Room was spacious and well-furnished. Bathroom was spotless and clean. Water pressure good and warm water works well. Shampoo conditioner and soap were of excellent quality. Bed and pillows were super comfy. TV channels were excellent, Disney movies all day long. Room soundproofing was good. Lifts were fast. Staff service was great. They sent our luggages up to the room while we were at the park. We had a faulty doorknob on our bathroom door and they were sincere in fixing it and very apologetic. Lobby was cool with nice Disney art and Disney music. Pool was nice, had a slide. Enjoyed this hotel very much.

1. There was lack of food options at the hotel. Please bring along some cup noodles/sandwiches as the food options are either not suitable or very expensive. 2. I also felt that there could have been more Disneyland hotel guest privileges/perks, such as exclusive character meet and greets, special photo opportunities, or early park access, but there was nothing of the sort. 3. For the price we paid, it would also have been nice if there were some simple Disney freebies that we could take home as a memento, like a small towel with Disney logo or a simple Disney key chain/shot glass/tea spoon. Anything really. But all we got to keep were the room key cards which are essentially useless after we leave.

The hotel facilities and services were awesome. My kids like the pool. The shuttle to HK disneyland was always available.

We loved the rooms and the hotel facilities. Everything looks very nice. The buses running to and from Disneyland were great and the resort pool and service was very good. The porters were amazing! so nice and so helpful :)

Disliked · The food was significantly overpriced (as expected I suppose) however the options for food were so limited. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were only buffets (again overpriced)- and this is all the lady that checked us in told us. After enquiring further with the restaurant we realised they had 3 options for breakfast (none of the vegetarian options). The snacks and mini bar options were also limited and most of it chunk. Food and food accessibility was the most disappointing experience with this resort.

The hotel smells so nice and clean...same with the room

There's no place to put your luggages inside the room.. you still have to request it - would have been nice if they put one already... also, there's not much disney decor anymore - only the lone picture on the wall... if not for that, it would look like just an ordinary hotel room... also the service to deliver out luggages to the room took almost 2 hours - we had to keep following up - had we know, we would have just taken the luggages ourselves.... could have put more signage on how to get to the ice machine for each floor...

We stayed at the Hollywood Hotel for two nights while visiting the Disneyland park and we had a very enjoyable time. We arrived at the hotel quite late, the staff were very helpful and we ordered minibar snacks to the room. Room was a good size, very comfortable, not noisy, and we enjoyed the Disney film channels! Location for the park is very good, the the free shuttle bus in was busy but easy to catch, we walked home in the evening after leaving the park. Overall a great stay and would recommend! Didn't use the pool or dining facilities so can't comment on those.

Hotel still have good amount of staff on duty even in the verge of changing Typhoon Signal 8 to No.3 on 2nd Sep 2023; 5. Swimming pool re-opens fast on 3rd Sep morning at 08:00; 6. The broken branches are moved on the sides of the garden; 7. The Hollywood landmark are still well maintained and opened under typhoon, and 8. Hotel will provide exceptional private 5-seater van for intra hotel transportation if needed.

1. No razor provided in the room. 2. Only one room type (standard twin/king) is provided. 3. Many broken branches falling in the garden not yet completely removed on 3rd Sep. 4. Restaurants are in general leas attractive if compared with the Enchanted Garden Buffet Lunch/Dinner in the Main Hotel, and 5. Intra hotels shuttling within Disneyland Resort Area are less frequent (30 mins)

The room was spacious and inviting, providing a cozy atmosphere. The entire establishment was pristine and emitted a pleasant fragrance. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, offering ample space for four individuals. Additionally, the hotel conveniently offered a complimentary shuttle service to Disneyland park. Overall, our stay was excellent, and we are eager to return. We highly recommend this accommodation to families traveling with young children.

I found it disappointing that they did not offer a microwave and bottled water.

The facilities, room and merchandise shop was great. The swimming pool is great for toddlers. There is a shuttle service every 15 mins to the train. Travelling with a pram be prepared to fold up the pram when entering the shuttle bus. The ambience of the hotel is beautiful. We managed to see Pluto mascot doing his rounds. Front desk staff can provide stickers for the little ones. My little one enjoyed herself throughout the stay.

The restaurant at the hotel can be a little pricy.

The rooms were clean and toiletries were replenished daily. I forgot my tumbler during heck out and came back for it, gave me a new door card and got my tumbler back.

There were no available food options nearby especially late at night. The restaurants are already closed and a bit pricey. We had cup noodles but for snacks and light meal, you have to buy it outside the compound or from Disneyland during the day if you want to eat at night.

The room definitely exceeded my expectation in terms of the room amenities specially the USB charging ports for international travellers as it was hard to find an international travel adaptor once in Hong Kong.

It would be better if the hotel offers room service for food or the hotel accepts delivery for food. As the hotel is far away from any accessible food stores it would be better if there's any affordable options.
