Fully-functional small Family Room for 5 persons. Every space is maximized providing hooks for our belongings, common water station in hallway, electric kettle inside the room, electrical cord that served as charging station for our mobile phones. The bathroom is equipped with hot and cold shower. Trash bin is emptied daily.

We only got to use the elevator once upon our check in. There were many people at that time and only 1 elevator unit working. Troublesome to take stairs going to our room in 5th floor after spending the whole day walking in the city.

I had a private room sharing with a friend. The hostel was very clean and the location was brilliant. The staff were also helpful and nice. As some people have said, sometimes there is a wait for the lift but never more than 2-3 minutes. There is another lift on the other side of the building too if one looks too crowded. I would stay again because the location can't be beaten for this price and quality. The room is small but all rooms are small in HK.

1. Location is great, 1 min from metro and convenient to airport. There are tons of restaurants and shopping 2 it’s clean and quiet for us. Hot water is plenty and good pressure though it’s asian style bathroom ( wet and dry is not separated) and it’s tight if you are bigger person. 3. Wifi works great 4. Communication is fast via booking message and reception time is late 5. Owner is helpful 6. Cleaner came in to clear the garbage

1. It’s not a hotel but pension type of accommodation in the business /residential building. So very local style. Not a problem for us as we were out all day 2. It might be tight if you have a lot of luggage

They did absolutely amasing thing, such a small space and it's ok and we fited well! Nice matresses, a rare thing in hotels, hot water is always available. Perfect for a tourist who only sleeps in a room during the trip.

A queue to the lift - that is something new for me, but it is the problem of the building, and you just have to concider that in planning.

Housing in Hongkong is expensive. So we had a quite nice expirience, here at Johnson Hostel. Our bank bed room had a window and a own bathroom. It was on the 5th floor, which was kind of convienient because one of the elevators was broken and there was often a huge line or long waiting time for it. So ww used the stairs which is no big deal in the 5th floor. The room and the bath facillity was clean and equipped with everything necessary.

The hotel is located in the heart of the tourist area. It is a small hotel but affordable hotel with amenities such as hot water, a ventilation system, soap, shampoo, and towels. You can also borrow a hairdryer if needed. Although the room is a bit small, it’s not a big deal since the main focus is on exploring the area and just coming back to sleep. The owner is kind, friendly, and always smiling.

I like how they accommodate me during midnight as one booking cancelled on me. I'm really thankful for the owner to respond to me quickly and it does exceeds my expectations when it comes to my stay as I decided to extend it for 5 days. My room that I had was amazing and perfect. The owner and the staff are the best. They greet me every time I saw them. The bathroom is narrow but I think that's the Hong Kong aesthetic. I like how it was in the middle of Hong Kong bustling city. Mong Kok location is the perfect stay for me.

What I didn't like does not affect my stay itself but going inside Sincere House where the hostel is. Sometimes, the elevator might be crowded, you need to go to the other side of the Sincere House which is also the entrance during 12AM.

Would have been easier if have received email advice earloer regarding room details if arriving/checking-in past midnight so will just have to go straight to our room.

Staff was so very helpful and accommodating! Excellent location, very close to Mong Kok station and very easy to get to from the airport by bus. Also great location in Kowloon to visit and have meals!

Like all accommodation in Hong Kong, space is tight, so nothing bad to say here. Absolutely worth the money.

The location is accessible to food, MTR, and street markets. The room, although small, is clean and tidy. The owner is accomodating. Would highly recommend if you're not picky and just looking for a place to sleep after a walking the streets of HK.
