.The security guard was always ready to tell us if the road was safe. Will definitely stay there again.

The TV wasn't smart. Did not like the shower too sleepery. Did not like the fact that guest has to park outside.

The bed is really comfy and sturdy!

The fridge in the room is too small. Could be a bit bigger.

The staffs were incredible: very professional, kind and made us feel at home. We had the same experience both times we stayed there. We appreciated the fact that the same staffs were still there, and we knew them by name and vice versa. I love the breakfast buffet. There's always varieties to choose from. I particularly like Saturdays bouillon, and Sunday's soup Joumou.

We had internet issues and finally we realized the floor or area we were house had connection issues. We were quickly moved to another floor/room once the issue was found. The new room was not equal to what we initially had, but we were leaving in two days, so we did not bother.

Not far from the airport and a great location for dinning, leisure, shopping and entertainment. The most comfortable stay and well served food. Breakfast was my favorite! Huge pool for the hot days, a cool lounge to grab a drink, eat a pizza and watch the game! Petionville itself has anything you might want or need, and you can't beat the location. They also have a good security. Royal Oasis is highly recommend and I'll definitely stay again.

I love everything in this hotel and the front guess ladies was phenomenal they are very professional in what they're doing. Of course i will visit again

They just need a little update in the room because the room needs, a bigger fridge that can carry at one bowl, an iron and the TV needs to be update with a smart one

Convenience , beds and pillows were comfy. Hot water was available in showers.

Bathrooms did not have proper air flow. Carpet odor in hall ways Restaurant prices were ridiculously high , no spa or massage amenities on site. List of delivery restaurants would have been nice

I dint like when my guest forgot his or her I'd he or she has to go back for her or his ID not good they have to come up with something if I came to sign for my guest I said it ok to come see me they said non

The cleanliness the staffs were wonderful specially Jinel he was the best if I come back it will be because of him.

the security officers need to be more respectful to guests and stop discrimination because if a guest paying almost 1500 for a stay that’s two weeks of their paychecks and not discriminate. The masks the hotel need to have masks available for guests if they need because not everyone has masks or remember that mask requirement because in Haiti not all the places require it.
