The hotel has modern and beautiful amenities with a great living space on the lobby, a nice pool, and fantastic breakfast in the morning that was included in our room fee.

While I nderstand the security reasons to not allow guests in different floors besides theirs this was a challenge given we were a massive group there for a wedding. in this case it would be useful to have all guests part of a bigger group be placed in the same floor as this added a lot of extra time having to come to the lobby to ask for access to a floor. this of course is only of issue if you’re travelling as a group.

Breakfast was a very good one, with friendly staff, clean facilities, free parking, a good location, and responsive staff, the room has a nice view of the city, the pool, and the terrace also with a nice view.

The air-conditioned in the room had an annoying sound that need to be fixed, minor detail if you are detailed person.

The breakfast was amazing! I think the location seemed very good based off approximations from a past trip, but we were coming from La Ceiba for an overnight before going to the airport, so our primary concern was convenience and safety, and it gave us both!

There was nothing that could have been better. We liked the hotel, the parking was easy, the food was good, the drive back to the airport was convenient.

This hotel is minimalistic and clean. It is so close to the centre and amenities with the mall a couple of doors away. We used the pool and gym a few times and loved the ease to access them and the towels and sun loungers. There is an amazing wide selection of breakfast items on the buffet. A few variations day to day in the cooked items, but always eggs, fruit, pastries, yoghurt and juices. Travelling with 3 small children was easy and a delight here. The staff are so polite and helpful.

We have a room with 2 double beds. There is lots of storage for clothes and things. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. The all inclusive breakfast buffet was nice and gives you a selection of typical Honduran beans and tortillas. There was so much choice including juices, fruit, breads, cooked foods like eggs and pancakes. The pool is located on a rooftop next to the gym which has a good selection of equipment.

I liked the location & price. The restaurant/bar/lounge area is very comfortable - I couldn't check in til 3pm, but I was working on the laptop til 430pm at the bar bc I was so comfortable. The rooms are no fuss, yet relaxing bc of the clean lines & modern aesthetic. This was my 2nd time staying there, and I already re-booked for when I return in a couple of weeks.

The service in the bar is a little slow. When I was there in March 2021, the service was excellent, but there were not a lot of people, so they were super attentive. Now that people are traveling more, the bar was super busy, and there was an event upstairs, so it seems the staff had a hard time keeping up. Maybe more training in efficiency so that the staff can kill two birds while running around. But I still love this hotel!

I liked how friendly everyone was. how clean and there were not a lot of people so we felt like we had the place to ourselves, and the breakfast was just fabulous, no lines great food and amazing beautiful view to enjoy breakfast with. the pool deck is stunning and so classy with colorful lite up pool during night time hours. you could enjoy a coffee or a beer while your lounge around. they even had in coke Covid testing for us to be able to get back into the states.

the only thing that we didn’t like was how the shower would randomly turn cold and we would be standing there waiting for it to get hot then it would turn cold and then back hot, nothing too crazy tho to rate it any lower than excellent

Good Location, Staff very kindly, facilities are nice as suppose to be a Hyatt Hotel.

Bed wasn't that confortable, Breakfast was Ok but Cappuccino has EXTRA cost. Personally, the first night I arrive the air-condition does not work and they offer me dinner for free and extra bonus points in my account but when I checked out nothing of what they promised was gave me.

The staff was exceptional, always at our service with a smile!

One day that rained, our room filled with water. They wanted to transfer us to smaller room at same rate.

The front desk mgr Anthony Costly did an exceptional job! Our initial room AC was not working correctly so Anthony made arrangements for another room right away. He was also considerate on calling me the following day to make sure that our new room was comfortable! Anthony was very considerate, and professional.
