Staff are very professional and friendly. They know what they are doing. Haitians putting their best for the vision of the hotel. The Quality of the food, the professionalism, the respect, the customer service abd so one were top notch.. They job is well done and maintained by youngsters.. security guards are excellent. I even contributed to the cleaning.. because I considered the place as Home.

Please allow customers to Tip off the staff. They are working hard and are professional. They are not greedy. We should value and teach haitian that tip is not a compensation, but its to thank people for their astonishing work ethics and service

Breakfast was great even with the COVID restrictions in place. The public area was excellent and a great pool to chill out in. The management and staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The one problem that was apparent was the high levels of condensation in the bedroom, the bed sheets and my clothes always felt damp and there was no happy medium either with AC on or off when having the balcony door open. The floor which was tiled was constantly damp.

My stay at the NH el rancho was amazing, when I first arrived,Nareca Jean Pierre was super helpful with everything , she has great customer service and is very people oriented. I enjoyed the amenities the delicious food and drinks. I will definitely be staying here again!

breakfast was ok...... some food was not replaced when they ran out someone came to the food table with no mask and did not listen to the waiter and the waiter did not call a manager

customer service was bad. i requested a balcony 1 month in advance and no one told that there is a room that included a balcony why don't i get this room instead... this call customer service...

The breakfast was wonderful but they need to talk and work on the dinner for the price the food is not so good, the meats were not cooked and rice afterwards everything was good from the dining area.
